We loved everything about the house it was exactly like the pictures I would stay again my kids loved the rooms edy was good at responding also…

This place is very spacious and extremely close to Disney World! It’s well stocked with things you need for your stay. When we contacted the owner about a couple of things that needed to be fixed, they were done so very quickly. The only complaint I would have to have is that maintenance will come into your rental while you are not there and the pool cleaners entered the back patio without making anyone aware. My daughters were outside and it felt a little uncomfortable. Other than that we really enjoyed this house and we would rent from Adriana again when we come back.

My wife and I booked Gary's place in Florida for our Son's baseball spring training. The location was 4 minutes from the diamonds, so the location was perfect. Gary's villa is in the Bahama Bay resort. The resort is great. Four pools including the Tradewinds Pool Bar and beach area. We loved the atmosphere at Tradewinds. There is also a smaller pool about a 1 minute walk from the villa. The villa is clean, well decorated and has a huge screened in balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook your own meals. We had a great stay at Gary's villa a would definitely book it in the future.

Our stay at Edys place was awesome! Perfect for our family. Pool heating was great take a bit to heat up but is perfect warmth! Would definitely recommend!

If I could give over 5 stars , I would. The pictures do not do this accommodation justice. If you are traveling with kids, you will never need to leave the grounds. The splash pad, numerous pools, tennis courts, ponds, fishing dock, and white sand beach were all as advertised. The room included sand toys, strollers (a double stroller), beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Ray was kind and attentive before, throughout and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

Condo was great for Spring Break with lots of things to do in the Orlando area. It was clean and quiet and just as expected. Owner communicated very quickly. Instructions were easy. Check out was fast.

Very nice stay could have used more towels but clean and very comfortable place

Great place near Disney. Heads up they don't keep the basic beginner package for dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. I left my coffee filters so the next person hopefully doesn't have to buy them. I didn't realize til I got back from grocery store so I had to make another trip out.

Great place! The kids were so sad to leave. Lake Berkeley resort is great if you want to be close to everything but tucked away from all the business of Kissimmee. The house has everything you need and more! Love that the billards table is actually inside the house. Pool and hot tub are the cherry on top of this place! Claire is awesome as well. Can’t wait to come back 😍

We loved our stay! So peacefull floating in the pool or lounging in the hot tub. Home was clean lots of towels. Easy to follow instructions left around the home. There are helpful binders with all kinds of local restaurants and recommendations of things to do as well as house instructions. We felt comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend staying here. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This lovely two-bedroom lakefront home was the perfect retreat for our adult kids while the rest of us stayed nearby with family. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, offering beautiful lake views and a cozy atmosphere that made their stay so relaxing. The house itself was well-appointed, comfortable, and had everything they needed for a perfect getaway. Waking up to the serene water and having direct access to the lake made their experience extra special. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable lakefront stay near Disney and all the fun hotspots — we’d absolutely book again!

Beautiful. Had everything you would possibly need. It looks as if owners live here part time. Enjoyed the family aspect of this house. Overall loved the stay. Big house lots of room.
