Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New England

My business associate were in town for work and Bianca's place was perfect for relaxing after working all day. The space was exquisite and just as described. Hoping to return with my wife for a vacation stay in the future.

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

My friend and I spent our momcation here and it was perfect! The sauna and hot tub felt relaxing. The lilacs were in bloom and smelled heavenly. The birds sang for us every morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the deck. I love to cook and the kitchen had what I needed. The house was clean and was the sweetest little set-up.

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

We had an amazing stay! The location was amazing and the hot tub was perfect! Lots of fun activities to do in the area as well and Marissa gave so many great recommendations. My husband and I had a great time !

We had a magical getaway for the weekend! We watched a porcupine forage around the yard both evenings from the hot tub. We named him “Steve”. We loved the walk down to the river and enjoying sunrise from the hot tub with coffee. We will definitely be back!

I did my proposal to my fiancée at Shannon’s cottage, and it was wonderful! This cottage is perfect for those who want to get away from everything! It’s quiet, cozy and perfect for workaholics that need to calm down. We had such a wonderful stay, the clawfoot tub is wonderful. There wasn’t a single instruction that wasn’t given

This was our 3rd time at Jenny’s place. We love a Mattapoisett! The space is adorable, quiet, and so comfortable. The area is gorgeous and very walkable

This was our first time in New Hampshire. Thank you for opening your home to us. It was exactly what we needed to get away, chill and relax. My wife liked the painting above the bed and framed pictures around the studio. The folder was very useful for local recommendations and things to do in the area. We felt very much at home here. It is at an excellent location, with restaurants, cafe's and the cute bookstore next door. The view of the river was so serene and tranquil. We will definitely be back and use this place as our base for the next hiking trip.

The house is a Victorian style home which shows its age, but this is part of its charm. The location is private yet very close to downtown North Adams. We stayed in the downstairs apartment, which has a full kitchen, comfortable living room, two bedrooms and a single bath. Mattie was very responsive to any communications from us. Thank you so much!

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

The house was perfect for us, just a couple! It felt cozy and the artist studio/pool table was perfect for entertainment! Host was proactive with instructions and was super friendly! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main drag in Stowe, which made it super convenient to grab coffee in the mornings or enjoy dinner at one of the many great restaurants nearby. We initially booked because of its proximity to other areas we love to explore, and it didn’t disappoint. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. One of the biggest highlights was the view—absolutely breathtaking and a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. And we can’t forget the hot tub! After long hikes in the mountains, soaking in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Stowe. We’ll definitely be back!

Rick was a WONDERFUL host and was extremely helpful in both communication and friendliness. The room was PERFECT as it was quiet and the kitchen was wonderful to make breakfast in and sit on the porch. Again, it was quiet and peaceful and we had full access to the amenities of the building. We will definitely be returning next year.

Just spent 4 days at Christina’s place and had a great time! The location can’t be beat! Beautiful view and right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. We walked to everything which was great since parking is very difficult to find. Great little coffee house/cafe right across the street was so handy for breakfast. Walked a couple minutes up the road to the infamous Roy Moore Lobster hut for fabulous lobster rolls! Everything you would need is provided at the apartment. Christina even left a little welcome basket with water bottles, snacks and a wonderful candle from her shop downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

Great, cozy place to stay!

We loved staying in this tiny home during our trip to Portland! Lots of things to do within driving distance and a great option if you want a more quiet location while visiting nearby cities. It was small but we knew what we were doing when we saw the photos! Made the beginning of our honeymoon fun and unique, and we’ll definitely be coming back if we’re in the area again!

The place was described and looked like the pictures. Nice location place was spotless,Even in the hallways and lobbies.Husband loved the snacks.(he’s a junk food junkie.) Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We have been going to Hampton for a quick 3-4 day getaways for 35 + years and I would highly recommend this place.

The condo was just what it promised. The view was spectacular. The deck allowed for yoga with a view. The amenities were also welcoming and created a peaceful getaway from home. I would recommend this without reservations.
