  • The carriage house was the perfect fit for a one night getaway for my boyfriend, myself and our two pups! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the unique decor! The local cold brews and snacks were a nice surprise! I am a self-proclaimed "lighting" snob...the lighting design was very well thought out and extremely pleasant. Mick was a lovely host! We will definitely be back!

  • Incredibly comfortable stay at Mick's Carriage house. Super private, clean and comfortable. We were busy in Denver, but it was such a treat to come back to the Carriage House in the evening. Took advantage of the hot tub on a couple of evenings ... was perfect.

  • Wonderful place. The pictures are accurate. Great hosts and very relaxing. The perfect place. Would stay again.

    Liz2017-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely beautiful space and the hosts were very accommodating. We were able to walk to a lot of places, including lower downtown with lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

    Jodie2015-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and cozy. Even though Mick was out of town, we felt extremely welcomed and safe. Was a nice respite with privacy and comforts. Great drinks in the fridge. Lovely stay. The pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend to all.

  • Umm, can you say AMAZING?! We absolutely loved our stay in Mick's gorgeous carriage house. The design incorporates both the original facade and all the modern upgrades you could want. Every corner of this space was thoughtfully curated and perfectly executed. As fellow super hosts in Chicago on AirBnB, we definitely need to step up our game! Thank you for the inspiration!

    Preet2015-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • The carriage house has so much character and charm. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel at home. It's a very special place in an exciting part of Denver.

    Jessica 2017-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Mick and Patrick did an amazing job of making sure we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The carriage house was exactly as described and photographed. I honestly can't believe their attention to detail -- they had everything we could have ever needed while on vacation. Every item in the house had a purpose and we loved all the little surprises in every drawer and cabinet! The drinks, snacks and board games were also a nice touch! The hot tub was perfectly clean and ready to go when we arrived -- we loved getting in and relaxing all of our sore muscles after skiing! We especially enjoyed the bike passes that Mick and Patrick loaned to us; as expected, they had bike helmets for us as well! Our little self-guided bike tour of Denver was super fun! I'd have to say, out of all the vacations we have taken, this one was by far our favorite! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and hospitality -- the details truly made the difference! We can't wait to come back with a larger group once their next property is complete!

The Urban Farmhouse circa 1886 - meticulously converted in 2013. Situated adjacent to community garden. The updates afford you all the modern convenience you could ask for and charm you can only get from a building built in 1886. A true Charmer.
Privately tucked next door to a community garden in Denver's oldest neighborhood. 1/2 block to light-rail and near to B-Cycle (public bikes). Walking distance to local craft breweries and restaurants on Welton and Larimer. Street parking. 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms perfectly sleeps two couples (additional charge for additional guests). It is my home, but i will lock my personal items away and with the exception of a small portion of the closet the whole place is yours during your stay.

  • Patrick and Mick were charming hosts throughout our 8 day stay being attentive to our every need. The farmhouse was exactly as described and centrally located in a very friendly neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, breweries and coffee shops all within walking distance and about 10 mins to downtown on the close by light rail. Great patio for sitting outside and really enjoyed the fresh vegetables from the adjacent garden. Best airbnb we have ever stayed at and would not hesitate to book again if ever in Denver.

  • Beautifully decorated and very clean. I loved the kitchen because I love to cook. Thank you for a great stay. Angel (Anchorage Alaska)

  • Was super lucky to have this place for the day, since from what I understand it's never available! I can see why! Excellent place, and the attention to detail was second to none.

    Elliot 2016-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Patrick was the best, most accommodating host I've ever had. From the Bluetooth speaker to the Keurig and coffee, he thought of everything we might have needed. We loved our proximity to Larimer St and a number of breweries and great restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!

    Britny2016-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Patrick's place was perfect! The beds are comfy, living room and outside area are great to relax in. Super easy location to get to things via an Uber. The place was clean, nice and super comfortable. Highly recommend Urban Farmhouse to anyone looking for a great location and a great house to stay in. Thank you again!

  • Great place to stay. Hosts were great.

    Dominick2017-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • The Urban Farmhouse far exceeded my expectations for my first AirBnB experience, even the photos just don't do it justice. It was so apparent that Patrick anticipated our every need, going above & beyond to provide. I appreciated that Patrick reached out to provide the house codes well in advance of the check-in time, offering his help in finding our way around Denver but without ever feeling overbearing or hovering. I can't wait to stay again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

    Kymberly2016-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Totally impeccable AirBnb experience. Check-in was smooth, the place was gorgeous, well-appointed, and just as described. I absolutely loved it, and next time I'm in Denver, I'll certainly be back!

This is a safe space. I've created a wonderful space that I love to call home. It's full of good energy, happiness & musical instruments! All is Love. It's in Southeast Denver near I-25 and Evans. It's 15 mins from downtown & 20 mins from the airport. Come play with me!
*** PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE INQUIRING. ** *** THIS IS A SAFE SPACE *** *** Must be LGBTQ friendly because I am, too! *** *** I have an adorable cat named Butternut Squashington. If you're allergic, steer clear. I'm sorry you won't be able to meet him. :) *** *** 420 Friendly *** I will be out of town from Nov 14th - Dec 14th. You'll see a slight price adjustment because you'll have the space completely to yourself! If you want to have the entire space to yourself you can check this link to see if the space is available: http://abnb.me/EVmg/Y09W6mNaHF. This listing usually books out more than a month in advance. Check in is at one, but is definitely flexible depending on your needs and the guests prior to you. You can at least drop your bags off if your travel plans have you arriving early in the day. I'm a very open-minded queer woman that wants you to have a great time in Denver. I can help you find what you want to do and where you should go to do it. Maybe we can even go together! My condo is easy to find with lots of parking. Please park on the street. You can use my garage if you'd like although my neighborhood is very safe. I'm close to the airport and if you need a ride and I'm available, we can do that for a small fee to cover gas. The bus system is relatively easy to use from my place but gets very limited late at night. If you come when I'm not home I'll guide you to the hideaway key. You have to climb one flight of stairs to get to my condo. Make yourself at home! Eat food, drink drinks, play instruments or take a nap with the kitty. You and a second guest will sleep on a comfy foam mattress in the guest room (it's private). If there are three or four guests, we can blow up the double tall queen mattress. I travel a lot for work, so you may need to change your own sheets. I am a sound healer and offer discounted treatments if you stay with me. My work is to bring the body from a place of imbalance to a place of balance using the vibrations of ancient instruments. It's like a full cellular body massage! I don't have cable - I have internet, plenty of DVDs and a little projector for a fun entertainment center extraordinaire. If you bring a laptop you can connect it via HDMI to the projector, and I have the adaptor for Mac. There's a grocery and liquor store within walking distance if you have any needs that I don't have stocked. Feel free to do laundry with my personal machines and supplies. You need to turn on the light inside the closet where the laundry is to turn the washer on. When leaving please be careful because my cat is quite the escape artist.
Very close to I-25, yet quiet and clean. I have very nice neighbors.
  • Excellent air bnb experience. Lauren was gone but we were able to utilize her apartment to the fullest, cooking in the oven and watching a movie on her projector screen. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

    Connor2017-04-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with a great location! From the moment we walked in, we felt comfortable. Lauren was very kind, her place had a great vibe, and the bed was really comfortable.

