Taylor’s home is beautiful and as advertised. The home is well decorated and amenities are plentiful and then some. The yard is spacious and great for dogs. Inside the home was very comfortable. This home was advertised to be in the East Hill neighborhood, and it was in fact on the far outskirts of East Hill, so it is not what I was expecting or looking for. The home is on a busy street with a lot of cars and foot traffic. While still quiet, I did not enjoy how open it is. Furthermore, while the neighboring houses are okay, there are some very shady houses on the surrounding streets that are broken down and not comforting to be in close proximity too. There were a decent amount of sketchy people walking up and down the street, and ultimately for this reason I did not extend my stay. I will say, Taylor was a very nice host and communicated well. She understood my concerns and let me leave my stay early. The home itself is beautiful in every way, but not on a great street.

Our family can not say enough about this wonderful home. It’s exactly what the write up states and the pictures are exactly how it looks! Anything we need during the stay, we ask, IT IS THERE THE SAME DAY. Audra is the best! She loves dogs and her heart is so big you can’t not like her. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We WILL be back!

Amazing house. I was amazed that I was able to book same day. Due to house issues. My kids and husband enjoyed this place. Even tho they didn’t stay every night. Host was quick to answer any questions. Even got a night added because house wasn’t ready. I would recommend staying here. Beds were great except the pull out couch. Only down is the tub. Be careful getting in and out. Plenty blankets and towels. Even Overall great tho.

We enjoyed our stay - roomy house, great back yard for the dogs, and very comfy big bed. Older neighborhood, but was quiet and we felt very safe. Even walked to a hocky game at the arena down the street! Excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely rebook for our next trip in town!

As we walked in the front door we were pleased to see that everything was as described and pictured on the listing. Any communications that I needed to have with the host it was very responsive. We did love the suggestions of restaurants that was listed in the home. I do want to let others know that if you would like to enjoy the porch bring bug spray, the mosquitos are very bad all day. This is not a host problem just nature. We would definitely book with Navin again if we would be in Pensacola again. Ps. Suggestion of a place to visit, Morrison Natural Spring; it is about an hour and half but a must do.

This cottage was everything we hoped for and more. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it felt like a peaceful escape from the world. The outdoor kitchen and garden shower made every day feel like a little adventure, and the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to unwind. Best of all, they welcomed our fur baby with open arms. He had the best time playing with their sweet dogs! The hosts were incredibly kind and genuine, and it really showed in every thoughtful detail. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already wanting to return.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The Airbnb was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. House looks brand new inside and is very spacious. Very clean, has a wonderful shower and kitchen. I didn't gather from the photographs that the fire pit was right next to the parking space with no trees nearby, but I suppose that is to be expected in a downtown neighborhood.

Claire’s place was just as described. The coffee shop and Five Sisters Blues Cafe are highly recommended. We walked everyday and explored the area. Some of our favorite areas were Palafox (market on Saturday, Bruce Park and the waterfront behind the stadium.

I’ve stayed at many rentals, and I have to say—this is one of the best. I'm not even sure where to begin! The cottage far exceeded my expectations. It’s in pristine condition, with everything modern and updated. Angel has thoughtfully provided everything you could want or need during your stay. All the utensils, pots, pans, and even the coffee machine were in excellent condition and carried a charming coastal theme. The views from the back of the cottage are breathtaking. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Since the home is set back from the street, there was no traffic noise at all. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. There’s also a daybed on the porch, which made for the perfect spot to relax. Angel recommended Kingfisher Seafood, and we ended up ordering from there two nights. The food was delicious—and even better, they offer DoorDash. All in all, this was a 5+ star stay, and I would absolutely love to come back.
