My husband and I stayed at Tiko's lovely place when we came to Phoenix for a graduation at ASU. Wonderful location, very nice building, very quiet and clean. We'll be back. :)

The space had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was very clean with the exception of the carpet in the bedrooms. That had some large stains and is in need of a deep clean or replacement. The beds were comfortable, the living space was large, lovely and nicely decorated, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and perfect for our stay. The pool was a nice little oasis that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The street noise was very noticeable at all hours, but obviously can't be helped - not a host issue, just something for guests to be aware of. The area was safe and perfect for walking to plenty of restaurants and conveniences, the security of the complex was great, and the underground parking was a fabulous perk. The host was very communicative and friendly, the location was easy to find, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing, cameras inside the unit were not expected and caught us off guard. We unplugged them, everything else was great and as expected.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean and comfortable. The on-site amenities were also wonderful to have access to. Kowanda was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

This place was a real hidden gem! I was thrilled with our experience and the family is very kind and friendly, giving us our place but also very welcoming. Clean, quiet, beautiful pool and horses all around! It’s a neat country in the city vibe! The pool was lovely and everything was accurately described! Thank you Josh and Melody! If we need a place on Gilbert we will be back! Keep up the good work!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

We would recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy a nice, clean, and quiet area. The views of the city are spectacular! The buzzing of the streets are not too loud when up high. The balcony has amazing views and was the perfect way to wind down our evening. The pool has stunning views and great water that’s never crowded. Plan on walking but we recommend staying! Joslyn, our host, was nothing short of wonderful and very accommodating!

Good Place to stay. There is free parking available in a small parking lot so if you plan on going out at night and coming back late you will probably have to get paid parking. Obviously your luck with finding a free parking spot in the evening will vary. I did not have good luck when I stayed here.

I love this place, the host was very proactive, nice and flexible, giving clear & easy instructions how swimming pools & things works at his house. This house is spacious & very clean, i would Recommended to anyone who needs a vacation home for family. Thank you Bryan for letting my family stayed at your place for couple nights, we had good time with family and my daughter had a memorable night for her graduation party with her friends and family.

When we stayed at Jeff place it was very welcoming. My family enjoyed the back yard so much and was great with our grandkids. Everything was close by if we needed to make a store run. We will definitely keep you in mind again if we decide to visit Phoenix again.

Our stay at Paulo's place was perfect for our family weekend. Our grandson had plenty of room to play, loved the outdoor play gym with slide, and the pool was a comfortable temp for all of us to enjoy. The sleeping arrangements worked well for everyone and having a crib was priceless. The neighborhood is quiet , peaceful, and beautiful with the trees and grassy lawns and medians.

Had a nice stay here! The place was clean and as described, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Appreciate the hospitality and would stay again if I’m in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for our nephews college graduation. We had our 3 dogs with us and it was the perfect space. We were close to family and in a good location for food and stores. We were able to have family over and have breakfast together. Nic and Chloe were both very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. They provided a list of places to get coffee, eat, grocery stores and even night life in great detail. My husband and I would definitely like to come back and visit again since we visit AZ often.

Chris’s home was very clean and looked identical to the photos. There was care in providing extras like soap, shampoo and toothpaste. I really loved how the home felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. Chris was proactive in communications with great detail on home rules, necessary codes, and instructions. Check in and check out were seamless.

Me and my family stayed here for our weekend stay from new mexico. this house accommodated me and my family perfectly. everything was clean and in good working order. we loved the back patio area. I would recommend this place to other families looking for an air bnb to stay in phoenix.

This listing was great for my group and I as we were passing through Casa Grande. It’s conveniently located off the I-10 and is about a 15 minute drive away from all the essentials in downtown Casa Grande. Highly recommend!

Roman was very responsive when we needed some assistance. Location was great for getting to Sloan Park. We were in town to watch the Braves play against the Cubs. We loved how close we were to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was clean and inviting. The condo was perfect for the two of us.

Apartment near Arizona State University, fully equipped with a large kitchen and island, we cooked and were comfortable.

We loved staying at this place. The host was very helpful and replied quickly whenever we had questions. The pool area was nice and clean and the building was easy to get around.

The apartment is in a great location for walkability to ASU, Mill Ave restaurants & shops, Town Lake, and surrounding area. Check-in was a little difficult, however, it was rectified quickly. The apartment was very clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. Great amenities within the complex with 2 pools, hot tub, gym, games (corn hole, pool table, etc), and lots of seating areas to relax and enjoy the weather. We had a great stay and would definitely book again when coming back to Tempe!

This condo is a lovely hidden gem among the cacti.... Centrally located, safe, and the building and condo design was interesting and different, and fit within the context of the desert environment. We also really enjoyed private, late night swims in the community pool after long days. The condo itself was perfectly suited to be our home away from home. We were even able to rummage around the kitchen and find a toaster! We highly recommend several international restaurants with large portions of fresh food-- Green Corner, Princess Pita (the one on broadway), and Cafe de Bangkok. And don't miss the Desert Botanical Garden -- reduced price tix in late afternoon/evening. Thank you for your hospitality, Mary!

We hiked the RIM-to-RIM at the Grand Canyon the day of our stay. Alexia was great in helping us get into the building late, after midnight, as we had driven from the Grand Canyon. Alexia was super helpful and accommodating. The apartment was an oasis for our sore bodies and tired souls. Such a beautiful place with nice touches, including a coffee station. The beds were perfect.