This lovely little victorian cottage home in the Historic Curtis Park neighborhood features a sunny eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, a spacious living room, and 2 cozy bedrooms - all powered with Solar Power! Bike Share program is very close by if you want to cruise down to Larimer Street and Downtown. Free off-street parking, laundry, wifi, and a 40" flat screen TV and a Blue-ray player with access to netflix and more. Stereo and record player in the living room. 5 Points is Denver's historic African American downtown. Once upon a time, Welton Street was home to some of the greatest jazz clubs in the country. The famous Rossonian is in the process of being restored to it's former glory and many music venues have sprung up around the neighborhood. Though the gentrification of 5 Points is well underway, it's residents are hoping to preserve it's diversity and sense of community. This part of Denver is growing and changing rapidly! There are tons of galleries, street art, breweries, restaurants and bars nearby. We are close to Downtown but still quiet and neighborhood-y. please checkout our guide book to see our recommendations. *This is an Urban environment. If you are uncomfortable being around folks of different cultures, classes or colors, please find a different neighborhood to stay in.
  • Although we did not get the pleasure to meet Eliza during our stay, the house, the garden and her communication with us was wonderful. There are places within walking distance to grab a drink, a convenience store down the street and going downtown via uber was quick and easy. We would definitely stay with Eliza again!

    Sara2015-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • First stay via airbnb & it will be hard to beat! Lovely hosts with an awesome house in a great area of Denver - a short walk from Lodo. Beautiful & comfortable, I'd not hesitate to recommend this if you're after a place in this town.

    Mark2013-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Eliza's house was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need and was very clean and (URL HIDDEN) felt just like home.

    Jennifer2014-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great place! Within walking distance of a great coffee shop, near the light rail, not too far from the highway.

    Jake2017-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and value. Right near the heart of downtown Denver.

    Drew2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • the house was homey and comfortable and the location was great.

    Sidney2013-10-31T00:00:00Z
  • The house was exactly as pictured, and we had a wonderful stay! We especially enjoyed sitting out in the backyard on Saturday morning while eating our breakfast. My only comment is that if you are a party of 4, then there is not a lot of cushiony seating in the front room (there is one big sectional couch, but it is a little crowded for four). But everything else was great.

    Ali2014-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • The house was amazing! It was beautiful, clean and in an awesome part of town. If your familiar with Denver, you'll know that this is the place to be. This House was so charming and inviting, I felt like I was staying at a friend's.

  • We loved our stay at the Curtis Park Charmer! The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic, so many walk-able restaurants and bars and it was very easy to get around Denver. The place itself is stunning-- every detail is perfect from the decor to the little touches like giving guests fuzzy robes and plenty of extra blankets. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

  • We LOVED the carriage house. What a unique, adorable place that's super close to tons of fun bars/coffee shops. Everything was easy and clean and cozy. Ashlee was really quick to respond and made checking in flawless. We were sad our trip was so short- we'll be coming back in the future!

    Hannah 2016-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • The place was perfect and exactly as shown. Ashlee and Grant were excellent host's and were quick to respond. If I ever return to the area I will definitely stay here again. A++++

    Bryan2016-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Ashlee was a great host! The house was impeccable- clean, well maintained, brand new appliances, solid wifi, well stocked amenities with spacious living and sleeping areas. Ashlee was incredibly responsive to our requests and questions. The location was prime- an easy walk/uber to nearby stores, restaurants and bars. The guide that Ashlee had left us was very well put together and took care of a lot of heavy lifting when it came down to planning our days. Would recommend the carriage house to anyone I know traveling through Denver, I know we'll be back!

  • We were so lucky Pat's home was available for our two-night trip. We were amazed by the renovated 19th century Victorian home, and would love to come back. All the coziness of a B&B and all the luxury of a 5-star hotel. Don't miss your chance to stay here.

    Meghan2017-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute place to stay for a couple of days. It was within walking distance to plenty of cool restaurants and bars. Would recommend to anyone!

    Cory2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Pat was just fine. She had a bum arm with Doctors appointment to go to and we were going to ball game shortly after arrival, so we did have chance to visit much. The next day we left early for Rocky Mnt Nat'l Park and returned late. We are pretty familiar with the area so didn't need directions or info from her. All worked out fine.

    Mike2016-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Super cute Victorian home:) Very clean, cozy, and private. Loved the bathroom!!! Pat was very kind and accommodating!:)

    Sarah2016-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Pat was perfectly lovely and gave my boyfriend and I plenty of privacy during our stay. The upstairs suite was beautiful, clean, and well kept, and she left great snacks and drinks, as well as good info about the neighborhood and its rich history. We loved walking to Larimer Street and downtown, as well as the convenience of street parking. We'd love to come back!

    Molly2016-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely amazing venue! Patricia was extremely helpful with our flight itinerary and things to do/see while we were in town, which rarely happens when I travel. The house is as shown in the photos and was a great venue! Offers a great place to sleep close to everything in downtown Denver, as well as offer activities once you call it a night (board games, Netflix, etc). The house is located just a short walk to countless breweries and down town. All in all, one of the best places I have stayed and will recommend this to anyone I can!

  • Amazing house, excellent host, comfortable stay. Wonderfully redone and very clean 1885 house in the Curtis Park area, a short walk from great coffee shops and whatnot, but still super close to downtown Denver. Very private and quiet, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself with everything you will need for your cozy stay. Host was terrific and very attentive, I highly recommend booking this place if you are in the area.

A romantic two bedroom oasis in the center of Capitol Hill awaits your entrance. This recently renovated Mansion surprises and delights in its delicate and sensual decor. Looking out its windows from within you expect to see the Eiffel tower and strolling parisians. Nestled in Denver’s original upscale neighborhood you are walking distance from the best Denver has to offer, including the Denver Art Museum, Colorado Convention Center, and countless gourmet restaurants.
This apartment is within a 100 year old building full of charm, and resides within Capital Hill's beautiful historic district. Have a hotel experience, while feeling like a Denver native. All furniture, including beds, are brand spanking new. 1 month+ rentals are encouraged. Although we do not allow smoking indoors, you may do so on the balcony.
Capitol Hill is a quintessential Denver neighborhood, a place where politicos and hipsters cross paths. It is Denver's most densely populated neighborhood. It was once the home of Denver's elite and origination of Foursquare architecture in Denver. Today it consists of historic mansions, apartments and condo buildings. Because of the concentration of multi-family uses and the urban character of the neighborhood, parking is at a premium. The area is strongly influenced by the Colorado State Capitol and Downtown Denver which is adjacent to the northwest boundary of the neighborhood. Commercial uses are typically located on major arterials such as Colfax Avenue, East 8th Avenue, East 14th Avenue, East 13th Avenue, Lincoln Street and Broadway. A considerable number of mansion properties have been converted to office uses over the past several years due to zoning exemptions offered to historic structures which are zoned for residential uses.
  • I cannot say enough good things about Christina's beautiful AirBandB. Check in was a breeze, the appartment was exquisitely decorated -I adored every single whimsical touch! location was gorgeous and convenient. Ill book with her again next time I'm in Denver for sure. Thank you so much!!

Nicely decorated. Christina was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place.

  • Ryan's basement apartment was a great place to stay and as spacious as it looks. He was a great host, offered very clear instructions of getting into the place and around the neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to food, drinks, the park, and more.

    Ryan2015-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • Ryan did an incredibly fantastic job at making my wife and I feel welcomed, comfortable, and right at home. The apartment was amazing and remodeled by the hands of our most gracious host. The neighborhood was lovely, Ryan knew all of the best little restraunts and shops all within walking distance of his home. Not to mention just steps away from beautiful City Park. Thank you so much Ryan, were definately going to tell our friends about you!!

    Andy2014-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • This is a true gem! The apartment definitely lived up to the pictures. The bed, sheets and towels were high quality and very comfortable. Ryan was very hospitable and checked in now and then to see if we needed anything. He even turned the heat up a few degrees for us, as we are total wimps in the cold. The neighborhood is a vibrant, urban hub one block south with walkable access to groceries, restaurants, bars...you name it. Less than a block north is the immense city park, great for running and spending time outdoors. It was our 3 year old's first experience in the snow and he enjoyed Ryan's yard as well as the park for snowball fights and building snowmen. Additional perks; off street parking, lots of closet/drawer space, spacious kitchen, good lighting. We've already got plans for another stay in the summer months and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

    Mara2015-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • Ryan was very welcoming and the space was very accurate to its description online! I stayed for two months and it definitely felt like home. Everything was clean and updated. I really liked the full kitchen, which allowed me to cook daily. It was especially nice that there was a private entrance and I always had a place to park. When I am ever in Denver again, Ryan's place will be the first place I check for availablity!

