Such a nice place. The pool was down the first two days and the host called to see when it would be open again for us which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that construction was happening in the building next to us which was loud the first day but with the holiday weekend didn’t mess our sleep up the other days, but this isn’t the host fault. I would definitely come back!

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

This place fit my needs as it had everything I needed for my five night stay. The unit was quite comfortable. Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions from the host. Something to be aware of, the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors. But in the evenings it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again next time I'm in Clearwater.

Our stay at Erik's Airbnb condo was wonderful! Erik was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo's location, while a short drive from the city center, offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The condo itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The screened porch provided a lovely spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, which were quite enjoyable. Overall, Erik's hospitality and the cozy condo made our trip enjoyable and relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area while having a comfortable home base. Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Loved our stay here! Had all the extras we needed for our 4 yr old to also enjoy a beach vacation (toys, towels, umbrella) The unit was quiet, easy to access, had all the amenities we needed, and super short walk right to the beach! AC worked great- which was appreciated because it was very hot. I hope we can come back another time- because I would stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and spices for cooking. They also provide everything you could need to enjoy the beach and the pool, including chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. I would come back!

Wow! I’ve been going to Florida between Tampa and d Clearwater for the last ten years, and Catinca’s condo is by far the best. 10 out 10 does this place no justice. I was amazing and for me to say this is good. I am a very critical when it comes to surveys and I have NOTHING negative to say about this condo or my stay there. I am actually about to book it again for next years anniversary trip. Thank you Catinca . Look forward to next year.

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. Alexandra was easy to communicate with, especially since I had made a change to the reservation. My daughter lives in the complex, and when there is overflow family visiting Tampa, I will definitely book this place again.

My wife and I stayed at Mark's condo for three months. The unit was the cleanest we ever rented. All described amenities were excellent. Mark even added a TV in the bedroom in the first week we were there. Location is great and the pool is very nice although sometimes quite busy. Mark is a great host and very responding to any request. Highly recommended

This place is so beautiful and clean! My boyfriend and I stayed here on vacation and Marta was not only incredibly kind and responsive but also provided the place with many necessities. The location was private and safe. I would 100% stay here again and recommend!!!

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

We had to cancel our last minute booking with Hey Vacay. The circumstances were unusual and Hey Vacay provided a refund. It was the right thing to do and we appreciate their ethical business practices.

We had a great stay at this home in Downtown Tampa! First and foremost, the location was perfect. We had 2 little 5-year-olds and enjoyed so many of the activities around the area. There was no need to drive! The main level was very spacious and fun. The house is best suited for 2 families since there are 2 large bedrooms, even though it sleeps 12. Overall, we loved our time here and will come back when possible. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions.

Had a great stay, had a little issue but the host responded quick and took action quickly! I would consider renting this again in the future!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

Iris's home was perfect for my group of 7 of us that came to town for a graduation. Not only was it close to great restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores, it was close to my brother's house which made it easy to plan with them the whole week we were in this home. She responded quickly and was helpful anytime I messaged with a question!

Anthony is a great host minor issues when we arrived, but he was quick to remedy them. Would highly recommend him as a host and this location

My family and I had an incredible stay! We would give 10 stars if we could. The hosts are so friendly, communicative and eager to provide the most pleasant stay possible. We would 100% stay here again.
