Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is large with a volleyball net. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. This is the perfect house for your next family vacation.

we had a few issues but Jeremy kept in touch and resolved the issues he also refunded 2 night's which was a significant amount and I really appreciate that professional action. I would definitely stay there again and will definitely spread the word 5 star treatment all the way!!

We had a great weekend. The area is nice and safe. The backyard was a hit for the family. Even though it was a little cold for me, the kids swam and played in the backyard. There was enough space for sleeping 8 of us. I would stay here again when visiting Tulsa. Thank you

Loved our stay! place is exactly as described. Nathan was very friendly and went the extra mile to be of help when an issue arose. House is spacious! Loved that all the rooms had TVs. There were even a few games/puzzles available. Nathan maintenance the pool while we were there as it was beautiful weather for relaxing in the pool. We will definitely be back!

The house was spacious and I love the layout of the house! It was very peaceful and quiet. The GPS directions took me on a lot of twist and turns to get to the house but once I learned the neighborhood, I found a better way to get through the neighborhood to make it to the house. I hate the weather was good enough for us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and grill.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

There was 6 of us on this trip, the house was a perfect size. Upstairs is the bedroom with a King bed and bathroom, walk out onto a patio that was nice. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs with a queen bed. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chair that opens to a twin bed. All bedrooms had large closets. The kitchen has a nice selection of pots, pans and dishes. The pantry had oils and spices which was nice. Our trip was in April so not the season for the pool. The backyard is private with lots of big trees. The area was nice and we felt safe and secure. Easy to get around Tulsa from here.

Perfect for the occasion and a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. There was no issue fitting 14 people and we were very blessed to have found this spot. Tanner and the other host were extremely proactive in communicating and flexible throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend Ken’s home to someone staying in Tulsa or surrounding areas. We were there for my wedding and with so many people in from out of town it was a great place to hangout with tons to do with the little kids that love the outdoors.

This was a great place to stay, I really enjoyed this home! We had some issues getting the TV to work properly but we did end up figuring it out. Would definitely go back!

This house was beautiful , as my 17 yr old daughter stated, "this is the best place we have ever stayed at." Perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Plenty of parking for larger groups, walkable to downtown resturants and shopping and perfect backyard space to sit and relax Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice and comfortable. 3 nice size bedrooms. We rented this home and the adjoining cottage for our family. It was perfect! Great backyard’s. And a sweet surprise was the fixin’s for s’more’s with roasting sticks!

Cathy was an excellent host! The reservation and check in process was seamless. The cottage was wonderful! I feel like I could live there happily. The backyard gathering area was a bonus. We loved the porch swing right outside our backdoor! It was a great experience. I'm working with family to plan another trip to Oklahoma this fall. You know we'll be staying here. Cathy anticipated all our needs - even those we hadn't thought of!

We’ve been staying here for several months following our house fire and Shannon has been the most wonderful accommodating host. She’s seriously the best!! And has made this difficult time so much better. We love her beautiful home and lovely quiet neighborhood. One of our favorite things to do is go for a nightly walk with the dogs and sit outside in her comfy Adirondack chairs and sip a cup of tea. Thank you Shannon!!

This is one of our go to places to stay when in Pawhuska. It literally has a dog rooom! It has a fenced in back yard too. Great for us. It's super close to my uncle's house as well. We feel at home there. For dog lovers, if you bring a baby gate, you can block off that dog room when you leave and not have to kennel them. We have a LOT of adult children so we used this large table to play games at. It is a safe haven for us with adult kids and dogs!

This house met our needs. Casey was very responsive and the home was comfortable. I would stay again and check out other properties managed by Casey!