Completely remodeled upscale apartment 5 minutes from downtown. 2 big bedrooms both with king beds! 1300sqft! Awesome kitchen! 60" Plasma TV! Big fenced in yard! Off street parking! Close to public transportation. Office space! Very nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. License/Permit 2017-BFN-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
This is the bottom apartment in a duplex. Bright! Lots of windows! Completely remodeled! High end! King size beds! Egyptian cotton sheets! Stainless steel appliances! Marble in bathroom! Big fenced in yard with outdoor space to hang out! Great location! I live in the apartment above. I did a lot of soundproofing when I remodeled so sound has never been an issue. You might hear footsteps occasionally but nothing that is bad.
Sunnyside is great! Its very quiet but there are also great restaurants and bars within walking distance! Its 5 minute uber ride to downtown!
  • Gary could not have been more accomadating to all of our needs! We were moving our son into college so we needed info shopping and restaurants and Gary told us the best of the best! The place was homey, very clean and comfy! We would diffently return! Thanks Gary

  • Easy access location to downtown and highway. Nicely remodeled 2 BR place. Though it was on the lower level it felt quite bright and airy. Great communication, easy to work with. Nice back yard. Thanks, and would definitely stay again!

  • Gary's place was beautiful and very modern in its aesthetic. Everything was perfectly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Gary was also very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had very promptly and giving us suggestions for places to go and what to do. There's also cards against humanity to pass the time (which was great)!

  • Gary's Place is amazing! It's homy and comfortable, super clean and tastefully decorated. Gary's hospitality is top notch, and we very much appreciated his communication! The location is excellent too. We highly recommend a stay at Gary's Place!

Beautifully appointed two bedroom bungalow just east of downtown. Spacious living room, dining room, and huge private backyard. This house offers a quiet oasis for your next vacation or business trip, while still being just a 15 minute drive to downtown. Also close to Rose Medical Center and lots of shops and restaurants along East Colfax. Please note that after booking, all guests will receive an invoice for the required 10.75% lodging tax from the City of Denver (collected separately)
The house is located in the Mayfair neighborhood, which has been developing rapidly in the last few years. There's a great grocery store within walking distance, and excellent coffee, bar and food options within a four block walk from the house.
  • Karlin's place was in a great location which felt spacious and comfortable with enough room for 2 adults 2 young children and a baby. Response was quick with any questions. Thankyou for having us!

    Laura2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • This house is located in a quiet residential area and is even nicer than it appears in the photos. The backyard is enormous, the bathroom fairly new, the kitchen large and well-equipped and the living room spacious. There are buses nearby for easy access to downtown or an Uber ride is usually under $10. We picked the area because our son lives nearby, but it is a quiet and safe location for anyone staying in Denver.

    Marge2017-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great 2 bedroom place that was clean and comfortable! We loved having the space to spread out a bit as we were traveling with our two college aged daughters.

Our home is in the trendy, Denver neighborhood that's now being called LoHi. The area is rich with restaurants, breweries, and coffeeshops--we'd love to give recommendations or maybe even show you around a bit! Everything you need is within walking distance--even seeing all of your favorite Denver sports teams, live! Our property is 420-friendly, though we ask that you only light up outside. The home itself was built in 1891, an era when millionaires rushed to Denver for the silver boom.
Our home has three bedrooms and one bathroom. We keep the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms stocked with all the necessities--if you don't see something, just ask! There is a brand new, front loading, washer and dryer available to use upon request. The front porch is a great place to hang out and watch passers-by, and the living area is great for Netflix or a board game with friends. All the Denver art and photography you will see framed on the walls, is for sale also, just contact us and we can make it work for you to take if you're interested in buying it. We have a "pack-and-play" available for infants and toddlers, iron and ironing board. There is heat in the home but no air conditioning--an evaporative-air cooler is provided to cool the house down in the summer! As to be expected with a century-old home, some parts are fragile, but all the furniture, light fixtures, toilet, and laundry appliances are brand new (purchased March 2017 or later).
The Lohi neighborhood is awesome! You can start by googling "Little Man Ice Cream" the restaurant "Linger" and the restaurant "Uncle." There are several other great spots to eat and enjoy a beer. This is becoming one of the more hip neighborhoods in Denver, with boutiques of all kinds and even two or three blocks dedicated to the arts.
  • The house was great for our group and in a prime location! You can walk to many awesome bars and restaurants. Jordan and Aleah even left a gift card to Avanti, which is a cool spot with downtown views. For the price and location we would definitely recommend. Thanks!

    Adina2017-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly as advertised. Clean, in a very hip neighborhood. Had a great list of recommendations for restaurants.

    Hailey2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Me and my other 2 guests were happy overall with Jordan and Aleah's place. Nice little 3-bedroom with all the amenities you'll need with tasteful Ikea touches. Some of our favs: heating (it pumped), wifi and bluetooth speaker (that pumped too), spacious kitchen with dishware and all plus a brita, netflix on the tube. Nice neighborhood. Ideal for groups of 3 or more. Plus the hosts were always responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!

    James2017-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Highly Recommended! Flexible and Accommodating hosts! Everything I wanted for my trip to Denver

    Connor2017-08-13T00:00:00Z

  • Great place!!

    Caitlin2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Jordan and Aleah have a very quaint little place, that fit our family's needs perfectly, it's in an up and coming neighborhood, and it was easy to find street parking, which we were concerned about. Jordan and Aleah themselves were very friendly and easy to communicate with, would definitely recommend staying with them!

    Jacinda2017-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • What a great place to stay. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions! It was easy to get in the home, and it was clean. There was a group of us in Denver to go to sports authority for a concert. The home was located in an area that had many options for transportation: uber, rail, walking. We chose a combo of walking and uber! Worked well! And it took us about 10minutes to get to and from stadium. Would definately stay there again!

Our cool, clean historic home is a great base from which to explore Denver. It boasts a loft master suite upstairs and guest bedroom on the main floor, each with bath. Patios up and down, front and back. You're central to the best parts of Denver!
The location is simply amazing and the biggest selling point, but our home is pretty cool, too. This clean and airy home reflects eclectic yet refined tastes. Parking is free and downtown is walking distance. Please note this listing is for the ENTIRE home, property line to property line, so you will have privacy and space with your own little urban oasis. For children, we share our booster high chair, pack and play, and kid gate for the stairs. Air conditioning (installed from June through August) is window units in both the bedrooms, but they are sufficient for the entire house. Unfortunately it's not reasonably possible to update to central due to the 1902 construction of the house. The guest bedroom is on the main floor, and the space has a great boho luxe feel. The upstairs master suite loft is light and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bath, but only the master suite loft bath is adjoined. Please note that the master suite is a loft, so it does not have a door, but is nonetheless very private due to the labyrinthine path to the sleeping area and because it occupies the entire top floor. It also has a large, private balcony. There are two bedrooms each with a bed (one double and a queen in the master). We allow families larger than four and can leave inflatable mattresses, electric air pumps, and linens as arranged in advance. The drawers and closets are empty and free of personal items, so you will enjoy space to unpack and make yourself at home. No TV, friends. Free your mind. (OK, there is actually Netflix if a storm or the apocalypse hits and you get desperate but, until then, it's Denver, and there's lots to do.)
The neighborhood is the best in Denver. It's hip and centrally located but clean and safe. You won't find better food. Walking is one of our favorite things to do around here, and the architecture is incredible. Following our impulse on sunny days, we often find ourselves down the street at Little Man Icecream, a Denver institution. The Scottish Highland neighborhood also boasts the highest density of adorable, sporty dogs in all of Denver.
  • My friend and I stayed here for our annual trip. The house was clean and in a great location! Plenty of space, towels, kitchen items etc. The week was extremely hot, so we appreciated the air conditioning to help us sleep well. The neighborhood is charming with cute restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. It was simple and easy to arrange and communicate with Kimberly from booking to checkout. Overall, a great experience!! Thanks!!

