This free-standing apartment is a gem — beautifully renovated and furnished, spacious and bright, easily accessible and just steps from the galleries, shops, restaurants/bars and beachfront in Provincetown’s historic center. At the same time, it is on a completely quiet residential lane for undisturbed sleep and quiet relaxation on the back deck when you want it. A roomy and comfortable bed, large and well-appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, bright office area and second half-bath round out the apartment and make for a perfect stay. Ryan’s Ptown property is a dream come true. This quiet, peaceful, and clean home is steps away from everything that the neighborhood has to offer without sacrificing any comforts. We enjoyed coming back to the lovely outdoor spaces and manicured English garden for the ultimate Cape Cod getaway. Wonderful house and host.

We loved the location and the home! The concert at the Hawthorne Barn was a treat to hear but it should be noted as we were surprised. Sooooo nice to be able to bike to the racelands, race point and not have to get into the car. Our fav place so far at the Cape, as we love P’Town. Thanks🙏🏻

This was my partner and I’s second stay at Rob & Janice’s cottage. It is a lovely and peaceful stay. They are wonderful hosts and the cottage is very cozy. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to go into Ptown to stay here!

This place was spotless. It was bright and neat. Nice decorative touches. Nicole was clear on all instructions and was very communicative. The area is very quiet. It’s 15 from p town and downtown Welfleet. If felt like a home and not a rental

We loved our stay! Beautiful woods and marsh trails right out of the back. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated for a woodsy but comfortable stay. Nice appliances and kitchen and bath products. Shawn was very responsive and helpful when we had minor issues. Would 100% come back any time we want to be close to beaches and P-town!

Mike and Matt's place was the perfect spot for our 10 day stay in P-town for our honeymoon/wedding. Mike was responsive and flexible for any small issues and went out of the way to bring us something to celebrate our big day. Aside from the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from commercial street or the center of town- we felt right at home, the beds were comfy, beautiful natural light, and dont let the smaller footprint fool you- the place is plenty spacious! Not to mention that the second floor deck and patio gave plenty of outside living space to enjoy the gorgeous cool breezes that come off the water as well! If you are doing a longer stay like us there is also plenty of storage to settle in. Everything was so easy! So If you are like me and are looking for a stay that won't leave you struggling with your Air bnb lock, host or worrying about the bits and bobs-- stay at Mike & Matt's!

Corbin’s home is beautiful and perfectly situated in one of the best parts of Ptown. 10/10 experience including excellent communication from our host.

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

Stayed in this AirBNB 4 or 5 times now and it's always perfect. Can't wait to book it again!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Ryan was extremely helpful, proactively communicated, flexible, and a really gracious host. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and we had no needs to communicate about. I imagine if we had, he’d have been immediately responsive because he reached out to us in advance, making sure we were set for check-in, and reached out prior to check-out to be sure we were aware of the (easy-to-follow) instructions. Couldn’t have been a smoother stay!

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I am hesitant to say how GREAT this place is because I want to keep it a secret to ensure that I can book it for future stays! It's so homey and comfortable, beautifully beachy, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and tremendous LIGHT! And in the best location. You can walk to Provincetown if you like a good walk and the bay and low tide exploration is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Beaches, hiking trails, grocery store are all within a 5-minute drive. I did not want to leave! And Allison made you feel like you were staying with a friend--hospitable from first contact. Just such a great experience overall!

Cara's place was expertly appointed and decorated as well as very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home with the quirky floors and eclectic decorations. It was quiet with a small town feel and we felt like the only ones there even though it was part of a commercial building. There was a nice write up of tips on the table and how to use things in the apartment but I would have liked to see that in the listing ahead of time. Would help understand what was there and how to navigate things like the plug in the bathroom only works with the light switch on. You would have laughed at me drying my hair one day with a plug in the kitchen. :) All minor things but would be helpful to know ahead of time. Cara was always friendly and helpful when asked and she notified us of when there was a bridal appointment next door.

A beautiful classically outer cape styled home in Truro. Easy walking to beach and market right across the street. Host gave local recommendations and updates and the home was cozy and clean!

The perfect stay if you’re looking to be within a five minute walk from the main strip of p-town! Place was gorgeous and the host is super sweet! The only thing you should be mindful of is although it sleeps three, there is only one parking spot, and no free public parking so plan accordingly! Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I’d love to come here again 💕

Airbnb virgin….. but NOT ANY MORE! When I couldn’t figure out how to get in, at first I felt alone, scared, betrayed, abandoned, and almost closed my eyes to self sooth. But I forced myself to keep my eyes open, figured things out. All of a sudden I didn’t feel alone, I even felt loved/protected. Everybody was really nice. Even when I wasn’t. Thank you for letting me into your home!!

We loved staying at John's place!!! We appreciated how clean it was and the photos online were a perfect match (including the parking space that's right next to the unit). Truly a quiet street and just steps to Far Land Provisions on Bradford and the heart of town on Commercial. The large kitchen (with a lovely, large island!) and full dining room table gave us places to spread out a bit, which made it feel like home. The bedrooms also were well-appointed...thanks for the night-tables on BOTH sides of the bed! Arrival and checkout were easy, and John was very responsive to questions. We are no strangers to the Cape, and John's place is by far our "return-to" place for future vacations in P-town. We'll be back!!!

Great place. All the good reviews are accurate. 3 minor issues that can be fixed quickly: 1. Parking is not on site and you have to park a couple of blocks away. That should be pointed out in the description, maybe it was and I didn’t see it 2. When you first walk in, the apartment is stuffy, but it’s fine once you air it out. I think it’s the couch or couch covers 3. No detergent for the washer, so bring your own. It’s the first time I stayed at an Airbnb that didn’t provide it Everything else was great, thanks for having us!

This was my second time staying here and I would come back again easily. Great to find a place in Ptown that has parking, is pet friendly, and is a comfortable place to stay. It's kind of a far walk from town, but not bad at all on a bike. Christopher is a great host...very responsive and friendly.

We loved the place! We've stayed in many weekly rentals over the years in Ptown and this was at the top. The place is freshly renovated with everything you'll need to enjoy your week. The location can't be beat. You're just steps from the beaches, coffee shops, and restaurants. Christopher and Jeremy thank you for a GREAT stay.

We had a wonderful time in Fred's lovely home. It was equipped so thoroughly and thoughtfully. The place was spotless and if anything, the photos don't do justice to how comfortable and homey it felt. The showers were better than those we have used at 5 star resorts. All of the little touches from labeled light switches to motion-detector night lights made our stay so easy. And we gratefully enjoyed the gas fireplace that warmed us up during a chilly weekend. The location is great -- across the street from the water, and near all the shops and restaurants. I recommend this home wholeheartedly!
