Condo vacation rentals in New York

Med was a great host who made it easy to check in and feel welcome in a new city. He took the time to get to know me and made an effort to ensure my three-month stay was comfortable. The apartment is a block away from a bus stop and a bike ride away from the Port Imperial ferry terminal, so getting to NYC is fairly easy. The neighborhood was sometimes loud at night, with music from the neighbors and sirens in the background, but overall the area felt safe. There were on occasion some issues, such as a leaky sink and clogged drains, but nothing major. It is hard to find such a good deal with quick access to the city. Overall a positive experience! I would/will stay there again! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home Med!

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

We were so fortunate to find Eleonora's listing. This was the perfect home base to visit some family in Brooklyn. The space was impressively big and the backyard was fantastic!

Kyle is a terrific host! His home is just as described, and he is very personable and helpful without being intrusive. The location is within convenient walking distance to many of NYC's best offerings and there is ready access to cabs, when needed. The balcony view is great for orientation to the city with Kyle's description. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. There is a good restaurant for breakfast just a block away called Bread and Butter that features freshly made food at a reasonable price. All in all, this is a great place to stay while in NYC!

I had a great month-long stay at ReeRee’s quaint apartment. The place was very clean and was in a convenient location from the hospital. I felt safe and had privacy. The room was well organized and furnished and fulfilled all my needs. ReeRee was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had during the entire stay!

This was a great location as it was near to family we were visiting; easy walk to the closest train station; especially enjoyed the private parking lot, balcony, and air conditioning! Location was as described with all amenities. Sandra was responsive to all our requests, gave us some great restaurant recommendations! Highly recommend Father Knows Best! Would definitely stay here again when we return for a visit!

Great base for exploring New York. Bus 125 departs a 5 minute walk to Port Authority in New York. A 10 ride ticket with 2 zones can be bought in the NJtransit card. Keep travel time in mind because it is busy on the roads to and from New York, so travel time varies. Unfortunately, luggage could no longer be stored, but Senella helped us well by alerting us to Bounce. (The chosen UPS luggage storage was a 7-minute walk away.) This made it possible to take a nice trip before departure without having to lug suitcases. (By Uber back and forth to the airport). In the apartment, everything you need is available. In the area, it was a bit noisy during our stay in the evenings due to a party location and activities of a mechanic /garage. There were also guests on the floor above us. As a result, we slept restlessly (We didn't notice much from the school next to the apartment). Supermarket is close by.

I stayed here with my family during the last week of April in 2025. We experienced an excellent family vacation just a short distance from New York City. This spacious and immaculate home served as the ideal base for exploring the bustling metropolis while enjoying the tranquility of a charming neighborhood. The location was convenient, being only 30-40 minutes by bus from a nearby stop or a scenic 10-minute ferry ride following a pleasant 20-minute walk to the terminal. The home was fully equipped and provided everything necessary to ensure comfort. There was ample space, and the host, Taz, was friendly and accessible. The house is situated in a clean and safe neighborhood, offering a wide selection of fantastic and affordable South and Central American restaurants. After a busy day in NYC, we could retreat to the quiet and calm of our neighborhood. Previous concerns about evening noise were fortunately not an issue during our stay.

House was clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Check-in was easy, Host responded very quickly when I had a question. Bed was comfortable, house and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again 😀

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. We stayed there seven nights and did not have any problems. It is just off Emmons Avenue. The Holocaust Memorial Park is across the street. The subway station for the Q and B are a couple of blocks away. One can see the Tower of St.Mark's Catholic Church from the living room window. Will definitely stay again.

Benjamin was friendly and proactive in communicating during our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Most areas of the place were clean. The Airbnb offered the amenities as described.

We stayed in this home for a month and had a truly wonderful experience. The house was spotless, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the necessary cookware and dishes, and a dedicated table that worked perfectly as a workstation. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property for families with two to three children.

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

I had a fantastic stay at Tee’s beautiful home! The space was not only stylish and spotless, but also incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Tee was a great host—communicative, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. I truly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely book again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Loved loved loved this place. The rooftop is beautiful. The fireplace actually works! The string lights are a great touch. Kitchen was immaculate. View from the room is amazing. Building was nice. Parking in the garage was provided with a designated spot! And it has a lot of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool table in the common area was also a great touch. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again and I know for sure I will be back again! Host was also very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had! Love love love it!
