Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Apartment is in a great location and well kept. There are a few things that should be mentioned: smallish size, a few flights of stairs to climb every day and a noisy city center, but we were aware of these inconveniences and in general had a great time there.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

Apartment as described, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights for 4, a little far on foot from the famous Promenade des Anglais or Old Nice. It takes a 25-minute walk. We were lucky to find a free space right downstairs every time. The building is very quiet but seems moderately well soundproofed, but that didn't bother us. In short, a pleasant stay in a lovely city.

Great place to stay! Magnificent view!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Dominique's place. The highlight is definitely the pool, which we were allowed to use on our own at all times. The location of the apartment is very good, as many places worth seeing can be reached within a short time. Dominique was very friendly, gave us a lot of information and was always responsive.

This is the place to stay if you love France!

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

i spent 7 days in Cèline's apartment with my wife and son. We had a great time, Cèline's apartment is equipped with everything, even in the kitchen nothing is missing. Cèline is a host who is always available but discreet. I recommend it to anyone who loves comfort and tranquility.

Nice house , well located with shops 5min by car . Great for a family vacation.

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Phoebe was a great host, always friendly and helpful. Our two young daughters had great fun in the swimming pool. And the Airbnb was really well kitted out with toys and things for them to do. The location was beautiful and just a short walk into town where we visited some other places that Phoebe recommended. We felt really at home here and it was fantastic having our breakfast and dinner out on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Considering this was our first holiday as a young family of four, everything was super easy and we had the best holiday! Cannot recommend Southern France highly enough… especially if you choose to stay at Lou Messugo!

We spent a blissful ten days in this lovely corner of Alpes-Maritimes; the apartment was perfect for our stay in every way. Jessica and Mark are delightful hosts - friendly, informative and discreet; full of suggestions for great places to visit and local walks. The location is perfect for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco, plus all the exquisite hilltop villages - we loved Auribeau-sur-Siagne and Mougins. We enjoyed the glorious views from the patio and pool; you can see right down to the sea at Cannes from the elevated position. The only sounds were of nature - we saw birds of prey wheeling above the valley and many native butterflies, especially up on the hill behind the property. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was excellent with a superb large shower - perfect after a long walk or a morning swim. All in all - a marvellous stay. Thank you Jessica and Mark!

We stayed here for a team building off-site, it was excellent for a big group as it's very spacious and has good BBQ/cooking facilities. The views from the terrace and pool are lovely. I would recommend having a car as it's a bit out of town, although you can easily order Ubers. Thanks for a great stay and for your flexibility around check in / check out.

No better place to stay in Théoule! Peaceful room in a gorgeous complex that has terrific views!

Amazing apartment, it was great place to rest after full day around the city. Fantastic location. It was a pleasure yo stay at this Airbnb.

Super duplex clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and peaceful environment... close to the city center in 15 minutes on foot, 20 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais... super responsive host and thank you again for the Christmas table 🎄 I also loved the room on the second floor very large and functional... a rental where you feel good ... I came to spend the holidays with my children who live in Nice and I will come back to this super spot without problem.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

This is a beautifully presented bungalow with every bit a equipment carefully provided. Izzy and Cliff were lovely hosts who made us feel most welcome. I can recommend them without reservation

A great place to stay! We stayed for four weeks with our two dogs. Especially liked the fenced garden where you could drink coffee and sunbathe. Everything was clean and fresh and we lacked nothing. The hosts were nice and fun and gave us good advice about the surroundings. The only minus was that it was impossible to walk the dogs out on the road outside the house because of all the traffic and no sidewalk. But we got tips on what nice forests and parks we could drive to. We are very happy to come back here!

We had a great stay at Sandrine's apartment. The place is decorated on what appears, to me, to be quite authentic for the era of the building, yet the bathroom is comfortably modern with a great overhead shower and the kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace is great for breakfast and evening meals. We drove to Frejus beach; I wouldn't choose to walk it at the height of summer as it's a good 2km downhill going to the beach , but a 2km uphill slog at the end of a hot day! If you park a few streets back from the sea front you can also avoid the quite high on street parking fees. The location was great to visit Nice (old town is well worth a day visit) and Cannes. I would thoroughly recommend Sandrine's apartment.
