If I could give 6 stars I would - will definitely be back. Everything was super nice and the back deck on the water was so peaceful. Would recommend for sure!

We had a fantastic time staying here! Everything worked out great and was just as advertised. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of places for a family of 6 to sleep and relax! We enjoyed hanging out and playing games and watching TV as a family in the living room, and eating in the dining room. We also enjoyed the connecting sunroom and shaded back deck/yard and even used the grill one night. We had fun playing the large "swinging ring game" in the back yard connected to one of the trees. The neighborhood seemed very safe too, and the older lady across the street was very friendly. A great neighborhood to go on walks with your kids (and dog). The owner was very nice and prompt with responding to our questions, and we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Marlene was awesome to deal with. Very accommodating. We were coming in for our son’s wedding, and she offered, due to the circumstances, an early check-in and late check-out. She also provided linens and towels. Beautiful view out back of the lagoon, just like the pictures. Would recommend this home for 2-3 couples.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so quaint, clean, well stocked, and all on one floor. There was plenty of space for my multi-generational family. Also, the beaches and other area attractions were nearby (just a short drive). I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at Tortuga Cottage. As spacious and clean for my husband, me, and our two young boys plus our Labrador retriever as we remembered it from 2 years ago. It is nestled in a friendly, shaded neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming to walk our dog around and explore the local restaurants, trails, and stores. Only 15 minutes from the beach with accessible parking and locker rooms. Kristy was great at communicating before, during, and leading up to departing from our stay. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, just do it! You’ll be overjoyed that you did.

We had our very first family vacation the week directly before Memorial Day. The home was perfect. I was very pleased that the home was baby-friendly. My niece did not have to bring a crib or high chair. The number of amenities that were there was awesome. The house was clean and well-maintained. Anything we would have needed was available to us. The location of the home was great, too. We were only about 17 minutes from Ocean City. We were close to stores, and the wonderful little community of Ocean Pines was better than staying at the beach. The community had great restaurants. The casino was within a short distance, and we were only about 5-7 minutes away from grocery stores. We didn't have to fight traffic. This home was the best I have stayed in to date. Thank you, Rosa, for being a great host.

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

Loved the place and the convenience to the beach! Plenty of parking available also. The only downside we will remember till another time is that the bedroom window is directly across from the elevator. So as people go up and down at night you can hear it (it’s a low key place though so it never bothered us by being really loud or keeping us awake, just something to remember if traveling with a kid) Overall we would definitely rent this condo again

Was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway! Very beautiful view, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The little pool right on the water was great as well.

Pravda was an excellent and extremely communicative host and his condo is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants and steps from the beach. He is extremely kind, continuously ready to assist, and incredibly accommodating for both check in and check out. His condo is in a very safe area and is very spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay again anytime I'm in Ocean City!

Great place in ocean city! Backyard is on the bay, was quiet even during senior week. Great location walkable to the beach and plenty of places to eat.

Colleen’s place was a great find for our weekend Sand Soccer tournament. Friendly and great communication and very clean and cozy space that had everything we needed for the weekend away! Thanks again for having us!

Brooke’s place was fantastic for a weekend getaway with friends. It is steps to the beach. Super clean and exactly like the photos. It was a quick and easy to check-in. All instructions were straightforward. Brooke was very friendly and responsive in the weeks leading up to the trip and during our stay.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year.
