My family and I enjoyed our stay at Justin‘s place. It is very spacious and we were a family of five. My mom, my husband and my two daughters. The kitchen was fully stacked, and the mattresses were super comfortable. The snorkeling gear was a little old so we ended up buying our own gear. The area was great. Very close to a swimming beach and a beach for snorkeling. Justin was very responsive. Always replied right away and very helpful. We hope to come back someday soon!

Perfect stay for 2 people, extremely clean, quiet location, accurate description, washer & dryer available, responsive host, walking distance to beach, snorkeling and beach items available to use. I would describe it as cozy and has a small patio with table, chairs and lounge seat to enjoy a small zen garden. Host met us during our stay and gave us the most delicious, farm fresh bunch of bananas, quite unlike the store brought variety. Overall a terrific value for the Kona area, highly recommended, I would book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants, and groceries, and the view over the golf course was both lovely and serene. We would gladly stay again.

This beachside condo is in a great spot by Kailua-Kona. Easy access to several beaches and not far from the downtown area. There are lots of great amenities in the unit: beach towels and toys, pickleball equipment, and a wonderful lanai. Pamela was very helpful with local recommendations and quick responses.

This is our 4th stay at Kona Bali Kai and this unit is our absolute favorite! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even a spice rack. Both bathrooms were clean and nice AND stocked with shampoo and conditioner! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the lanai had table and chairs and comfy chaise lounges. And there were 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler and snorkel gear!! Made our vacation even more enjoyable. Holly was easy to get ahold of. We HIGHLY recommend this unit and will definitely stay there next year!

Cute little bungalow perfect for our party of 3. The lanai with the fountain was peaceful start for morning coffee, and Kendra’s tips for local markets and a secret beach were much appreciated. Everything was clean and well organized and we especially appreciated the local coffee. Definitely recommend!

Part of a condo group, next to (unpretentious) Beaches restaurant - which locals stated was "the best in Kona" - and only steps away from Magic Sands Beach. View out the double wide slider was to clear ocean surf, full of yellow tang and black trigger fish visible in most swells. There is no A/C but the fans (there were 5 but we really only need the two large ceiling fans) kept it very comfortable.) This was April and daytime temperatures were low 80's. All in all a very nice place hanging out or as a home base. Great location for Kona and the beaches north. About .1 mile to La'aloa St, which takes you up to Hwy 11 (bypass highway for north or south travel. I recommend for a group of 2.

The place was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, which made our stay super comfortable. Most instructions were clearly posted on the walls, which showed how much thought and care went into every detail. It was within walking distance to Kona Brewery, and the location was perfect right in town, so we could get to most places within a 10-minute drive. We came here for our honeymoon and were so satisfied with our stay. If we ever come back to Kona, we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

this was our second time stay with Patricia and it is our favorite place . you walk in the house and it feels like home. I have 2 young kids 2 and 4months and this place is perfect for them. my 2 year old can run around and I don't have to worry . the house is clean and very light feeling . they have everything you need in the kitchen and more.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-maintained home. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the house was tidy and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s a great base for exploring the island—just keep in mind that having a car is essential. First of all, the area was amazing!! Manini beach was literally a 2-3 minute walk down the road for great snorkeling (gear is provided, if you need it) with a path for some amazing sunsets. There are a couple of fruit stands in the neighborhood, which was great for my mother’s daily banana stroll. You can see the bay from the amazing lanai that we spent so much time on to watch the snorkelers, kayakers and dolphins. The house itself was great! Split into half, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on either side, separated by an open concept living room and kitchen. The dining room is outside…where else would you want to sit down and eat? There were A/Cs in the bedrooms if you needed them, but the ocean breeze was usually enough for most of my party. There were lots of spices in the cabinets for cooking and some staples leftover from past renters. The long, winding and narrow roads make some great scenery, but also make your trip to anywhere else a bit long. I would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place! We loved it! Million dollar views and the sounds of nature are magnificent! The caretaker was fantastic!

Barry responded in a timely manner. He provided excellent suggestions to visit local areas and fun activities. He also provided a detail manual to guide you through all the details of the home and local area. We were fortunate to have met Barry in person, he was so welcoming! Now the house, it was gorgeous! Just as pictured with all the amenities but wow, even better in person!! Extremely clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and those views! Magnificent sunsets right from the windows every night!!! The home is in a comfortable and quiet neighborhood, it felt very safe. It is also located perfectly to enjoy all kinds of beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping, craft and farm stands. Lots to do in the area!!! We highly recommend this home as a safe, clean, beautiful, spacious home away from home! Thank you Barry for all your suggestions in making our time there amazing!

This home was easy to find, very clean and comfortable for our family. We love the outdoor space & hammocks. Tarek was easy to contact., and flexible with our needs, even let us have a late check out! Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home atop a hill in Kona. The ocean views and vibrant sunsets were breathtaking. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful, private setting. Friendly neighbors and excellent bird-watching added to the charm. The host was hospitable and quick to communicate, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

Chad’s home was a wonderful. First of all he was great with communication. We were desperate because our original Airbnb reservation, the host never gave us the code to enter the home and never responded until a half hour before the original check in. Luckily with the Airbnb customer service help, we found Chad’s home. It was so relaxing waking up every morning to the water watching the surfers as we had our coffee. In the afternoon we took the best naps listening to the waves crash. The bed was so comfy, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach things like chairs, towels and coolers. We can’t thank Chad enough for the perfect Hawaiian stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others. The view is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, yet close enough to reach shops and restaurants with ease. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. When we travel back to the island, we will certainly look to stay here again.

It was quite and peaceful. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the mornings, having my cup of coffee and listening to the birds. in the evenings it was quite with only the sound of the Coqui frogs. A very nice little place with a nice neighbor.

A great ocean side condo for a couple or small family! This condo is beautiful!! The location is perfect - right on the ocean and a short distance away from the main tourist area so it is quiet. The condo is well maintained with a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances, well stocked and very clean. The master bedroom is ocean side so you can sleep to the sound of waves. The beach is a favorite with surfers so you have morning entertainment during your coffee on the lanai. There is a second bedroom and bath in the back along with a lot of beach equipment. Host is very responsive to questions.

We absolutely loved staying here! Martin & Rachelle’s place is even nicer than the photos. Martin was very responsive and provided great recommendations. He was extremely flexible and willing to work with us on check-in time. They had all you could ever need from a massive book collection and movie collection to puzzles and board games. We played multiple scrabble games outside on the Lani. You cannot beat the location. One of our favorite Air BnBs and hosts ever. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to the team that maintains, upkeeps, and hosts this place. We were beyond amazed by the amount of amenities provided and how "homey" this place was. Everything you can think of, from dryer sheets and mugs to first aid kits and beach chairs have been provided. The outdoor lanai is spectacular, and we spent our mornings watching the sunrise and eating breakfast there. Furthermore, we felt very welcomed with drinks in the fridge for us and the design of the room. You get a great view of the ocean at the end of the condo complex, and many markets and mini shopping malls are in the area. 10/10 recommend - you get so much more than what you are paying for. If you're in Kona, please stay here!

A great place to stay!! Beautiful location, and quiet. the only downside was there was very little space to set toiletries, suitcases, etc. It was still very well worth the stay, though, and we really enjoyed it!

Great place, very clean, and great instructions. Beautiful grounds, very clean grounds and a quiet location. Daisy does a great job of communicating and provided a folder with some excellent recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again!
