Me and my family members decided to meet halfway this year for Thanksgiving. And it turned out perfect! Everyone loved the house and it was very spacious.and clean. It has an amazing backyard view. The Christmas tree was decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this house.

I had a wonderful stay while on a work trip to Louisville, KY. This spacious, well decorated cottage is located in the historic Highlands neighborhood , walkable and funky, great restaurants, boutique, coffee shops, and the best I've cream ever Graters. The comfy Matress and modern shower was a special treat, as was the gas stove and well stocked kitchen. Diana was super friendly, helpful and responsive. Will book next time I visit.

My husband and I were traveling with 2 couples so this place was perfect for our needs. VERY CLEAN Parking for 3 cars 3 King beds ( a little on the firm side) We did a LOT of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked for that. We also enjoyed a couple of nights in watching movies and a football game. The living room was comfy with enough seating for us all. The TV has a Roku so we were able to log into our streaming services. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I was in Louisville with my daughter’s family for Christmas and Volleyball Tournament. We had 5 people and it was perfect. Great Location. Excellent parking arrangements. We had a code box which the battery went dead. Within a minute we had a response and an alternate way to get in. Perfect!! My grandsons are 13 and 6 we went to Louisville Slugger, Ali, Kentucky Derby and Frazier Museums. 3 different generations and we all found value and had fun Strongly recommend a trip to Louisville and if it fits your family this is a fantastic place to stay It is on second level so if steps are a concern…

We love staying in the Highlands when coming to Louisville, it never disappoints. This space lived up to and exceeded our expectations. Ed’s home was spacious enough for our big group and the pups enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with necessities (including coffee!), and there was lots of space. The off street parking is always a bonus in this area of town but we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the street was. Many of Bardstown Rd favorites were within walking distance, including restaurants and shopping. We hope to stay here again on our next visit and appreciate the hospitality.

Lovely place, tucked away on a quiet street. Close to the Bardstown Rd. area restaurants. Perfect for our needs. Clean and cozy! Excellent host, accommodating.

great weekend away for my little girl! we loved the house

The house was completely adorable, with off street parking. Joanna was extremely flexible by allowing a last minute rental since another place fell through for us. There was a small issue with the house, but the communication with the owners was great and it was corrected with an effort to minimize the impact to us. The location is ideal and we had a great time, will definitely try to stay there again!
