I was blown away by the house. It's a real gem and I dont think the house could have been any better. Troy was great, always responsive and very friendly. West Chester is a great area and the house was within walking distance of the main streets and all the restaurants. I couldnt have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful getaway in a welcoming and cozy home. The kitchen is gorgeous and expansive with everything we could need. The deck was its own private oasis with a shade tree and birds singing. We felt at home immediately.

It was exactly what we wanted. Mary was great! She responded quickly to any questions we had and was always friendly in her responses. No complaints or disappointments. Great stay!

Ebony’s place was perfect for what we needed. Very relaxing atmosphere and everything we needed was provided. We appreciated that the drawers & cabinets were labeled, that was a plus! The furniture and beds were very clean and super comfortable.

Home Away From Home! We fell in love with Carol's place the minute we drove up to this charming (historic?) house. Walked inside to find it filled with amazing welcome amenities and tasteful home touches that only added to our excitement of staying at her place. It was the perfect space for our girls weekend getaway (6 total). Probably the best amenities of any rental, including tissues that were greatly appreciated by those with allergies due to the seasonal blooms! Seriously, best amenities ever. The linens were high quality and plenty of them. Enjoyed many meals and giggles around the spacious dinning room table. Took full advantage of the ability to walk everywhere stoping at the local shops and visiting the restaurants on the water. Drove 5 minutes across the bridge and enjoyed an afternoon cruise on the canal with M/V Summer Breeze where we saw 8 eagles. Carol was a great host and would absolutely stay here again.

My friends & I had an amazing stay at Miriam’s house! When we arrived everything was spotless & she was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was phenomenal as well & we were only a short drive from Lancaster & Litiz & were able to explore all the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit :)

The perfect house for a long weekend with friends. We very comfortably fit six adults and five kids (ages 5, 4, 2, 1 and 1). So well equipped for families with a crib in the master bedroom and tons of toys and games. Lots of places to hang out from the beautiful screened in porch to the open layout upstairs and game room downstairs. The location is incredible… a front yard full of horses (you’re living amongst the farms) and a very short drive to the activities we chose. Highly recommend checking out Cherry Crest Farm, Strasbourg train and Dutch Wonderland. Across the street from the house is an Amish stand with fresh baked goods and strawberries. For food, Lancaster Brewing co was fantastic as well as Speckled Hen. Can’t wait to come back!

A super clean and simple place that met all our expectations. It is a great place to serve as a home base while experiencing the area. Angela was quick with a response to any questions and was more than hospitable. Roomy and comfy with the luxury of a hot tub makes this the place to stay at. Price point was spot on. The cottage was adorable and located in the perfect area. We loved the privacy of the backyard and used both the hot tub and the fire pit. We had one small problem upon arrival, but Daniel was responsive and extremely helpful getting it worked out. We would definitely stay again!

We had such a great time here! our family of 5 had plenty of space and it felt special and different from our own home, but still comfortable and easy to enjoy. loved the hot tub, fireplace, gorgeous upstairs bathroom and tub, climbing maple tree, basic but classy amenities, comfortable bedding and towels, proximity (with a car) to local sights.

We had the absolute best time at Suzanne’s home! It was the perfect home for our group size (4 families: 8 adults, 4 toddlers, 3 infants). Our kids loved watching the horse & buggy’s drive by and our whole group thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space! The playroom was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable and the rooms & bathrooms were spacious! We thought we’d have an issue with no TV, but our kiddos never asked for it once! The location was steps away from the town center of intercourse and centrally located to so many of the wonderful attractions Lancaster County has to offer! We hope to come back to enjoy this wonderful home and town again!!

everything was fantastic, the fire pit on the river was very nice, didn't use the hot tub but it had a great view of the river, just a great place, also lots of osprey's and saw bald eagles.

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

If you are looking for a place near Lancaster, PA, then this place is perfect. If you plan on visiting Philadelphia, be sure to allow for enough time (it takes a little over an hour). We really appreciated that the home had two and half baths, laundry, and enough space to move about. If you are looking for a great coffee shop, I would recommend Poured Out in downtown Parkesburg.

Very nice location, extremely quiet, plenty of space. Water pressure was low, but no biggie. Was perfect for our trip to granddaughters graduation up the road at West Chester University. Highly recommend!!

This was our 2nd time staying at Rachel’s house and we fell in love even more. It’s the perfect location, close to many activities in Amish Country yet very private. You can see the horse and buggies driving by from the front window & horses working the back field. The pool is stunning and is so much fun for all ages! The house was extremely clean and had everything we could ever need or want! Rachel provided many local recommendations & all were amazing! Our favorites were Agape Cafe & Countryside Roadstand for food and Linden Coffee for coffee. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Lancaster area!

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.
