Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised, exceptional clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

My wife and I and our dog originally booked for two nights, but ended up extending to four. The garden with hot tub was beautiful with privacy, fenced yard and totally fenced property to contain the dog. There even was a nice dog bed & blanket. Would definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family. Price was very competitive compared to other nearby properties.

I brought my mother here for a special weekend. We loved the peaceful location, pool area, and artistic decor. We felt right at home and really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend Sandra's place!

This place was exactly as described. It was clean qiuet and peacful. We so enjoyed or trip and the host was always timley to responses and she even baked us some really good treats for the road. She was so nice and i would definitely rent from her again. No problems whatsoever. Recommend 5 stars.

An excellent place where I'd happily stay again. It is a just a block from the main road that runs along the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located. We were pleasantly surprised at the near miraculous cleanliness of the location when we arrived. The small items makes this host an A+ choice. MANY towels available for beach and house use. A great blender available in the kitchen.l and more than enough plates and silverware so you didn't have to worry about running out. If you are vacationing do not miss the alligator farm (where the roosting birds may have been more fascinating then the alligators), going on a kayak eco tour, and Mojo Tacos.

David's home was perfect for our girls' weekend. Less than a block from the beach, we had gorgeous views of the ocean from the porch and balcony. The place was well equiped with beach chairs and towels for sunning on the beautiful beach. Easy trip into historic St. Augustine where we enjoyed delicious dinners, a horse drawn cart ride down cobblestone streets, and an interesting ghost tour. After our fun days, we enjoyed relaxing in the backyard hot tub surrounded by a lush tropical garden. David was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived!

We had a great stay and it was a good location for our needs.

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

We had such a great time here! It was a perfect walking distance from the beach and such a pretty house!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

Stephani did a wonderful job creating the perfect beach rental! The decorations are adorable, and the amenities are exactly what you would want. From having a well-stocked kitchen (including a coffeemaker and coffee) to a wheeled cooler for the beach, and plenty of extra towels, she really thought of everything.

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

Dariya's place was very peaceful, no disturbances what so ever, beautiful place place. Quite responses whenever i had questions. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing property. It’s quiet and close to so many things. Pet friendly in most areas. Our puppy was super happy to be so close to the beach. The hosts responded almost immediately every time and honestly are so sweet. This is now our go to place for a quick weekend trip! Thank you so much!!!!

We booked Jody’s place two years in a row for a family vacation. Pet friendly, which is a must. Our four legged family go with us on every vacation. Excellent place and wonderful year round neighbors, I couldn’t as for much more.

Kirsten is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, historical sites and the bay front. Definitely a place I would stay at in the future.

This Airbnb is perfect. Lukasz was a wonderful host and the residence was perfectly set up. The price was very reasonable and the thoughtfulness of our host was amazing! They had a whole book of info about the surrounding area and we definitely put it to use. Great communication regarding everything and very hospitable owners. Matthew's condo, located in Butler Beach, on Anastasia Island was a short drive to some great locations including St. Augustine Old Town, a great place to spend time, beautiful Anastasia Island State Park and much more. We took a sunset cruise in the bay, toured St Augustine, played mini golf and had plenty of beach time. Comfortable accommodations, had most everything we needed. Must have a car to enjoy the area. Great stay ll in all. Glad we came down in April, wasn't terribly crowded.
