Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

Excellent private and spacious place to stay. Parking off street and locked, but space is tight. Christian was extremely responsive and his pictures and instructions are extremely accurate!

This was a great place to stay if you don’t mind 45 min subway to Manhattan which we didn’t care because we went all city and didn’t need to go to Manhattan everyday because there is more to New York than Manhattan! Thankyou once again Amalia!

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, spacious, organized, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby and plenty of amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. This was a beautiful place, definitely worth it, Bobby and co host were very helpful and responsive. Very quiet and private space. Back yard was closed off and private. Will definitely recommend this to anyone staying in NY especially if staying close to bronx, queens manhattan. I’ll come back for sure

The overall cost was a bit pricey, but the responsiveness of Lavish & Live and being downtown and included parking made the price more reasonable. I would book again.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Sergia was a great host! I really appreciated the local tips and the little extra touches, like having croissants for breakfast, which was super helpful since I arrived late and didn’t get a chance to grab groceries. It was really easy to communicate with her, both in person and over messages. Overall, a great spot to stay while I was in town for work!

This was our first trip to Hoboken and we really enjoyed staying at Kelly’s home - Hoboken on Bloom. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It’s centrally located in a safe, walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc in the vicinity. Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, Hoboken on Bloom offers a private and quiet place to stay. The bathroom and kitchen are both renovated nicely with updated appliances. Kelly is such a generous and thoughtful host. She is quick to reply to messages/inquiries. She arranged for parking with parking passes for us, which was so helpful. Furthermore, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was thought about: the apartment came stocked with plenty of bath linens, complementary bottles of wine, a welcome sign with our names on it, and even supplied us with umbrellas. I would definitely recommend Kelly’s Hoboken on Bloom for any travelers headed to NJ!

Beautiful location right on a walkable beach, modern and new with great added features. A great retreat. Viola the host is super accommodating, responsive and a great host who gives you your own space and goes out of her way to make your time relaxed and stress free.

Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. The place is gorgeous and cozy, felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows to use. Amenities were perfect! Had a great time.
