Beachfront vacation rentals in Nice

We were allowed to be a guest at Francoise's for 1 week. We enjoyed it very much,the layout of the apartment was great. Great for children was also the pool that was included in the complex. The distance to the nearest larger cities such as Saint Tropez and Cannes was easily accessible by car. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks ,it was a nice time

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hideaway in Antibes. We were welcome by Nicolas and he explained the whole place to us. 3 comfy bedrooms, as we traveled with our two daughters. Good equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms. We also used the washing machine and dryer. As our stay was in winter, we also used the heaters in every room to have the place warm and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and extremely quiet. Some steps from the house your are at Port Gallice or the beach in Juan Les Pins. We did several walks around the Cap and to Antibes - for both a perfect place to start a walk. Nicolas was very friendly and helpful with several Tipps for Restaurants. We will love to come back.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

Unfortunately, we were not able to meet our hosts but their messages were very considerate and accurate. if you're looking for a little haven for a romantic weekend, it's here! Bright and pleasant accommodation, with a beautiful terrace to contemplate the sea a little further down. This little cocoon is also part of a beautiful area where the ochre and brick color nature is particularly remarkable under the incessant changes in the shards of the sun! Comfortable home with an ideal location. Loved the amazing view from the balcony and being able to walk a couple minutes to the daily flower & produce market, restaurants and the beach.

Comfortable accommodation in a strategic location, we found everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Private parking is of enormous value especially since it is not always easy to find in the area and many magical places are within walking distance. The two terraces and the table for eating outside are of great value. Perfect for couples but we were with two small children and it was not uncomfortable at all. A perfect pied a terre for the area! Marc has organized the self check-in service very well. He is a very nice person who will give you all the tips to experience the area to the fullest. We will definitely be back!!!

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

Very quiet location, easy access to the beach, convenient parking space

Teresa was a perfect host. She met us as we checked in to make it easier. The place was spotless and a perfect pied-à-terre in Beaulieu-sur-mer. It couldn't be more central and convenient to restaurants, food shopping, and public transportation. It was extremely quiet given that it was in the center of town. Teresa was very accommodating to my needed to get in early on our arrival, and possibly needing to stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there on our next visit to Beaulieu. Thank you Teresa!
