Excellent location and host. Sonny had water, coffee, beer, and snacks in the apartment for us. Also, pamphlets and town map of things to do. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

This place is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the beach. There are several cool places and restaurants within walking distance and the house was in pristine condition when we came. The place had everything we needed and more. Great cooking supplies and tools, utensils, bedding, towel, everything. Super easy to get anything done.

Beautiful views of ocean from large sliding doors to patio! Clean house good value responsive host! Would stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE stay! Faith was very responsive and helpful with all questions. Apartment was easy to find because if the great instructions givrn by Faith. Apartment was clean and exactly what had been advertised. Id definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The highlight for us was the stunning view from the balcony—it was absolutely spectacular. Being right on the beach with such easy access made our trip even more enjoyable. My family and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

This condo exceeded all expectations! The views alone were amazing. The beautiful sights of both the ocean and the bay made every sunrise and sunset absolutely magical. Whether you’re sitting on one of the multiple balconies in the morning or in the evening, it’s hard to imagine a more picturesque spot. But what really set this stay apart was the communication. From the moment we booked, the hosts were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every detail was clearly explained ahead of time, and they were quick to respond to any questions during our stay. It honestly felt like they were one step ahead the entire time, making everything seamless and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this condo whether you’re here for relaxation, sightseeing, or just to soak in the views, you won’t be disappointed.

Such a beautiful home! It also was very cozy and peaceful. The beach and pier is a nice walk away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Host was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. I will most definitely be staying here again!

Pamela is very hospitable! Friendly. Commutative. Her home is beautiful and you can tell she thinks of the little things. There was a small container of scrunchies in the bathroom (us women know the scrunchi struggle!). The house is squeaky clean, and we didn’t need to purchase ANYTHING other than food 🤗 which my family really appreciated! Only thing I will point out is it pitch black surrounding the house/area at night. And possibly could be this time of year or maybe location but there are flies everywhere my goodness! Even the restaurants. If visiting OC for the first time like me, please keep that in the back of your mind lol. This place was a 10/10!!

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. We have 4 kids and it worked out well. The house was clean and set up and decorated nicely. It was nice to have access to a backyard and a screened in porch. There were some kids books and toys too which was a welcome surprise! We were thankful to have a nice bathroom and kitchen and the living spaces were clean and comfortable. Since this was a downstairs unit we had some noise issues with guests above us in the evening for 2 nights , but I messaged the host and she IMMEDIATELY and kindly took care of it. It was easy to walk to downtown Berlin from the house and there was plenty of parking. Laundry for us on vacation is a plus and W+D worked great! We would absolutely stay here again for our Assateague beach vacation.

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

Just lovely...are the best words to describe this home!! Kristin's place is very well decorated and is spotless. My son had a baseball tournament in the area, so we only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Hotel rates in the Salisbury area are absolutely ridiculous, so we were so glad to have found Kristin's place. Note that there is only one shower, but this home is perfect for a small group. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect! Everything is so clean and comfortable. I especially loved the thoughtful box of mini toiletries in the linen closet and the quality of the bed linens.

A mini vacation should be free of headaches and life's hustle, Although, That was not the case at the condo. The place was not cleaned properly, However this is the cleaners not Adam. When something is presented at a certain level, it should be truthful

I loved it here! It's literally an ocean front space. We enjoyed having the screen door open listening to the waves. I loved this place so much I'm literally telling everyone about it so they can stay there haha! The weather wasn't great to start when we went down but I 10000% would book again. We were steps away from the beach, we was able to still see our unit from the sand. I got lucky to find this place!

My husband and I decided to go on a getaway last minute. We found Seth’s place and were able to book the unit for the days we had available. It was great and met all of our expectations. We have been to OC and Fenwick many times and knew this is where we wanted to stay. It did not disappoint and we hope to rent again in the near future.

Selena’s place is beautifully decorated! It’s immaculate, well stocked with everything you need from lotion to chargers, and in a quiet, relaxing area that’s close to everything. It was perfect for our family of five! 100% will book again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

Shiri was very friendly and she reached out to make sure we had her number. We travelled with a one year old and she fell asleep before we could check in and they were very accommodating. They had everything, a playpen and even had beach toys as we forgot hers. The place is beautiful and in the perfect location with great instructions from Shiri. You have the perfect view for sunrise and sunset, the sound of the waves is very relaxing. The beach is literally at your finger tips. We will definitely be coming back again.
