This spacious 3 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for families seeking comfort and convenience. The generous living space offers plenty of room for everyone, with well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining area was great for meals, and the kitchen is equipped with appliances and ample counter space. One of the standout features is the home's prime location, directly across from the community pool, making it ideal for summertime fun and relaxation. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with excellent restaurants nearby. This home truly offers the best of both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for families looking to vacation in OC.

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this beautiful home! The accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for—clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect way to kick off the summer. Trina was a responsive and friendly host, making communication easy throughout our stay. We’d love to return in the future!

This was our second time staying at the AirB&B. We returned a second time because the house has everything you need during your stay. It's really spaces and alot of places to hang out and socialize. I would definitely return. However, if I could make one suggest ( My guess did not sleep 😴 comfortably on the pull out sofa) I would suggest bringing a blow up mattress. Otherwise, no complaints, I would return again. Racquel

Our stay was wonderful. Beach and many restaurants/bars within walking distance. The host was extremely accommodating, kindly offering us the flexibility to check in a day early and check out late—an option we ultimately didn’t use, but greatly appreciated. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would gladly choose to stay here again.

First time booking with Airbnb and it was definitely a great experience. The house was really nice and felt like home. I appreciate the host and how prompt he was with any concerns. I would book this same location again.

Dean's place was very comfortable. He was accommodating to an early check-in which was helpful due to arriving to the area several hours early. The place was very welcoming and close to the beach and many restaurants and other activities. Certainly will be looking to stay there again next year!

Stayed here for the weekend while attending Ocean City's Boardwalk Rock festival. Location was great, not too far away from the beach and house was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked as expected. Overall very happy will be back again!

My family & I enjoyed Ryan’s place. Plenty of space, modern kitchen & bathrooms as well. Comfortable beds, extra blankets and pillows as well. large easy to use smart tv’s as well. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and clean and the pool was refreshing. I would book Ryan’s place again.

I had a crew stay at this property for well over a month and would do it again. Meiling was very atterntive, stayed in touch, checked in periodically and was overall a wonderful host. THe property was emaculate and just waht we were looking for.

Perfect peaceful getaway close to the beaches in Delaware. Also, not too far from Ocean city, MD. House was clean, free of clutter. Our kids loved the play area outside, especially the spider web swing was fun for us all. Camp fire area outside the house was lovely too! The shed had many useful things for the beach like chairs, mats, kids beach toys etc. Beth was proactive, sent us clear instructions and was very responsive. Amenities in the houseful were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Only things missing were some essentials like bath soap and sugar in the kitchen. And it is recommended to get Spring water bottles - the tap water tasted a bit unusual. Overall, a very nice place to spend your vacation close to the beach.

Very happy with our stay, close to grocery and restaurants. Owner communicated very well and had great recommendations. The house had great spaces for our group of 7 to spread out or all hang together. Thanks again for your hospitality.

In all honesty, when I first pulled up I thought “ what?!” But, they have redone the inside, Nicely. Very comfortable, clean. I felt safe. We had the things we needed. You can’t see the ocean because of the big hotel but you can hear and feel it. He had things to use at the beach, which was very nice. The boardwalk is a good walk but was doable. This is a good place to stay.

The house is way bigger than what’s shown in the pictures. Two of the five bed rooms have private bathrooms which is a big plus. The house doesn’t come with linen so you need to bring your own.

The house was very cozy and comfortable, and fit our family with dogs and a baby very well. Its decor felt homey and lived-in and it felt like we could have stayed there for weeks! Definitely a pleasant place to stay thats a little out of the bustle but still close to the beach.

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

Jane was very accommodating for our special allergy needs. She used unscented cleaners per our request. Very quiet street and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Also pet friendly stay without a significant up charge.

My family and I had a fantastic experience staying at this home! The home was exactly as described - clean and comfortable. The amenities provided (like the grill, toiletries, board games, Wii, chargers, and Wi-Fi) made it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed and It was easy to get around.  Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

We had a fantastic time staying here! Everything worked out great and was just as advertised. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of places for a family of 6 to sleep and relax! We enjoyed hanging out and playing games and watching TV as a family in the living room, and eating in the dining room. We also enjoyed the connecting sunroom and shaded back deck/yard and even used the grill one night. We had fun playing the large "swinging ring game" in the back yard connected to one of the trees. The neighborhood seemed very safe too, and the older lady across the street was very friendly. A great neighborhood to go on walks with your kids (and dog). The owner was very nice and prompt with responding to our questions, and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

This was our first time staying in Ocean Pines. We thought Kristy's place was in a good location and an easy drive to Ocean City and other surrounding areas. Since we enjoy the outdoors, we loved hanging out on the screened porch and the fenced backyard was great for our little dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we enjoyed walking along the scenic trails. The inside of the home was nicely decorated and we felt there was enough space for our family of four (2 adults and 2 young adults). We liked the helpful information and flexibility that Kristy offered.

We had a great 4 nights. This home is cozy and remodeled nicely. Beds are super comfortable! Host is very helpful and his communication is fire! We will be back! No issues other than could been a little cleaner, but I have high standards as my parents own a cleaning business over 40+ years now. Just a quick note the front door needs to be pulled tight coming and going to be sure it locks properly.

This was our second time staying at Dolores by the Sea. Great location, plenty of room for our family. Nice view from rear deck. Loved the bikes and beach chairs. Easy parking and nice neighborhood. We will be back.
