Check-in is contactless (a short pre-arrival phone call is required - please see note on taxes under "Show more"). 190 sq feet of space. This room includes a parking spot for 1 vehicle. We are an 18+ guesthouse.

Please read: Beautifully decorated lower level apartment with windows and french doors leading up to the garden. Private entrance. This newly renovated space has a separate kitchen area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). No stove. NO cooking permitted. The bedroom has a double bed, a comfy couch, bureau and closet, and a full bath ensuite. Perfect for a couple or single person. NOTE: The small building is my gallery.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 11 is a Very SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Howards End - Room 3-2 (Queen Bed Shared Bath)

3rd floor (120 sqft), queen bed and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people sharing this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. Also please acknowledge that you have read it when you sent a booking request. Thank you!

R5 King bed & Private bath

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House.. Room 5 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. It offers a king bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

“At Hydrangea Farm” is a quintessential Cape residence. The entire second floor of this original "full cape" is yours with a private entrance.
