This modern cottage is around the corner from Commercial St and comes fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and parking on-site. This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Upstairs has an open-concept bedroom suite with a full bathroom, three skylights and views of the Pilgrim Monument. BOH-24-255

We actively live here when not renting. It’s a true gem!

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Your fabulously quiet escape - just one block from the Boatslip (yes, that tea dance). This bright, cozy cottage serves rustic charm with a modern twist featuring skylights, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, bedroom with a king bed, a bonus office with a double bed, and a wonderfully inviting exclusive-use deck. Tucked off the street for privacy, but still in the very center of town. Well-behaved dogs welcome but no cats please.
