Multilevel two bedroom home. Home includes a living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom on the ground level, both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a tv downstairs in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The house is in a safe neighborhood and there is a large parking lot on the side of the apartment so plenty of off street parking. Enough room for pull in and straight out with a truck and trailer! For reservations longer than 2 nights, we do have a washer/dryer available

Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

The Main Street Retreat-NO CLEANING FEES

Enjoy your time to simply get away or as a must need sleep over due to travel or work. Only 14 miles south of I70. A Dollar General Store, Subway and Gas Station are nearby. Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. Located in a great neighborhood on main street with privacy. Maximum of only four adults allowed per reservation.

We were only here one night, but would absolutely stay here again. The home is peaceful, quiet, and roomy. It was farther out of Terre Haute than we thought, but that is certainly no fault of Penny's. It felt like staying at my grandparents' house and we were very comfortable. Nice beds, hot water, large fridge and kitchen. Thank you!

Fantastic accommodation for us with our partially disabled 89yo mother to visit family in Fairfield. The commercial location accommodated our large van and portable wheelchair ramp. Location was also peaceful all weekend. The house worked for her walker inside. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and clean. Thank you Jen for access to your cute house.

We were very happy with our stay. Nathan is a great host and the house was fully stocked with any little thing we could’ve needed. Our toddler appreciated the children’s books and we enjoyed the selection of board games. It’s a great location in town where you can walk to restaurants and the coffee shop. We felt right at home.

This was truly one of our favorite places to stay, ever. It was as described, very clean, and super comfortable. The hosts put much thought and effort into setting up the space to make it feel like home. We loved the ability to walk to sights and restaurants after many hours in the car. Casey is a cool town! We would definitely stay at Norma's Cozy Nest again.

My friend and I went for a girls getaway. It was a get away from kids, from husbands, work, etc… And this place is just that. Quiet, relaxing, peacefull.. the weather wasnt perfect for us so we did not use the pool or the lake, but hot tub was just what we needed and that was just the cherry on the top. Thank you Audrey and Doug. We enjoyed every minute of our stay
