House vacation rentals in Provincetown

Really nice house with plenty of room! We made such great memories with our 3 & 6 yr old grandchildren! So many games, toys & books. We had great kickball games in the front yard! Very close to cute walkable downtown with shops, restaurants and ice cream places! Our only downside was the amount of ticks we had to remove from our dog! Pay close attention to the warnings! Had to apply our backup prevention, an all natural cedar spray. Worked like a charm and all returned to normal.

I booked Violet's place for a 2 night stay on the Cape, I wanted something Mid-Cape that allowed dogs, had a private yard, and still had some options for things to do nearby even on the off season. Violet's place did not disappoint, the check-in instructions and pictures made it an easy find, and easy to access the property, the property itself was incredibly well kept and cleaned, the yard space was perfect for my pup Molly, and the added bonus of the hot tub was great! It was charming, and again, very clean, and offered a comfortable space, kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and private outdoor space that allowed so many ways to enjoy the property. It was also walking distance to a few great spots. Really loved Three Fins coffee down the road, and West Dennis beach is just a 3 minute drive away. Devil's Purse, a local brewery that allows dogs, was also just a quick drive away. I was honestly surprised at the amount of places open nearby on the off season. We will definitely come again!

Paige and her team were great and this listing was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The area is quiet, but there is lots to do in the vicinity. The team was communicative and kind as well. I definitely recommend this location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

This was a fabulous place for us and our grown children to stay for a week! The location was excellent - private and quiet but close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We especially liked that we were only 1.5 miles away from First Encounter Beach (a short drive, and we also biked and walked there) and only a little further away from Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side. The house was spacious and very well-appointed, with enough space for different people to work, relax and read, play board games, at the same time. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. I especially liked starting my day with my coffee on the back deck enjoying the view of the pond and listening to the birds. The screened-in porch was also a nice place to have meals, and the pool table was a nice option for an indoor activity. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and Aruna was fantastic with communication. Would recommend to anyone to hook this spot.

Came here for my sisters bachelorette. It was amazing . We felt right at home . It was very spacious and clean . Hosts thought of everything . Definitely would come back. The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. Great place to stay. The games and ping pong and air hockey tables were a hit !!

This house and property were charming and beautiful. The location was extremely close to beaches, restaurants, and stores all while being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Walt's home was the perfect headquarters for our first annual golf trip. The house was clean and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we could relax after a full day of golf. Walt was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially when a fuse in the kitchen was tripped, and we had to access a locked part of the house to reset it.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

Chris is always a great host. He communicates. Is considerate of our soccer schedule and accommodations. He even wishes our boys good luck at their soccer tournament! He is understanding and a great host. We really enjoy staying here. I highly recommend staying here. He’s a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The attention to detail in the amenities was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful and well-appointed place to stay!

A couple of suggestions: 1) label all remotes 2) downstairs internet cuts off during movies 3) instructions on how to unlock the thermostat to lower the temperature

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Great location. The pictures don't do it justice. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Wonderful host, easy communication, and the most stocked kitchen i have ever seen. Kelli

Such a beautiful place to stay setback in the most beautiful little forest! Spectacular master bedroom in such a nice home ! Outside area was very beautiful with a deck and a special place to spend our vacation ! Full kitchen made it so nice to have the choice to make meals at home which we did often and enjoy the beautiful dining room and big windows ! We wanted to stay home and eat more than go out! And the home office was a great place to get some work done 👍👍

My family and I recently stayed at Donna’s home for a long weekend on the Cape. The house was exactly as described, matched all photos, and was in a phenomenal location. Just a few minutes from all of the shops and restaurants in Orleans, the beaches, hiking along the national seashore, and the Cape Cod rail trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private. The beach was 1.4 miles from the home, so we enjoyed walking there. The home furnishings were very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was excellent, keeping in touch with updates leading up to our stay, and throughout the process. We couldn't have found a more perfect home for our vacation in Eastham. I would highly recommend the home and host for anyone considering a stay at the Cape.

enjoyed ptown with 6 friends and our dogs!- jason was so kind and responsive. the house was even more beautiful in person, there was plenty of room and every bed was so comfortable. tons of cookware and plates and cups available. location is so close to commercial- backyard was gorgeous… have nothing but amazing things to say. we cant wait to stay again !
