Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pearland

Loved staying here and would be happy to be back. It’s very spacious, new, and feels like home, if a little sparse. But one trip to HEB made it feel fully stocked and ready for a week-long stay (or much more…). Sreenivas and team are a very responsive and helpful team—I was in good hands the whole stay. Getting in and out was undramatic, the neighborhood is full of hidden gems, and the weather is… well… Houston-y. You can’t have it all.

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

It is a great property and that is why I rated it extremely high.

We stayed at Gabriel’s place for the Houston rodeo and the location was PERFECT! Easy to find, Kroger is right next door e walkable distance to NRG stadium. We will definitely be staying there again.

Jeff and Stephanie’s place is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and was perfect for us. The space was lovely and had everything we could want or need during our stay. Highly recommend!!! We felt very at home in this cozy and relaxing space. The living area is comfortable, warm and inviting. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything needed for cooking. The queen size bed is comfortable, closet area spacious and the bathroom was spotless as was the entire space. The location was perfect for us. We were close enough to M. D. Anderson for us to be able to walk to appointments. Herman Park is also close by and nice for an extended walk. Jeff’s communication was great. They’ve provided a comprehensive “Welcome Booklet” with lots of helpful information regarding the space and the area. He checked in with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything but wasn't intrusive. Jeff and Stephanie are outstanding hosts and have created the perfect place to stay!!!

Very clean apartment. You do have to download an app for the entry gate, but outside of that was very easy to get to. Generally quite complex, which was nice.

This little home was perfect! I appreciated all the little things like the laundry detergent and the q-tips. It was clean and safely tucked behind a gate. I felt safe and at peace.

We LOVED this place. It was SPOTLESS upon our arrival and she met us as we pulled up to help us get parked. Nice and quiet. We loved the decor of the place. She was very responsive and quick to respond to any messages. We would love to stay here again if we get the chance and hope that any friends of ours that come to town could stay. Don't let the construction nearby turn you off to this place. It is about 100 yards off the main road so very safe and secure and VERY well lit at night so we had no concerns. Give this place a chance if you are looking in this area.

Poala is my favorite host i’ve booked with on Airbnb. She is always so friendly and responsive, always working to meet our needs. The house was beautiful, it stayed cool despite the warm weather, and felt more like a home than an Airbnb, which in my opinion is a great feeling.

The environment, the house, the interior, furnishing is amazing, value for money. Relaxing in the evening at the balcony, lake view is really amazing. Thanks Boa and co. for the good job.

John was an excellent host! The house was stocked with adequate supplies for our stay and was spotless upon arrival making us feel right as home. It was just as described in the pictures and was very spacious. The location was peaceful and was not far from the downtown area and had restaurants nearby.

Great stay—comfortable, clean, and convenient The location was easy to find, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh upon arrival. During my stay, it did get a bit warm at night as if the air conditioning had stopped working, but the host was quick to respond and provided a code to adjust the temperature to my preference, which I appreciated even though the next morning I woke and the temperature was back up again . I was in town for my brother’s law school graduation and had hoped to have a few family members visit, but the host has a strict limit of four people in the unit at a time—understandable, though something to keep in mind for future guests. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would recommend it for a short visit or weekend trip.

Raquel’s place was great! She was very accommodating and let us check in early. We loved the layout of the house. My son loved the kids room and the ABUNDANCE of toys available to play with. Something hard to find in an Airbnb. It helped my toddler feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Our first night at the home we found that the showers were not getting very warm and didn’t seem quite right but the tub got nice and hot, the tub was amazing by the way! I messaged Raquel about the showers in the morning, and she responded almost immediately, and said she would have a plumber come look at it ASAP. The plumbers found the issue, something completely out of Raquel’s control, but it was fixed as fast as it could have been. Raquel and her husband were on top of it, then wanted to give us a partial refund for the inconvenience, which was super sweet and unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay and it will definitely be our go to place next time we are in Houston!

my stay was wonderful. we were only there the one night, left on a cruise the next morning. the place is beautiful with an ocean view, the beach is right there. the pool and hot tub are easily accessible. the place has comfortable beds, towels, 3 tv's, Ice ready for you. there are two stores right next to the place for drinks and snacks. it was perfect for us.

We love the less busier side of the beach, better known as West side I believe closer to Galveston fishing pier. Terra and Darin’s place was perfect! Smaller set of condos was nice. Extremely clean and very up to date. Lots of room. Everything you need really for a few days. I packed stuff I usually bring when we stay in BnB’s and I didn’t need them because they had provided it. They also have beach towels (which we did use) and some beach chairs (we didn’t use). The complex has a pool and hot tub both very clean and Drew, manager on site was nice and very helpful as we lost our parking pass in the wind/rain storms that came through abruptly while we were there. The pictures they have posted are spot on. Balcony to sit and watch the cars go by and waves come in. They did very well with this lay out, colors and stocking of goods! Only negative which is out of their control is the seaweed on the beach this year and I wish the city had a walkway on this end.

My 2nd time staying with this host. They accommodated everything I needed for my stay. Very responsive any time I asked a question. The location was perfect. Driving up to the unit on the 1st floor was so convenient. Walking straight across the street to the beach was perfect. Check-in and check-out was super easy. This is my favorite condo on the entire island.

She was so quick to respond to all of my questions! The place was absolutely beautiful. Super helpful they had toddler dishes, cups, and cutlery. Not having to travel with bulky beach towels and instead being able to use the ones there was great! The beach is just right across the street and you get to enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony first thing in the morning!! I was worried the pull out couch might not be comfortable enough for my 8 year old daughter and 2 year old son but they slept great!! I even took a nap with them once! The place has no clutter which is GREAT when you have a tiny person who wants to get into EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!

We arrived to a perfectly clean condo. The place was beautifully decorated. Had everything we could need including beach items and sunscreen. When I didn’t read all the directions Jamie Lynn was very helpful with a quick response and a smiling emoji. We will definitely be back!!
