In the privacy of my apartment located in the 19th district of Paris you or your group (4 people maximum) will discover the fun workout of Pole Dancing (all levels are welcome). We start the lesson with a warm up routine and continue on to learn 4 spins and tricks on the pole, we will follow up with a small dance routine that includes the moves previously learnt. We will finish the lesson with a cool down and stretch. This activity is for all fitness levels and is so much fun that you don't even realise you are working out. Other things to note It is important not to put hand and body creams on 3 hours before class. No rings are to be worn while using the poles.

Fontainebleau is 65 km south east of Paris. It is 45 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon in Paris. Along our 29 kilometers bike tour, we will discover some fascinating places of the forest on bikes that I carefully maintain. We will have several breaks and I will give you many explanations about the forest. Get ready to an uphill slope to take advantage of a panoramic view over Fontainebleau, I will tell you the history of the castle which can be seen in a distance. Then we will ride our bike on a nice flat and quiet forest car-free road, but also on some path, which will allow us to join the most beautiful aspects of the itinerary like for example some well-known places to rock climber. We will see several panoramic views and also the charming little village of Barbizon where several famous painters lived in the 19th century. A nice route to explore various areas of the forest of Fontainebleau on some little used paths. Other things to note The route is easy for those who know they can ride 29 Kilometers. It's only 2.5hrs long rather than the complete 5hr version. Many people asked me to do a smaller version. If you feel up to it you can upgrade to the extended version on the day, no worries, just let us know. On this part you will: Start at Metro Anvers and will be taken on a lively stroll through old Montmartre where Van Gogh and Pablo Picasso once lived, going upwards to the Sacre-Coeur and the best panoramic view of the City of Light. The show continues through the winding streets where the stories of the past come to life, then down to the famous Moulin Rouge and on to the Majestic Arc de Triomphe and of course, the shoppers paradise; The Champs élysées where the tour ends.
