Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.

Hard to find the HOA office upon first visit, but once you check in with security it was very easy. Great location, nice unit for an older complex, and prime area extremely close to the beach. Key pick up and drop off was simple, however the parking for this specific unit is very very tight. Thankfully our rental car was small, but it was between a support column and the wall. We loved that that they had chairs, beach equipment and towels available. We had a great stay and would recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside. Conveniently located to Legoland (15 mins w/ traffic) and very close to some very excellent restaurants.

The place was great, clean, and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach and walking distance to different fun activities in the area.

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Location, location, location. We were thrilled to be so close to the beach. We timed it, and it was less than 3 minutes from door to sand. And Pacific Beach is a really great place to be. From inside the apartment we could see the ocean! And with the sliding glass door opened, we could *hear* the ocean! Wonderful! Other great things about this apartment: the beds are comfortable, the showers have good water pressure, the underground parking spot is very convenient, a grocery story is within walking distance, the kitchen is functional, and the carpets are clean and look new. We are already planning our next trip to Pacific Beach and will do our best to book Gurbani's apartment.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

This is a great location in Carlsbad, directly across from the beach and just a few blocks from the Carlsbad Village. The unit is recently renovated and is spotless. Wyatt is a great host who is very helpful and responds extremely quickly. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Carlsbad, this is it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was exactly what we expected—clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for quality family time. The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beach retreat.

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Richard’s place was perfect for the six of us including 2 kids ages 3 and 1. The place was squeaky clean. We appreciated that there was a high chair and plenty of toys to keep our kids occupied. There was also a pack and play available. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare meals to eat there and on the go. There were even plastic plates, cups and utensils for our kids to use. We highly recommend this place especially for families and would love to stay here again!

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The Bee Hive was so cute. We had so much fun. We love Encinitas. We parked our full-size suv in the designated parking spot and didn’t use it the whole time we were there. We walked to the beach, we walked to get coffee in the mornings, we walked to shops and we even did d 2 different escape roomed on 2 different days. We can’t wait to go back!

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Came here for our family Spring Break get away! We all had a wonderful time! The view is way better in person and the waves crashing at night meant a peaceful nights sleep! Highly recommend for families or group getaways! Fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus!

Where to begin? The Pelican is a very special place, nestled in the perfect location to take in the ocean - whether from the expansive windows and open floor plan space, the multiple furnished patios, or directly above or on the beach across the street! The space is pristine, well appointed, and free of clutter. We had some rain during our stay and we barely noticed it due to enjoying being inside the well styled and comfortable home. You can walk right into Carlsbad village for eats and drinks or some quirky shops, and are a quick drive from all the charming places Carlsbad & Oceanside have to offer. The hosts were incredible to work with, especially the property manager, Nancy, who took amazing care of our family - from proactively managing potential issues with some neighboring construction, to answering all our questions promptly. She was the most professional and empathetic host we’ve encountered in our various adventures with AirBnB!

Excellent location, can’t put in to words how incredible it is to be right on the ocean. If you’re a light a sleeper, the crashing waves may be a touch loud, but it was perfect for me. Super easy to park and access the unit. It’s right in the heart of Windansea beach. Shower water pressure and hot water were excellent (this is hard to come by in California). Host was excellent. Responsive, communicative, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and sparkling clean house, plenty of space and right across the street from Terramar Point, a great surf break. We could see dolphins and seabirds from the large windows of the house. One night we ordered delivery and ate watching the sunset from the rooftop! Anthony and Amanda were so kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants in Carlsbad. We especially enjoyed dinner one night at Campfire. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend!!