  • It was a great location for us as my daughter lived 3 blocks away. We were a large extended family and this house was perfect! 2 bathrooms, plenty of extra space for a large group. The back patio and roof top patio added to the space, we never felt crowded. Kimberly had extra air mattress for my nephew. We had 2 cars and parking wasn't an issue. Overall is was perfect!

    Robyn2017-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Kimberly's place is lovely, full of good vibes, positive energy and original artwork. It was exactly as described in her listing and offered the two of us a spacious, convenient location for our Denver tour. Highly recommend!

  • We absolutely loved the apartment! It was super clean and the perfect amount of space for two people. Tina and Ryan also let us drop off our stuff early so we could explored while they cleaned from the previous guests. We truly appreciated not having to lug our bags around! The outdoor space was so spectacular to have and an added bonus (we didn't realize there was an awesome rooftop deck!). Loved the gas range stovetop, it made cooking fun! It was so nice to make coffee in the morning, sit outside and enjoy the view of the mountains! Thank you, Ryan and Tina!

One bedroom apartment in the vibrant Wash Park West/Baker neighborhood. Fully stocked with all the items you may need for a one night to one month stay. Management, my partner and I, are onsite for any questions.
My partner Robert and I own the apartment community so you will get the benefit of having us on site incase you need anything! The apartment is in a 1920's building so there is some old charm. The apartment has an open kitchen/living room, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom (in case you will be staying with friends, good to know for who gets the bedroom.) The apartment was fully remodeled back at the end of 2013. It has all new hardwood floors, windows, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and bathroom. Apartment is fully stocked with items for your stay! The kitchen has most items for you to cook a full meal. Bathroom includes Dr Bronners shampoo/body wash, q-tips, and cotton balls. There is a luggage rack and clothes hangers in the walk-in closet. There are movies in the hallway on the 1st floor for you to borrow during your stay and books for your entertainment as well, feel free to leave a book or take a book! The building is part of two other properties that all share a common courtyard. The courtyard includes a table and chairs, other seating, natural gas grill for use, and propane heater. The courtyard is setup during late Spring to early Fall months (May to Oct) and winterized (minimal furniture out) during the late Fall to early Spring months (Oct to May.) The other buildings include our house and another apartment building. Our dog Usol loves to roam that back courtyard and is not violent. She is very shy, but will never hurt anyone. This is an apartment community and we often hang out in the courtyard, have BBQ's, play outdoor games (ping pong!) and watch movies with a projector in the summer! Feel free to join any of these activities when you stay. The apartment is 420 friendly. Carefully review the Smoking Rules information emailed when you book and print out left in the kitchen. Includes: Iron Ironing Board Hair Dryer Luggage Rack Hangers Dresser Dr. Bronners Shampoo/Body Wash - Unscented and Hemp Citrus Electric Tea Kettle Toaster Microwave Coffee Maker w/ coffee and sugar TV w/ ALL channels including premium, Roku, Netflix, HULU DVD Player Hiking Books
Within a very short walk you will find the South Broadway (SoBo) district with shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pot shops, yoga, bowling, movies, and light grocery shopping. The neighborhood is becoming increasingly popular with all types of people and is great for people watching! During the week most places are open late and on the weekends most bars and restaurants are open until 2am or later.
  • If you're in the Denver area and need an awesome place to stay, this is it. It was perfect for my girlfriend and I, and even had a garage for our car rental. Absolutely perfect location right by plenty of bars, resturaunts, and literally 5-8 minute drive out of downtown. We will most certainly be back when visiting Denver.

  • It's a great place to stay and walkable to a lot of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

  • Brandon and Robert have such a gem, hidden in a centrally-located location of Denver. The apartment was spotless and had a hip, yet charming decor. Getting into and leaving the apartment was easy as everything was electronic, however I never felt unsafe. I have used Airbnb numerous times before and this has to be the best place I have ever stayed at. Although I wasn't able to interact with Brandon or Robert, their speedy replies made me feel at home. This apartment truly gives off the impression that you are just staying at a friend's place. 100% recommend and next time I'm in Denver, I will definitely be looking to stay here. Thank you!

  • This is my favorite BnB ever! We spent three days at Christina's place in the Capitol HIll neighborhood and hated to leave! She has an immaculate apartment with a spacious and beautiful decor. The beds were super comfortable and there are a lot of extras for guests, making you feel like you are in a luxurious hotel. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook several meals. We spent several mornings with coffee and evenings with wine on the porch overlooking a beautiful, tree-lined street. The neighborhood is both quiet and convenient to everything. We used Lyft instead of renting a car--which saved a ton of time and money. We loved Denver and we will definitely return to this apartment!

North City Park is the best of everything Denver has to offer. A short walk away is the #1 new restaurant in Denver- The Plimoth. City Park and Golf Course is only 5 blocks away where you can go see the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (one of my favorites!). You will be 15 minutes from the Colorado Convention Center, 10 minutes from 16th Street Mall, the main shopping district in the heart of downtown Denver, 15 minutes from the Denver Art Museum, 10 minutes from National Western Complex, 10 minutes from Coors Field and 15 minutes from Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium, home of the Denver Broncos. The house is a 25 minute drive from Denver International Airport. This is a urban neighborhood five blocks from City Park and near downtown but quiet and without the crowdedness of being right downtown. You are near all the bus lines and the light rail station. You are very close to Colfax Street with the best music venues in Denver. The house is near B-Cycle Stations if you would like to rent bikes. It is close to the trendy Lodo, Colfax Street, RiNo and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. The house is centrally located to at least 8 great Micro Breweries 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bicycle. Some of the best sites in Denver are within City Park, five blocks away. It contains the Denver Zoo, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science with an IMAX theatre, lakes and a boathouse. City Park Golf Course is on the northern tip of the park which the house is five blocks from. Depending on the season, the park hosts great free events like concerts, dancing and other outdoor entertainment.
  • It was a pleasure to stay at Cecilia's place on Steele St. All the pictures are accurate in the post. It was a perfect fit for myself and two friends on our trip to Denver. Her husband Andrei was kind enough to meet us when we checked in and give us a tour. P.S. Ask about the champagne and pillow chocolate amenities.

  • Cecilia was great! Nice place to stay and is close to many things. Excellent communication !

The backyard was private and a great space to hang out. We would stay again the next time we are in town. Cecilia and Andrei were great hosts. Thank you!

This gorgeous loft features cool urban art, exposed brick, a unique wall of suspended reclaimed doors in the front bedroom, and an amazing location in the heart of Denver! RiNo Art District is a thriving urban area full of fantastic breweries, dispensaries, and trendy restaurants within walking distance. We are also across the street from a large, well-lit park that includes lots of mature trees and a tennis court. The 16th Street Mall and other attractions are a short Uber ride away.
This home is perfect for a Denver getaway. Cook elaborate meals in our fully stocked kitchen or chop some wood and roast some s'mores in the fire pit on the patio of our private, lighted courtyard.
The River North Art District "where art is made" goes by the nickname of "RiNo" and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood! The district's interesting blend of urban charm and unique industrial revival makes it a great destination for visitors. Historic warehouses and factories now house jazz bars, restaurants, brewpubs, art galleries and working studios. RiNo boasts a diverse mix of creative businesses ranging from visual artists, designers and furniture makers, to craft distillers and brewers, winemakers, creators of unique outdoor gear and small-batch coffee roasters. The art definitely extends beyond gallery walls in this neighborhood, with its colorful and innovative street art murals in alleys and on buildings around almost every corner!

