Just what we needed! Perfect

Beautiful place and great for family. 19 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 18 minutes to Hollywood Studios. Gated with a guard. The pool and water park were wonderful. Better than the pictures. There were a couple of things to know-no wash clothes or bath mats to step out of the bath. Kitchen was great but no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no napkins, which he is not obligated to supply. Just letting you know what to bring. We will return in February and stay again here.

AJ‘s place was exactly as described. It had the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on! The parking situation was very specific, and after reading reviews of the resort, I found that the instructions that AJ provided were excellent. Many reviews of the resort complained about being towed and like issues however, if you follow the instructions, you will have no issues. The resort office was not open for several days for me to get my parking permit, however, I followed instructions and contacted the tow truck company. The man I spoke to was exceptionally nice and I did not have any issues with my car being towed or other parking issues. AJ was extremely responsive and his place felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay again. The place is a little out of the way however we liked that and we were still only about 10 miles from the parks and had a close grocery store and all other amenities we needed. We actually really liked the area. AJ is an A+++ host! Thank you AJ!

Our family of 18 stayed at Lanson's place to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday. It was an amazing place to unwind, especially after long days at Walt Disney World. The pool was fantastic and well-loved by our family. The kids amenities were fully enjoyed by the little ones in our group. The place was exactly as described. Lanson went above and beyond to ensure our little ones had pack n plays for each and was able to secure a few extra (one at a last minute request). I would highly recommend Lanson and his place to family and friends and anyone visiting the Orlando area.

This house lived up to all its prior reviews. Very clean and comfortable home for the 12 people in our party. Alex and Sofi were very quick to answer any questions we had. This Airbnb is a great value compared to staying on property at Disney or Universal. The Harry Potter design to the house is immaculate and very detailed. My only minor thing i will state as others have in their reviews is the lack of kitchen utensils and accessories otherwise you can't go wrong with this rental. It's a 5 Star house for the money.

Place was as described. Had a minor issue and was able to get ahold of Holly and she was able to take care of it. Everything was as easy as can be. Thanks Holly!

Paul has put a ton of money in the interior of the home and it shows through every room you walk in. The home is right on the outskirts of town so when you come out of neighborhood on main road the more you go right the worst the city gets but if you do a U-Turn and go back left towards the othet part of the city it gets nicer and the restaurants and other things to do are less risky. We went to the Steak N Shake that's to the direction of the rear of the home and we got attacked by a homeless guy. Just stay towards the other side of town and you'll be fine. All in all, the home and homes in the vicinity of Paul's AirBnB are fairly quite and neighbors are nice and friendly. Great home for a couple of families with children to share as there are a lot of places in the home to sleep. Top notch experience for sure! Thanks Paul. We appreciate the speedy responses and all your help with everything. We are fairly new to the AirBnB's but we had an awesome trip and we won our 3rd Title ❤️🙏🤙

I was thrilled to find this Airbnb! It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. My kids and I enjoyed every single day of our stay. The property was very private, which made it even more enjoyable. I have nothing but great things to say about it. The host was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions, making everything easy. I’m so happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend it. I look forward to coming back someday with my family!

Spent the weekend at this location while we visited the local amusement parks. It’s about 10-15 mins from Disney and 20 mins from universal. The hotel/resort is nice. The owner owns this room specifically and you’re sharing the amenities with hotel guest. The room was very clean and the view was stunning! Check in was easy. We went up the the hotel receptionist and told her that I’m checking into the airbnb and she gave us the key. Parking is included and there were plenty of spots. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is a nice touch.

We most often think twice about the pic's on the property... In this case about the 'sunset-seller'! - If I could upload a cople of my own pic's they are just as wonderfull. Bill's rating as a super host is entirely deserved as he has thought about every small detail to make they stay a truly 'feel at home' experience. - We stayed 5 weeks, and 'at home' we felt. - The layout is practical, confortable, friendly decorated, very well equiped in furniture, including a wonderful desk and work area; the kitchen, coockware and appliances are perfect for your 'at-home' dinners. If that was not enough, the beatiful location by the lake, is within walking distance of every-day need you may think; from Supermarkets (two great opnes) to CVS, shops and fabuluos restaurants like Bulla, and 'Bar Italia' to cozzy coffe shops like 'San Julian Coffe Bar' on Morse St. We have been around many 'Ab&b' places in several countries; Bill's #152 by Killarney Lake has been aour greatest discovery so far.

Great home! Closer to all the shopping and dining you might need. Club House and swimming complex very nice and a big hit with the family. Well appointed and spacious with nice amenities.

Had a wonder stay here, the location was perfect we would now only stay in the area again, staff at pool bar were lovely. We felt like we were at home and enjoyed watching the fireworks from the walkway. Very comfortable, loved the jacuzzi bath and with how close you were to the parks the average Lyft was $8 and you are in the parks within 10 mins. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony & main bedroom, as we watched the breathtaking sunrise over the lake every morning. At night we could step out on the back side (shared space) of condo to watch Disney & Epcot Fireworks in the distance. The pool, hot tub, and tiki bar was a great place to relax after a day at the "Parks". My daughter loved the wooden pier & walking path. The amenities, all the extras, are above & beyond what was mentioned in listing. We decided to go with an A B&B because we were traveling with my elderly mother, sister & daughter & we were seeking additional space & we got exactly that. We could not have been more pleased. The drive to the Disney Parks was easy from this location. We loved that we were walking distance (thru the parking lot) to 2 Disney Stores, subway, miniature Golf & a dollar store. Chick Filet is across the street. We couldn't have been more pleased.
