Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ocean City

Adam was very proactive in providing information about checkin and the area before the visit, and continued that excellent communication through our stay. All his instructions and helpful info were also in writing in the unit, which was much appreciated. In addition, the unit was clean with all the amenities listed. We were in want of nothing! Perfect for a family. We loved our stay here and would stay here again, or recommend to others.

Excellent location and host. Sonny had water, coffee, beer, and snacks in the apartment for us. Also, pamphlets and town map of things to do. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Place was beautiful and the arcade game was a special bonus. The only negative to this trip was that we didn’t get to enjoy Brooke’s place more. We were in OC for Boardwalk Rock so we only used the place to shower and sleep. The next time we’re in the area we will definitely check to see if this place is available.

Very roomy condo and easy walk to beach and beautiful canal views. Lots of restaurants, Jolly Roger, boardwalk and bike rentals all with walking distance. Best part is that it was dog friendly too.

The place was clean, and very comfortable. Linens were excellent. All beach equipment was available. Bed was very comfortable. Location was only a few steps to the beach, minature golf, and restaurants . We especially enjoyed the road paralleled to the beach where walking and bike riding was enjoyable without a lot of car traffic. Would definitely recommend to friends or a return visit from us.

The apartment is very well maintained, away from the boardwalk and noise of the highly busy tourist areas. We found the condo to be very comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our 5 day getaway. A couple of things that could be improved: -the kitchen needs more utensils and basic kitchenware, not enough for a family of 3 or 4. Cutting boards, knives and such. It does come with detergent, and all the supplies you need to wash dishes, do laundry etc. -The other thing is the master bedroom had a skylight above the headboard area. If you intend to sleep in, the light comes in bright and early. We suggested to the owners to install some type of blinds or covers. Great location if you want to get away from everything for a few days. 25 min drive to Assateague National Park, 10 minute drive to OC boardwalk, Food Lion 5 min away, and anything you need within minutes. Still felt a world away at times. Very nice and responsive host.

Wonderful clean place to stay with everything you need! Made for a perfect place for our anniversary/little ones first beach trip. Not one complaint. Also if your going for a family trip with kiddos this is a much calmer side of the strip. Thanks again we will be back!

The condo was great! Stephen was a great host, very responsive and flexible. Great location, very walkable. Very clean. Be prepared to bring your own linens/towels and the stairs are steep but well lit. Would definitely book again!

The perfect location! Walkable to the boardwalk. The condo was very clean and a lot of space. Jerry was so responsive and anwsered any questions we had! Would love to stay here again!

Stayed here for the weekend while attending Ocean City's Boardwalk Rock festival. Location was great, not too far away from the beach and house was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked as expected. Overall very happy will be back again!

Mallard Lakes is one of our favorite vacation destinations. Mary’s unit was so great, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again with her.

Absolutely wonderful hosts!! Very responsive and helpful. There might have been an issue with the lockbox so they called ahead to make sure we could get in! I will definitely be booking with Shawn and Terri again!

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

This place will make you feel right at home in a safe neighborhood! We came down to go boating and there is a boat launch minutes away. Also restaurants and grocerie stories only about 10 minutes away. Easy to check in and very comfortable!

The house is way bigger than what’s shown in the pictures. Two of the five bed rooms have private bathrooms which is a big plus. The house doesn’t come with linen so you need to bring your own.

Sunny Days is a fun place for a family gathering - in our case to attend a festival. Bill+ are great hosts: you know upfront everything about the property, and they deliver!! Wonderful hosts!

We have stayed with Raif several times now. Always a pleasure to deal with him and his wife. We knew he just changed the living room furniture. It is super comfortable and the sleep sofa passed my daughter's sleep test. They have private balconies so you can sit in your own space (the others have a shared walkway). We even had enough room to set up a portable full size crib in the second bedroom. Plenty of space for all. We ate at Dead Freddie's and Bad Monkey as usual and ordered in. We will definitely be back. I think Raif is an awesome host. Very quick to respond. Thanks Raif!

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay—can’t beat waking up to that amazing beach view! The building is a bit older, and you can see that mostly in the bathrooms, which could use a little love. But the living room and bedrooms were comfy and clearly well looked after. Stephanie was super helpful and walked us through the check-in on the August app, which made things easy. Overall, a lovely spot for a beach getaway!

Cute place to stay. Has everything you need. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Large parking lot with available street parking also.
