Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Royalton

A very good spot for larger groups that are interested in experiencing one of Cleveland's better neighborhoods (and very good donut shop 2 blocks away). The upstairs level does not have central air, but there was a portable AC that did a good job of cooling off the area. There were plenty of towels & linens provided, and having access to a washer/dryer was also helpful.

Beautiful decorated, clean place to stay. Really appreciated the spot in the garage to park my car and all the thoughtful snacks and food available. I feel like she thought of all the details. Great place!

Andrea is a very responsive host and the apartment is exactly as described. This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while we had another family member receiving care at University Hospital. Andrea was also flexible with us needing to extend our stay beyond what we originally intended. Would stay here again for sure. Little Italy is also a nice area with a lot of good restaurants.

Large apartment in a great location. Close to many restaurants and downtown. Space was comfortable and had all the basic amenities.

I’m from the Akron area and still have family there. This was a nice central location. This is a perfect place for one or two people. It has everything you need and is clean and relatively quiet.

The location couldn't be better! reasonable walk or short Lyft ride to literally everything we wanted to do. Had we known it was in heart of a thriving theatre district, we'd have researched that a bit more and seen a show. Beautiful old architecture around. Felt safe walking, and the unit was comfortable, big. Very very basic (sparse) supplies, e.g., only three coffee mugs. The third bed is a cot but has a comfortable memory foam mattress. My advice is READ THE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS closely. Some of it comes in an email, and some extremely pertinent crucial info comes in the AirBB app. You need 2 completely separate codes to get the fob and get in. When you're traveling and keeping track of a lot, you might - like me - get confused and overlook the second step and be very flustered. Also, beware of the huge glass coffee table that you'll likely crash your leg painfully into numerous times, like we did. We placed books and other items along the edges to help prevent more bruises.

Stayed at Adam and Alicia's place for my son's graduation. It is relatively close to Case Western campus (20-25 min drive), but - unlike the area around CWRU - is very quiet and relaxing. We were out a lot during the day for various graduation festivities, but it was a nice spot for our family to come back to in the evening, cook dinner, and hang out. Even though it was rather windy, we we still made a point of getting outside to sit on the patio or stroll around and watch the lake - birds, boats, and a very nice sunset. The hosts were very responsive; we had a problem in the beginning (no towels), but it got fixed very quickly after contacting the hosts.

Loved our stay here! The place is great and has all the amenities you need. All the good cafés and restaurants are pretty close too. The backyard and fire pit are a great add on. The only drawback is that the second bathroom is in the basement and doesn’t have a door. But everything else was great!

We will definitely try to book Jeff's airbnb if my family ventures to the area again. The house was beautiful and clean and we felt right at home dragging our 6 children through the door.

Right in the middle of Ohio City. Close to Tremont. Clean place and very nice to have our own parking spot. I hope to be able to rent the space again!

Because of the ACDC Concert the rate for the second night was increased significantly as ALL rentals were. The convenience in the downtown area - 15 min walk from Huntington Park Field - provided short walking distance to SO many restaurants, bars, attractions etc it was WORTH EVERY CENT !!

Spent the weekend at this location with some family, and it was a convenient and comfortable option for our stay. Not a huge house, but more than enough space to cover our two households for a few days. Living room and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and kitchen and dining room were big enough to allow for cooking and eating a few meals. Nice patio for the adults and enough backyard space for kids to run and play a bit. Plenty of other amenities available as well, although we didn't need to wash clothes during our short stay. House is located in a quaint neighborhood. Host did forewarn us about not disturbing the neighbors, which wasn't much of an issue for our group. However, while this house was a great fit for our needs (i.e., nice size and very reasonably priced), it might not suit the needs of bigger/noisier groups.

Wonderful location; easy access to Huntington Bank Field and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The place was very clean and the communication was great!

Place was great, cozy and clean. Jen was very helpful and very responsive. Perfect placement for walking to bars, restaurants and the stadium.

Amazing little place to stay, perfect for our mini vacation. The area was super walkable and parking was easy to find. The condo had all the amenities you could need and as a bonus the water pressure was great. I would definitely book again.

This was a good place to stay. The apartment is well equipped and the living area is pretty comfortable. Could use a better coffee table. The provided food stuffs are a really nice touch. The beds are small for 2 people, but comfortable. The bedroom windows definitely need black out curtains since there is a bright light outside. Bring your eyemask! Laundry is great to have. Shower is nice, and plenty of towels. Parking is convenient. Tanesha is responsive and friendly in her communication.

Loft was perfect! Very comfortable and homey. Joseph gave us very clear instructions to find the loft and how to get in. Great location to bars, restaurants, and stadium. Would completely rent again if in the area.
