Such an amazing place! Clean and quiet and the free breakfast was wonderful. Will def be staying again.

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

Our stay was amazing! Hunter was so helpful and responsive if we needed anything. The space was amazing and only a few steps away from Thames street. Would highly recommend this spot!

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Michelle’s place! There are many walkable restaurants and a grocery store! The outdoor hot tub and fire pits had a great atmosphere. Would stay again!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary, the room was adorable with a very responsive host. Craig and Ginny were great, Craig gave us recommendations for a day trip to make the most out of our short 2 day trip, and we hit a lot of amazing highlights of the cape! We would love to come back one day!

Robin's place is a great value, coming with a nice clean room, and an amazing breakfast. The location is so close to Portmouth and shore locations, great shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Ace was a fantastic host. Great communication and very friendly. The place was easily walkable to the downtown area. Only a street away from one of my favorite restaurants, Horsefeathers! Check in was as described and the pool/hot tub was definitely our favorite amenity. Recommend!

This rental was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. I came out to the Berkshires with some family to take advantage of the outdoors and local communities. I've been coming out to the Berkshires for years, so I was familiar with the area, and couldn't have asked for a more convenient location with the rental being close enough to lots of great towns and main roads or highways. There was lots to do at the resort, and everything was open much later than I would have expected. The rental space itself was vary spacious and having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen and balcony were great aspects that totally added to the whole experience. I felt it was a great value for what's available in the area. We didn't have any issues with any part of our stay, so I was very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in taking advantage of everything the Berkshires has to offer.

This stay was perfect in all ways. It was a nice setting and a great place for families to stay with big apartments and great amenities. The host and staff were helpful and responsive. The kitchen had all we needed for meal prep.

Very cozy apartment at the Inn perfect for our family of four, close to shops, cafes, the beach, and restaurants. Skating at the rink next door with borrowed skates from the Inn was a bonus! Such a friendly welcoming staff!

I stayed at Jennifer's place for business and loved it. I loved the hardwood floors and antique furniture. Jennifer was wonderfully hospitable and I had a relaxing evening before a long day of work -- Just what I needed.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Anne was super quick to confirm my last minute stay as I was traveling through. Loved the decor. I appreciate the fact that quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all available in your bathroom for use. Common areas were plenty, spacious and had a variety of activities for use. The kitchen has everything you would need, including complimentary coffee and tea. I did not use the hot tub but the country side view in the backyard is wonderful. There are lots of outdoor adventures near by. Checkin was easy, instructions were clear and thorough. Would 100% stay here again.

What a pleasure to be able to stay with my dog Nala ( golden). Very clean and the view of the river … a big wow! Next door, beautiful beach to walk with doggy in lesse but can also swim . The property has a small bag and water to clean our doggie . Possibility to eat on the terrace with our dog . A beautiful little discovery! ❤️ Quiet and very pleasant place!
