TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

Great space to house my family coming in for my son's graduation. Big group, with kids ranging from 7mo. to 4yrs old. Everyone had plenty of space to relax. The game room and pool were the biggest hits. Location was great, grocery stores and parks in close distance.

We had a small family get together and this place fit the bill! We had lots of space, clean rooms, and tons of games and play equipment to keep all the kids happy! We did have to sweep off the porches and wipe down the outdoor furniture but we didn’t mind and understand the weather doesn’t help with that at times! Our host was responsive and friendly to all our questions. Thanks for a beautiful place to stay!

Overall this was a great place. Check in was very easy, and checkout instructions were clear after messaging Thomas to confirm. The house was spacious and served our group well and the location was convenient for us. We were told the hot tub was in fact not heated when we arrived which was a bummer for our group but aside from that the house was very enjoyable to stay at. This is still a house to have on the radar if we come back to the Dallas area.