  • Really a cool place in a great location. We (my adult daughter and I) had a snafu with the hot water and when we got there late afternoon, there was what sounded like serious renovation going on under us. My daughter wanted to sneak in a quick nap but that was not an option with all the noise. In all fairness, Mark offered to come check out the hot water issue first thing in the morning (I didn't know we didn't have it until pretty late) but it was also the morning of check out so by the time we were up and ready to go, it was too late for showering. They were very communicative/accessible, the location was awesome, the loft was awesome and there's a really cool cat that hung out in the stairwell. :) I really do think the hot water issue was a one time thing and I'd definitely stay there again! They were great hosts.

  • This is such a cute places to stay! It is cozy and just a bus or Uber away from downtown. McKenna was very friendly and I would definitely stay here next time I am in Denver.

    Kelly2015-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • McKenna makes sure your stay is just like a hotel!

    Melissa2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay with McKenna. She was an awesome host and covered all the bases with her pre-stay communications and house book. The place looks just like the pictures with a funky, vintage vibe. Close proximity to the city in a more residential area, idea for me when I wanted some downtime.

    Kristina2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first time using AirBNB and it couldn't have been better. McKenna's place was awesome. It was easy to get to and parking on the street was no problem at all. When we got in, everything was spotless and the AC was pumping (it was over 90 degrees that day). McKenna had left us a very detailed description of her house rules and even had some recommendations and tips for us. Would definitely stay here again.

    Todd2016-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect stay! We didn't get to meet Mckenna but she left us a sweet little treat and personalized note. The washer and dryer really came in handy. The location was perfect for us. Neighborhood was quiet but everything was in close proximity. Can't wait to go back to Denver! Would definitely stay again.

  • McKenna was a great host! Definitely went above and beyond. The apartment was very cozy and close to everything. I would absolutely recommend staying with McKenna.

    Meredith2016-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at McKenna's was amazing! It was so wonderful to come to her adorable space for us after an almost 20 hour drive. There were no surprises and everything was just as we expected from reading her description. We didn't have the chance to actually meet McKenna, but she made she we were all good by checking in with us from time to time. Also, the bed was so comfortable!

    Corynn2016-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience with McKenna! She was responsive from the moment I booked the stay to after we left, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The attached apartment was extremely clean and well-stocked with all the supplies we needed. The house is a short distance to downtown bars and restaurants (Uber rides were very reasonable), and it's located in a very charming neighborhood that's good for morning runs! This stay in Denver was so much more comfortable than a stay at a motel of the same cost. I will definitely look to stay with McKenna when I return!

We created this space so folks can feel right at home while away from their own. Our guest house is only minutes from Downtown Denver, RiNo Art district, Coors Field, 3 miles from Broncos Sports Authority Field, Larimer bar district, a 2 mile drive to Union train station, and loads of great coffee shops and music venues. You’ll enjoy staying here because of Its convenient location, the charming decor and cozy environment. It is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
We wanted to make our space feel like a home. Drinks in the fridge, coffee and tea on the shelf, and all of the small decorative details that make it warm and inviting.
Our neighborhood is one of the oldest in Denver, and we have a massive historic park 2 blocks from our house with lots of walkable pathways. We have all of the benefits of being right downtown without any of the headaches of parking and noise.
  • My wife and I had a great time at Josh and Kayleens place. The pictures don't do justice to how awesome the place is! We would stay there again on our next trip if they would have us!

  • Josh and Kayleen were welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The space felt like a place we'd want to live-- so adorably designed, warm, and clean. We wanted to stay longer than one night. Everything about it was cozy and perfect for the getaway we were looking for. We will definitely recommend to friends wanting to stay in the area.

    Jamie2016-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great little find relatively close to most of the downtown sites. It's perfect for one or two, very clean, very nicely furnished. The only downside is it's location pretty close to I-70 so there's some highway noise, but otherwise an affordable and comfortable place to stay. The hosts were excellent.

    Tammy2017-11-05T00:00:00Z

Explore the sights and sounds of one of the nation's hottest cities. Perfect for adventurists & budget-friendly travelers - hike the original trail of Jack Kerouac from "on the road" (blocks from the vintage camper), take in the sounds of the city thumper - known for loud bass rhythms, and soak up Colorado's bluebird skies from a romantic downtown setting. 420 friendly and offering absolute privacy, the retro retreat is for discerning travelers who want a real Denver glam-camping experience.
A fun and romantic hideaway in the heart of the city and way better than staying in a person's home, the Retro Retreat has all the amenities of a private studio, including a working kitchen and bathroom with room to stretch out in your own private yard. The vintage camper boasts a propane heater that was made when things were built to last. As a result, it pumps more nice steady heat than most houses. Not just a blast from the past, the camper features a brand-spanking-new bathroom with a 2016 shower, water-heater, pump, and real porcelain toilet. The perfect escape from the hum-drum hotel universe, drop into a local's perspective. Not just another tin box in the mile high city, we stock the camper with munchies, a few micro beers, and all the supplies to make your stay comfy and cozy. Save your dollars and enjoy the full Colorado experience.
You can walk to Rockies games as easily as all of the excellent craft breweries, restaurants and live music venues such as The Ogden Theater, Cervantes, The Other Side as well as the new Rhino District. Three blocks from our bustling new transportation system. Five Points is a fun Denver neighborhood currently seeing a massive revival. Known for its rich history of jazz music, art, and the setting for many scenes in Kerouac's 1976 book "on the road" there is no better place to use as a launchpad for your Denver adventure. Whether or not you’ve read “On the Road,” you’re probably aware that Jack Kerouac et. al. spent some time in the Queen City of the Plains. And that means they spent a lot of time in the city’s bars. And that means you’re likely to hear about it when you visit or read about any of Denver’s oldest watering holes. Even when the bars themselves don’t advertise it, historians, fans and my fellow journalists rarely miss a chance to mention that Kerouac, Neal Cassady or Allen Ginsberg drank there. Here's a few just down the street from Sweet Pea: 715 Club 715 E. 26th Ave. The 715 Club sat closed and crumbling for a long time, but in honor of its long history and recent re-opening, we’re counting it. It was open for business in Five Points when Kerouac, Cassady and Ginsberg were spending a lot of time there. 2637 Welton St. Opened: 1930s, as the Casino Cabaret Yes, we’re fudging this one a little bit. But since Cervantes has picked up the mantle of live music in the building that once housed the Casino Cabaret, we figure it should count. There’s no proof that Kerouac and Cassady ever went there, but everyone from Visit Denver to 5280 to the Jack Was Here Tumblr says it’s a very safe bet, and they’re not wrong. Among notable (and confirmable) famous names to grace the Casino Cabaret: Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, James Brown, BB King and Ray Charles. El Chapultepec 1962 Market St. Now, here’s one we’re sure about, though there aren’t any photos. Jerry Krantz, late owner of the Pec, has recalled Kerouac and co. drinking there. My Brother's Bar 2376 15th St. Opened: 1873 as Highland House Denver’s oldest bar has had a handful of names in its lifetime, but not much else has changed. Back when it was called Paul’s Place, Kerouac, Cassady and Ginsberg were there often. You’ll find a photo of Kerouac and Cassady outside the bathroom along with a letter Cassady wrote from the Colorado State Reformatory asking a friend to pay off his tab there:
  • Absolutely loved this quite, cozy place. The backyard was perfect and the hammock, I recommend.

  • We were visiting Denver for the first time and it was the perfect place to spend our trip. It is the best spot to explore the city as well as relax and feel at home. Ami and Charlie were so nice and accommodating. Awesome experience!

