My husband and I stumbled on this place for a last minute, short trip to Tampa and it was amazing - very spacious and more than two of us really needed, but such a lovely stay! The walk to the bay took maybe 1 minute, and it was a wonderful, private location to get back to when we weren’t out and about. It’s a great spot with a great host, and we would love to come back and stay, especially if we travel with some family. Thanks, Jason!

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

Mark's place was great. I would definitely stay there again with my family highly recommend his place.

It was easy to find and check in. Ray was helpful when had a bug issue and addressed it immediately.

Great place centrally located to downtown. We rented both units A & B to accommodate our family for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to reach all venues w/in minutes. Great restaurants close by as well. Beds were very comfortable but know that 1 of the bedrooms you are basically on the floor. Luckily my husband and I are still able to get up off the floor. Ha!

This home truly exceeded our expectations! Immaculately clean, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including a generous supply of essentials like paper products and cooking spices. The serene lake and inviting pool created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, while the centrally located, peaceful neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. Each of the four beds provided exceptional comfort, and the ample living room seating easily accommodated our family of five. If you're visiting the Tampa Bay area, this rental is an absolute gem—we highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying here and being steps away from the beach. The host was very responsive when we asked questions throughout our stay.

This place had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast every morning, and was fully stocked with beach supplies. Would definitely stay again! We were very comfortable the entire time.

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

We wanted a beach visit after our family spent the week at Disney. It’s a quick easy drive from Orlando. You can’t beat the location of the home! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Our stay with Vanessa was perfect! The location was so close to the beach, the 5 minute walk with a crossing signal was key! Also, the unit was very clean and well equipped. We cooked most meals at the unit and enjoyed sitting outside near the big banyan tree. Highly recommend this place.We visit the area often and I would love to stay here again!

We came to the west coast to celebrate Mother’s Day with our daughter who lives here. Aaron and Amy’s home was perfect, We were greeted with a nice basket of goodies. The home was impeccably clean and decorated so welcoming. Not to mention the beds were so comfy, The home was equipped with everything you would need. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Cesars place was lovely exactly what is needed for a couples get away! Less than 5 mins from Bush gardens

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as pleasant as the first time! The extremely short walk right across the street to the beach, quiet neighborhood, less crowded section of the beach, along with the close proximity to restaurants makes it the perfect little getaway! It's probably the most well stocked home with everything you can think of needing (including both a hot pot and tea pot for your tea, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards ECT) It's a clean, comfortable place that makes us feel right at home. We also love the option of the hot tub to relax in for the evening. The hosts are very kind/helpful. It's the perfect little beach getaway. Thank you again! This place has a special place in our hearts. Happy memories made!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Really accommodating hosts!!! The place was cute and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous, the best part of this stay. Ac works well thank goodness; The beds are comfortable but the sheets stay very hot. Place is clean enough to feel at home, the only thing I would say is the floors ( i have a crawling child so this stood out to me) could use a deep clean but were still obviously mopped so it was acceptable. There are most beach supplies which is so helpful, we left some sand toys. This is very family oriented stay and was wonderful with a toddler. We recommend montys pizza near here (really good pizza and a retro environment10/10) If you plan to cook often the kitchen has plenty of dishes and enough supplies to get the job done, and a regular coffee maker ( i hate k cups lol) i do hope to stay here again.

My family had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at Jacqueline’s cottage. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean and comfortable. The beach supplies left by past guest was also very helpful! Private parking was also a plus since area gets quite busy. All around great trip and looking forward to our next visit!

Moraima is an exceptional host and highly recommended. She is always there if you need anything but very respectful of your space. The property is very clean with a very comfortable setting and great selection of coffee.

The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you’d need to feel comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching nature, and swimming in the pool. Thomas was incredibly responsive, when a few minor things happened, he made sure to take care of them quickly. He also went out of his way to make recommendations for local areas to rent a home. I’d definitely stay here again!

Was super location and perfect for commuting for work. Room was set back, so you didn't hear the traffic. Close to planet fitness which was great.
