A real Getaway! A must do! Salt life sandy toes amazing sunrise and sunsets. House is in a great location. Over the top phenomenal. PLEASE GO!

Jon’s home is the perfect getaway. The home was warm and welcoming. Instructions and expectations were clear and reasonable. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. The king size bed was a surprising treat, far more comfortable than the Hyatt. All the amenities were exactly as specified and Jon will supply you with an entire vacation’s worth of information. If you like fishing, you’ll enjoy the pontoon dock just out the back door. The community is so friendly and doing an amazing job of rebuilding after Ian. We were happy to help bring in tourism money. It was such a great getaway.

Chris was hands down the most responsive and proactive host ever. House was clean and the amenities and house matched the photos. Fishing was good. Nearby restaurants were good. We will definitely be back.

Carina was an amazing host and communicated well! Her place is located in the perfect spot on the water: not too far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would enjoy staying here again!

This is our second time staying here. We love the place, especially the open pool with beautiful surroundings. Scott was responsive to anything we needed. The 70" TV was great too.

We had an amazing stay! The place was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. It is well equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool area and the stunning canal water views—such a peaceful setting, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area is safe and nice for morning and evening runs or walks as well. Merrill was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish including voluntarily offering a late checkout to accomodate our flight schedule! We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this lovely island retreat to anyone looking for a clean, scenic, and relaxing getaway! Ariani’s is the little Italian restaurant recommended in the hosts guidebook. Make sure to plan on dining there during your stay! Great choice!

Amazing location and spotless house. Todd's house was more spacious than anticipated. House is well-appointed for all needs. Had a great time relaxing at the end of busy days on the dock. Will certainly stay again when I'm visiting family in the area.

I stayed here with my husband and 9 month old and we absolutely loved our stay. View was amazing (especially seeing dolphins in the water), house was beautifully furnished, quiet/relaxing pool area, location was prime (very walkable, especially to the coffee place “Urban Buzz”), and Palmer was very responsive. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and enjoy as much time as possible!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was exactly as described in the listing—immaculate, relaxing, and truly inviting. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Wow! We loved this house. Great outdoor seating, loved watching the boats come and go. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great flat grill for dinners at home. Good restaurant options in the area. Cape Coral is close to so much, but away from traffic. Loads of windows and natural light. Very clean. Highly recommend.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!