  • This camper is just as charming as the pictures! The yard is amazing - there's about five different places to sit/lounge, perfect reading light under the string lights, they brought us fresh cucumber water to sip on all day, a little fountain with some nice water sounds as white noise... all amazing. The small space of the camper is unnoticeable because everything is so thoughtful and efficient. The shower is actually great and the bed is comfy! I felt like I was in an HGTV tiny house episode. So fun and adventurous but comfortable at the same time. If you've looked at the pictures of the camper and thought "wow cool" then definitely book here. It lives up to the hype. ️

  • Our stay at Hannah's place was great. Communicating with Hannah leading up to the stay was easy, as she was very responsive. Clear instructions were provided as far as checking in/out which made it go very smooth. As far as the place, it was exactly as the photos depicted, and perfect for our stay. Would recommend to others.

  • I was visiting Denver for a few days getting my son moved into a new place. the location was perfect for running around town, errands, close in proximity to downtown for us, but most of all, having a parking spot proved to be quite valuable. There were only two of us, but the place was way more spacious to accommodate more people easily. Loved the access with a code and no keys.

Step into fun luxury living in this completely remodeled retro two bedroom apartment. No detailed was spared in this colorful mid-century modern space. Private parking behind building. Perfect for travelers, families, & long term executive rentals. Walking distance to Capitol Hill's shops, restaurants, The Denver Art Museum, Molly Brown House, The Denver Art Museum, and The Denver Convention Center. The Best Location for being close to Downtown and yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Capitol Hill is Denver's most densely populated neighborhood.
  • Amazing place, great location. I loved the bed and all the great appointments. I will stay again next time I am in Denver.

Very easy to access with door codes, so not everyone needs a key!

  • The space was amazing! So close to 16th street mall. And having a parking area is a lifesaver in denver. We enjoyed everything.

  • Great place, great location, great communication. Couldn't have asked for better-- except more time to stay. Thanks, Christina!

    Kari2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's space is immaculate, thoughtfully composed, and super cozy. She offers soft touches throughout the space, including bath salts and an assortment of bath products, as well as plenty of pillows and such for lounging. There are a nice variety of spaces in the spot to make yourself comfortable, whether it be cooking & dining, visiting w friends, or lazing about on the futon and plush rug. I absolutely recommend this space for a group of 3-5.

Today, Denver is an outdoor city with a vibrant, walkable downtown offering urban adventures for all ages. Within a one-mile radius, you can kayak on the Platte River; explore some of the city's best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown's free 16th Street Mall shuttle makes it even easier to get around. Visit Larimer Square and the newly renovated Denver Union Station in historic Lower Downtown (Lodo), where Victorian buildings now house restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, brewpubs and coffee houses, or head to Denver Pavilions where you'll find shops, restaurants, bars and a movie theater. • This is a nice condo in a great location. We were making last minute plans and were willing to pay extra, but it seems this is higher priced than similar spaces in the same neighborhood and perhaps even the same building. Om the other hand, you do get to have four guests for the same price, which is a good thing. Our stay ended up pleasant, and we aren't the complaining types, so here's just a few facts: The host was relatively slow by what we've come to expect as Airbnb standards, and she didn't seem to read our inquiries, providing fast cursory responses without answering our questions. The place is nice, with minimally basic supplies and interesting quirks that make you think it doesn't get a lot of personal touch, such as a dining table that you can't use after dark because there is no light in the vicinity. You have to sign a short-term lease to stay here, and ours had inconsistent information, with confusing host's names and parking spaces that we had to sort out on our own (again, little help from the host). We mean nothing personal about the host, as we never met her and the condo did meet the contract in the end. The saving grace was the helper from the rental agency the host employs and to whom she hands you off, and who saved the day with personal care and attention when we needed it, including a late check-in.

  • Excellent place with perfect location

  • Great place. Great location!!!! One parking spot included, don't take a big car, it's a tight garage. :-) The people were very helpful and very good work with! 2 bedroom, one bath. Great for us for a few days, but I couldn't stay there with my husband and 2 girls, we would never get out of there with just the one shower and sink area. But for 2 of us it was GREAT! So close to 16th street Mall, we walked there every day!!! It was a great place to stay!

  • Standard condo, nice view from living room, 2nd bedroom has no windows, Central location

    Reed2017-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Easy to deal with. Only downside was us not being able to check in before 3pm after flying into Denver at 9am. Overall great location very close to night life. Best part about this place is the shower (two shower heads) definitely recommend it.

    Michael2017-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • The location is in the heart of downtown Denver. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. The place was clean and well decorated. I also very much liked the security of the building. Definitely would recommend this if you want to be in the heart of downtown Denver.

Spectacular 3,200 SF new construction duplex unit with fully finished basement and rooftop deck. Blocks away from Sloan's Lake and a quick Uber ride to downtown Denver. Restaurants and bars abound, or enjoy cocktails on the rooftop deck. Plenty of street parking.
  • The location of the house was great. We walked around Sloan lake to a great Thai Food place and walked into the Union Station area downtown as well. Wifi worked great and our group of 6 had plenty of room. J is a great host; he's very helpful and easy to work with. However, there are only three real beds in the house (all six of us felt the beds were too soft for our liking). One bedroom has a blow-up mattress and one bedroom has no bed at all, its just a sitting room. I would definitely rebook this house if the beds were upgraded. We need a good night's sleep to really enjoy our vacation.

    Terry2017-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • J's home was perfect for our family gathering. It was well stocked and J even brought over extra hangers.

    Dana2017-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at J's place was everything we hoped for! The home was impeccable and exactly as shown in the photos and description and was spotlessly clean. We were happy to find helpful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms had also been left for us. J was a relaxed and kind host, who went out of his way to help supply stair-gates for us so our 1yr old remained safe with so many stairs around. The gates were a little small for some gaps but worked ok as long as your child does not actively go to touch or push Jo them. Our check in was smooth and pain free, as was the check out experience and J helped us throughout. The home was beautifully decorated in a funky modern design and equipped with everything you could need (except for a kettle which we went and bought as us English folk like a cup of tea!). We really loved the garden area for bbqs and letting out little one play. The rooms were spacious and clean and very welcoming. We did all struggle with the very soft mattresses but that could be because in the UK we use harder ones! The layout was great and as we were the only ones with small children we took the basement floor for more space and privacy which worked well. The only minor downside is that the thermostat on the ground floor was such that we couldn't a define a temperature for the basement only which did tend to get extremely cold. We have family in Denver and thus will now be visiting more often, possibly once a year and for sure we will be hoping to stay at J's place again. Both he and the house were a joy and we definitely recommend this listing to others considering booking.

  • The house was great and J was very accommodating.

  • Great location, wonderful home. J was extremely communicative and responsive - excellent host. His place is beautiful!!!

    Sharon2016-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • J's place was awesome, and perfect for what we were looking for. Check in and communication with J was easy. The place was super clean, in a great area in proximity to downtown, and had many beds. Would definitely come back!

