Cindy and Bill were extremely friendly as if they've known us forever! Their home was perfect, very roomy and spotless. We stayed for the weekend because our daughter graduated from JMU, but could've easily stayed a lot longer. We didn't feel cramped at all! My only regret is that I didn't know about Champion's Nest all this time!!! Thank you Cindy and Bill for making us feel at home <3

Thank you for hosting us for the night! This airbnb was exactly what we needed. Amazing views and peaceful scenery of the mountains, yet an easy drive to the town. The Airbnb was really clean and cozy, and has all the amenities you will need.

We are repeat guests at Paula’s and it’s always a great time. Visiting our JMU Duke and staying at the Southern Charm Retreat is always fun, convenient to the campus and relaxing. House is roomy and super clean. The game room is a fun bonus and the back yard deck is beautiful, well maintained and great for entertaining. Thanks as always Paula !

This property was fantastic! Set on the outskirts of Elkton, we were able to quickly get into the Shenandoah National Park for some hiking and walk into town for a great dinner. Everything about the property was beautiful and impressive - it was extremely clean, spacious, and coxy. We visited over the weekend and couldn't even tell that we were below an optometry office. And the bunk beds easily fit adults and added a little extra fun (and brought back old memories) to our adventure! Ruth provided everything that we could have possibly needed and more. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Lori was an amazing host and everything was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the playroom and we loved the well stocked kitchen (we stayed over Thanksgiving!). The place was cozy and we felt right at home as soon as walked in. 10/10 stay, and we’ll definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at Brenda and Jack's. We were celebrating our daughter graduating from JMU and their place was a great home base. They were always responsive to any questions and made the stay easy.

The place was very cute and worked out great for our trip. We have a larger SUV so the shared driveway may have crushed a fern leaf or two-apologize! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for a long weekend with kids and had a great time. The pool was a fantastic perk and kept the kids entertained! Marci was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of sleeping space. The Murphy bed was huge and very comfortable. The full kitchen was well-stocked with plates, pots, and pans, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus.

Communication with Isabella was a breeze. She was responsive and friendly. Location was good - just a few minutes to JMU, grocery stores, and restaurants. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities - stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, and coffee machine. There are also washer and dryer which are able to handle big loads of laundry. The bedrooms are comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. Even though the bathroom is small, the shower water pressure is very good. Isabella and Lorenzo provided us with helpful information and recommendations of where to eat and things to do in the area. Thank you 😊

Very cute apartment easily accessed from Interstate 81. It fronts on Rt 11, which seems to get a lot of truck traffic at night, but the bedroom is on the back and is quiet. We were in the area for family business and wish we had longer just to explore the area. When we come back to Mt. Jackson, we will definitely try to book this apartment or another of Donna and Robert’s rentals.

Nice, clean place. Convenient location! Great if you want to fish or spend time on or near the river! Nice covered porch if it’s raining, great fire pit and chairs!

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

Slavic’s place was a wonderful experience from accommodating hosts to a great place for my family . We felt at home and had a fantastic stay from responsive communication before getting there to a great and welcoming stay. We would definitely book again when we’re back in Harrisonburg! We had a wonderful stay! The place was cute, had beautiful views, and was the perfect distance from my son’s mountain bike race. It was peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived late after an evening graduation. Easy self check in. Welcome package was a nice touch. The place was equipped with what was needed for a enjoyable stay. We had a car issue and owner messege me with solutions. Fortunately our family picked us up and we were able to continue celebrating. Was able to charge battery with her charger and extension cord. Maya assistance kept the graduation celebrations the focus. Much appreciated !

It was exactly what we needed.

Perfect for a quick getaway for my friends and I! The best part was being super close to the ski slopes/snow tubing and the late check out. We originally planned on just one day of skiing and snowboarding, but got to get in a couple extra hours with the late check out and close proximity. Thanks Carissa!

The place was great. Clean, just as described, and spacious. The driveway may be challenging for some in the winter, but we visited in the spring, so was not an issue. Had what we needed and we had a great stay.
