Debasish’s place is such a gem! Just a few things we loved- fluffy towels, great water pressure, blackout curtains, comfy linens, USB ports to charge phones in several rooms, well stocked kitchen, the parking space! Don’t hesitate to book.

The location is a little further from New York city, but you can easily catch the bus because the stop is literally at the end of the street. There are three buses going to the bus station in New York. The location is in a nice and quiet place, we have our own son of almost 2 years, there were many playgrounds etc and it felt very safe. The apartment itself looked clean, nice layout. We were able to easily contact Paola for any questions.

Beautiful location right on the lake. We were there in December and the snow around the lake and the sun shining down on it was a winter wonderland. The home was private and quiet. You have a living area, bedroom, eating area along with a bathroom and a second smaller bedroom. The home is a late 19th century home with wood features, beautiful light fixtures and even an old fashioned call box which is not operational but cute to look at. The couch also folds out so you could sleep a family of 5. It is minutes from Route 34 with so many restaurants you could eat different food for over a week. I went to NYC and the station is a 5 minute car drive and the train goes right into Penn Station is just over an hour. Lovely place I will stay at again.

My Family came into town for a show for my daughters. The house was a great spot to stay for 2 days. Had a beautiful view of the water. It was extremely relaxing and it got my kids away from electronics for a few days with not having a tv or wifi. It was such a great family weekend together. The host was very accommodating. The restaurants in town were very goos as well. If you want to get away for a few days with peace and quiet this is the stay.

This is a beautiful house on a beautiful lake. Many rooms to relax, work, etc. Even a pacman arcade game! We went for a work retreat for four people and couldn't have asked for more. Lisa, the host, was wonderfully helpful, communicative, and we had everything we needed. Really beautiful place.

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

We stayed here while visiting New York for a family event, and it was perfect for what we needed. The space was very spacious and comfortably fit our whole family. Joseph place was very tidy, warm and clean. location is great as well, 45 minutes from Manhattan and plenty of parks and lake in the area.