    Gaby2017-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • J's place was stylish, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space as well as the cozy fire place. My family had plenty of space to spread out. J was communicative and kind. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Location and Value! Fully renovated condo is perfectly located on the ski run and steps from the lift! Walk only 2 blocks to the heart of Main Street! Full remodel includes all new modern finishes, appliances, and furnishings. Comfortably sleeps 4.
Best location in Breck! Walk directly across the street to the snowflake lift, and when you are done, ski to your door! Then, walk two blocks into town for dinner and drinks. The home was just FULLY remodeled with modern finishes and furnishings. The reclaimed barn wood floors give the home a clean and open feel, and the natural light from all the bedroom windows really brighten the space. The kitchen has tons of counter space and brand new stainless steel appliances. Also, enjoy our brand new Keurig coffee machine fully stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The bedroom is not just for sleeping! (Though our 900 thread count sheets and super plush pillows don't hurt..) It's also the perfect place to curl up for a movie. We have Netflix streaming service for you, so now you just have to choose between Breaking Bad and Mulan. Good luck. The pullout couch is super comfortable! Yes, you heard me.. super comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, just for you.. no coins needed! Throw your ski socks in the dryer 5 minutes before you put your boots on and you can thank me later :) The bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and a state of the art toilet. The lever on the side replaces the old water in the bowl with new, fresh water. (do not drink) There is an uncovered parking lot just outside the condo, and you have access to 2 parking passes. We also have a locked storage room where you can safely store your skis and boards. *We have 20% off ski and board rentals at all Christy Sports locations. This can be a great savings if you plan to rent gear! We recommend using it at Lone Star Sports (owned and operated by Christy Sports) right down the street at the corner of Park Ave and Four O'clock Road. **We have a 2 night minimum stay, but if there is one night between other reservations, send me an email, and I will send you a special offer to book the night! Those nights have discounted prices!
The location is AMAZING! The ability to ski in and ski out takes the stress out of the ski trip. No parking or crowded buses or lugging equipment. Just throw on your gear, grab your skis from your personal, locked storage room, and jump on the lift (it's RIGHT across the street!!). Then ski right to your door when you want a hot chocolate break. Depending on how much snow we get, Four O’clock Ski Run may not be open, and the snowflake lift may not be open, especially if you are visiting us early in the season (November). We would love to be in control of snowfall, but unfortunately, that power belongs to Ullr – the snow god. If this is the case during your visit, you are still in luck! Why? You are only a 2 minute bus ride from the base of peak 9, and the bus stop is right across the street. On your way back, take the bus from base of Peak 9, and you are looking at another 2 minute ride (phew!). In the summer, you can hike and bike hundreds of trails. HUNDREDS! I have lived in Breck for 14 years, and I still haven't ridden them all. One of my favorite hiking trails starts right across the street at the snowflake lift. You can take it all the way to the top of Peak 8 if you want! Mountain Bikers: Grab a trail map or ask around for the trails that best fit your skill level. There is something for every level rider out there, and it is all FUN! Road bikers rejoice! Hook into the bike trail just two blocks down the road, and take it all the way to Vail, or do a ride around the Dillon Lake. If you do the latter, make sure you stop at the tiki bar for a drink on the lake. Rafting, Fishing, Golf.. its all here. Stop by the Breck Visitors center when you cruise down to Main Street. They have a ton of information on funs stuff to do. Like the Summer Peak 8 Fun Park!
  • The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, comfortable and had welcoming touches such as nice glassware and linens. Towels were super plush! The fan was not working when we arrived and we had a response from Leah within 5 minutes and promptly had a new one. Close to town, hiking and gondola. We would absolutely come back. Thank you for your hospitality Leah.

The house's design, art and African theme, honors Edward Lee "Bud" Mulcahy whose life and legacy in Kapkesembe, Kenya was the subject of news articles in both Texas and Colorado. He took members from the communities of the Roaring Fork Valley and Dallas Fort Worth to bring clean water to a small village of 10,000 in Kenya. His life is summarized here: Mar 18, 1935 - May 26, 2015 May 27, 2015 Edward Lee "Bud" Mulcahy Comments (7) Edward Lee “Bud" Mulcahy died at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center on May 26th after a long battle with cancer. God indeed broke the mold when He created Bud. An extraordinary athlete, cowboy, and horseman, young Buddy committed his life to Jesus at the age of sixteen. His Horatio Alger story epitomized the American dream of hard work as his amazing lifestory has been featured in numerous news articles in Texas and Colorado. Growing up on a rural Texas farm without running water or electricity during the Depression, Bud was the first of his family to attend college, graduating from The University (of Texas) in 1959 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He married his college sweetheart and the love of his life for 58 years, Sandra Frances Mueller. Upon graduation, Bud worked in nuclear research at the University of California at Los Alamos. Later, he did post graduate work at SMU and while at LTV, Bud tested the Apollo space suit and the heat shield for NASA's Space Shuttle in his laboratory, publishing papers in thermal dynamics. In 1971, he left the corporate world and started his own business, Lee Engineering. After retiring, Bud traveled to Africa where he and Sandy befriended a butler from a Kenyan village without running water or electricity. Bud and a volunteer team from Texas and Aspen drilled a water well and the village named a newly established school Tillebei (clean water) “Bud" Academy. He is survived by his wife Sandy and children, Lee and Cynthia. • Lee is the quintessential Airbnb host, with a the ideal getaway location! This property lives up to the photos, and then some... a deign geek's dream: Barcelona loungers/daybed, Corbusier couch, lux beds, bespoke bathrooms, animal hides/busts, and that chandelier in the kitchen... wow! It's like living in an art gallery, with views galore. Lee is accommodating, friendly, communicative, relaxed and far from intrusive or onerous. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Lee. We look forward to returning.

  • Staying at the glass house the weekend of Halloween was the best decision we have ever made. Even though Lee recommended we go to Aspen for the hottest night in the mountain lifestyle possible, the glass house had our attention. We passed on going out in Aspen to stay out at our little get away in such an eclectic home. Everything in this house is truly unique & incredibly beautiful! From the breath taking views off of the deck out of the garage doors to the great adventurous hikes around the lake, we were totally engulfed with the amount of entertaining we were able to create while doing anything. From cooking, bar tending, doing dishes & enjoying your guests in such an open space with so much room & perfect atmosphere, makes anytime in this glass house more than memorable. Being from Texas but running Arrowhead Mountain Lodge on the western slope of Colorado about 4 hours from Beautiful Basalt, the feel is so perfect. Lee was absolutely wonderful to meet, a truly great man, we had the pleasure of getting to know a little about him & being a fellow Texan he won us over. We couldn't have been more thankful with how accommodating he is and can't wait to come back!!!!!

    Nicole2016-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • Magnificent is an understatement. We arrived, after dark, to this lovely, eclectic, beautiful home with everything you would need and then some. In the morning we woke from the most comfortable beds to views that invited and coaxed you to come outdoors . Lee made things easy and was available if needed . ( unnecessary since everything was taken care of beforehand) . We will most certainly return again and again.

    Jaime2015-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful home with beautiful views. The road leading to the home was absolutely gorgeous along the river. Lee told us where to get delicious spring water and we stopped there every day. We watched the deer every evening right outside the house. We loved seeing Lee's unique artwork and touches all throughout the home. The bathtub was huge and so relaxing! You'll love your stay here.

  • Great house and great location. Everything was as expected and better. Prompt assistance whenever we had a question made our stay care free. Thanks, Aaron!

    Matt2016-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • This home was a perfect for our family and a perfect location, we were able to walk/ride to hiking and biking and also had a quick trip to groceries. The house was beyond expectations as far as being well equipped with kitchen tools and bedding. Beautiful lot with trees was so much more enjoyable than a condo, especially with kids. Great experience, thanks and we will be back!

    Nicole2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin was beautiful and perfect for hosting our family gathering. We loved being able to prepare meals in the large, open kitchen and having a table big enough to seat all of us together. Lacey was very helpful and responded quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

    Marissa2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely great! Definitely would stay here again.

    Evan2015-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • The house was gorgeous and spacious. The large, open kitchen was very handy, as we had several people preparing (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with Aaron was prompt, and the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

  • Aaron was very responsive to any questions and concerns when booking our reservation and was very accommodating to our needs.

  • House was everything we expected. Clean, well stocked and very comfortable for all 19 of us. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was fixed the next day (new dishwasher installed). No issues with neighbors, traffic or wildlife. I would recommend to anyone!

