Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Neptune Beach

Our second stay at Casa Ramona, which fit our needs perfectly. We were in Jacksonville for a surgery visit to Mayo Clinic, and this place was our base of operations, for family and friends who came to provide care for my wife before and after her surgery. It had everything we needed, well equipped, very clean, and easy access to Mayo. We have another procedure in the fall and we’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available when we come back.

This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first!! We enjoy everything about this property so much! they had added more cooking utensils, baking sheets, etc to the kitchen as well so we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back again! Our favorite place!!

Tannis was the best host ever! She was so very helpful with any and everything!! She made the home so beautiful and it felt like home. My group and I couldn’t have asked for a better home and host. Also, the pool is immaculate!

Mac was a wonderful host, very responsive. He even sent a treat for my son's birthday. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Mac and your assistant for being so accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay - we're local but had family in town visiting for a 40th birthday - 5 adults and 2 children (6 and 7 years old) and had plenty of space. The place was very walkable to the beach, a park, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. We had everything we needed there, and communication was beyond fantastic. We had one small hiccup during the end of our trip, but the host made it right and we greatly appreciated the quick response and solution. The outdoor space was our favorite. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, putting green, and pool. Lovely backyard. The beds were all very comfortable. Instructions were clearly laid out for check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for a great stay and I would definitely recommend this rental company and this house to anyone looking for a beach stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The place is very well appointed, has nice appliances, spacious and very comfortable. We will Stay again when we are back in the area.

David’s place is exactly what my family needed. My dogs loved the backyard, there were plenty of rooms for everyone, and it was the perfect place for us to gather for Christmas. David was super responsive to any questions we had, we let him know that that kitchen light wasn’t working and he came right out and fixed it for us himself. The airbnb had what we needed for the week and I have no complaints!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and convenient.

Besides the confusion of construction and the confusion of Uber and Uber eats everything else is fantastic. The young lady was attentive and responded to all of my messages even when I was locked out of the door that I could not realize how to open it. Five stars of the way I shall be back soon and yes, I’m gonna bring my Onewheel lol by the way, I left four kids in one of the plants. All you gotta do is water it and feed it. Try to find it because hon.

I have stayed at this unit multiple times for work trips at the NAS with colleagues. Perfect for two people. Unit is spotless on arrival, and in-unit laundry and first floor access are very helpful for us. Nakita is an excellent and responsive host and we will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb ! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to many restaurants and stores (Starbucks/publix, etc). Communication with the host was easy and prompt; they were very friendly and made check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This condo was great! Very clean and nice little touches like a snack basket and extra toiletries in case you forgot anything. Luba was very kinda and responsive, always responding within minutes. I’d definitely stay again!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and well -stocked. We especially enjoyed the patio area. Jayson was very responsive to our questions. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely consider staying here again!