Redecorated sunny loft with a view of Vail ski trails through floor-to-ceiling windows. Easy access to Vail Village, the ski mountain, hiking trails, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and FUN. Fully-equipped kitchen, including espresso machine. Free parking + Free town bus that runs until 2am - you could park your car and not drive for your whole vacation, if you wanted to! During warmer months, relax with a cup of coffee or refreshing adult beverage on the mountain-view balcony.
Recently renovated and redecorated, this modern mountain loft will be your home in West Vail with a great open feel. High ceilings and the south-facing windows provide lots of natural light and views of the slopes of Vail Resort. The bistro table set on the balcony is great for relaxing with a drink or snack during the warmer months, while looking out at Vail mountain. THE BEDROOM is the upstairs loft: → Queen Bed with memory foam mattress → Views out to the slopes of Vail. → Hardwood floors → Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping down in the living room: equivalent to a full-size bed (it's as long as a queen, but as wide as a full; 80"x55"). This sleeper sofa is not like a typical pull-out couch; it's actually quite comfortable, with no springs to cause pressure points. As a bed, it's on the firm side, so I've provided a memory foam mattress topper, in case you prefer your bed to be a bit softer. BATH For a spa-like experience, the walk-in slate tile shower is equipped with a luxurious rain shower head. KITCHEN Let your inner chef out: the kitchen is equipped with a basic assortment of cooking tools: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, etc. → Coffee-Lovers: there is a Nespresso machine with aeroccino so that you can enjoy a nice espresso beverage in the morning with frothed milk. When I'm in town I keep a small assortment of coffee pods available, but if I've been gone for a while and many guests have stayed, I can't guarantee that there will still be pods available, so bring your own if you have favorites (the machine takes the original style Nespresso pods). ENTERTAINMENT There is a TV hung on the wall, with a Roku attached. It's set up with Netflix, HBO Go, and an assortment of other streaming channels (FX NOW, FOX NOW, ESPN, ABC, A&E, History Channel, CNN, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, ABC News, and PBS, to name a few). Please note that there isn't cable/satellite service here (but who has time for TV when there's so much to do outside!).
Everything you need is close by: → two grocery stores (Safeway and City Market), → liquor stores → world-class restaurants in Vail Village and Lionshead → ski lifts/gondola → hiking (on Vail mountain, the North Trail just up the street, or any of the other great trails in Vail) → Mountain Biking (Vail has a great downhill trail system during the summer) → Fly Fishing → the list goes on and on...Vail is an awesome place to visit for outdoor activities, culture, and nightlife. ...all within 3-10 minutes via the free bus or car.
  • Greg was awesome and very accommodating!! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying again in the future!

    Grant2016-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • The place was clean. The only thing that I had problem with was finding location of the condo. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map was not too accurate to guide. Call the host when you get there for more accurate information of the location.

  • Nicely renovated condo for 2 with a great view of Vail mountain and the golden aspens this time of year. There are no stairs to the entrance which makes it easy to carry in bikes [and skis] and there's a perfect a spot to store them inside. It's just a little over a mile to Vail Resort for great restaurants. Only Roku TV, not live, so no sports viewing. Greg provided detailed instructions, making everything easy. Would love to go back!

    Lori2016-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Greg' loft is comfortable, clean, and overall great - we would stay there again. Proximity to town is fantastic!

  • Took my daughter to a soccer tournament. This is a great condo very close to the heart of vail and the Gondola for the ski area. Very clean and Greg was great to work with on any questions I had. Would go back again.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our beautiful, spacious condo that sits high on Steamboat Mountain w/ dramatic 180 degrees of Yampa Valley and surrounding Steamboat Mountains. Enjoy world-class skiing, hikes, shopping and dining right outside our door!
Steamboat is the heart of Ski Town, USA, and our condo is a quick three minute drive or shuttle to the mountain. The town also offers awesome recreation activities every season of the year, including hiking, shopping downtown, riding bikes on all of the trails, tubing or rafting down the river, and of course, soaking in the world-renowned hot springs, which gave the town its name. Our condo is Colorado Contemporary Mountain, with brand new furniture, colorful Colorado art, new granite tabletops, vessel sinks, wood floors, cozy fireplace, new paint on all walls and easy, free parking. We have a FREE shuttle service that's on call until about midnight for you during the winter months. This is great to get to/from the mountain easily/quickly (about 5 mins) and to get to/from downtown without having to worry about driving or parking. The condo is two bed, two bath, and comfortably sleeps 8 in 2 queens, 2 full beds (including a queen sleeper sofa!). We also have a pack and play for the little ones! Enjoy our brand new gym, hot tubs and dry sauna, all boasting the same incredible views of Yampa Valley below! The condo is south facing, so you will enjoy bright light all day long.
A Sampling of Local Attractions Right outside Our Doorstep! Steamboat Ski Area The Steamboat Ski Area features 20 lifts, 142 trails, 2,939 acres, three terrain parks and 3,668 feet of vertical rise spread across a range of six peaks. Free shuttle service is available from our place to the ski area during daytime hours, and it’s only about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk. Among skiing and boarding aficionados, Steamboat has earned a reputation for varied terrain and top-notch tree skiing. For cross-country skiing, the Steamboat Ski Touring Center offers 30 kilometers of groomed trails. Strawberry Park Hot Springs Relax and rejuvenate at Strawberry Park Hot Springs, a 40-acre facility bordered by national forest. Park hours: 10 a.m.-10:30 p.m., Sun.-Thurs.; 10 a.m.-Midnight, Fri. & Sat. Old Town Hot springs Located at the foot of downtown Steamboat Springs. The Old Town Hot Springs offer a relaxing, family friendly hot springs experience. The facility offers multiple Hot Springs pools, a Waterslide, fitness center, and an onsite massage therapist. (phone number hidden). Fish Creek Falls These falls in the National Forest are just a few miles out of town on good roads. They are very popular so parking can be a bit tricky in the small lots at prime times. There are several viewing options depending on your time commitment and ability to hike. There is a fairly flat paved trail to a couple of nice overlook points that can be done in about 15-20 minutes. A slightly longer, moderately steep trail will get you to the base of the falls fairly quickly. And there are steep trails that will let you hike up to the top.
  • This condo was nice and quiet. Listing is accurate. Can't say enough about the view. Wonderful seeing the hot air balloons right from the balcony while having your morning coffee. Town is close by, hot springs relaxing and were even able to use the hot tub, actually had it all to ourselves. Condo was bright, clean and kitchen well stock with everything you need.

  • Jeff's place was amazing. Priceless view of Yampa valley. Nice high quality furnitures. Well stocked with everything. Close to everything. Jeff's communication was great! You will not be disappointed.

  • The condo was stunning. Great location and beautiful view. The condo has everything one could possibly need, including a really nice kitchen set up. Access was easy and Jeff responds very quickly. I would definitely stay there again. Overall: awesome stay!

  • We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo had everything one would need to have a comfortable time. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed an amazing view from the deck when grilling and the hot tub while relaxing from a long day. Couldn't be more pleased with our stay!

    David2016-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Jeff went above and beyond to make this condo a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and spacious, and had all the amenities we could want and more (including coffee, a washer / dryer in the condo, and a jacuzzi just outside). They weren't lying about the views either - amazing!

    Andrea2016-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • The listing was spot on! Amenities were wonderful, it was especially nice being about to grill on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the views. We very much enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs with great views overlooking Steamboat and the beautiful Yampa Valley, loved the dry sauna and exercise room too! The beds were amazingly comfortable, especially the king bed in the master and the mattresses on the full bunks and fold out couch are super plush. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Steamboat!

    Jenna2015-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • This condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view was spectacular, especially from the hot tub!

    Amber2015-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Jeff was super responsive both before and during the trip. Really easy to work with. The condo was perfect for a family ski trip - equipped with bunk beds, plenty of kitchen appliances (and well stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and spices), games, etc. It's super easy to find, the buses are timely and easily accessible, and within a short 5 minute (free) shuttle ride to the base of the ski mountain. One of the understated feature of the condo in my opinion is the V-I-E-W! Whoa. I can't comment on how great the TV was because we seriously spent our timing playing or looking out the big windows that overlook the town and mountains. We also used the hot tub one night after hitting the slopes which also shares the same insane view.. you have to stay in for a good 15 minutes in oder to heat your core high enough to withstand the cold, 50 foot "trek" back to the condo. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
