Beachfront vacation rentals in Neptune Beach

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

My family and I loved this beautiful home. It was new, clean, and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach was awesome as we enjoyed our time down there. My kids loved the pool, chairs, and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay right on Jax beach. Updated, clean and modern. Sunrise from the balcony. Lots of great options to eat and drink in walking distance.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. We loved staying at this house! The beach is a 2min walk. Having the pool and all the amenities the home offers made our trip great!

A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was beautifully decorated, modern, spotless, & fully stocked with everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the ocean & enjoying both sunrises & sunsets from the oversized balcony was pure magic. The balcony alone is a showstopper! The washer & dryer were such a helpful touch during our stay, & the wagon they provided made check-in and check-out easier The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, & spas. The check-in & check-out process was seamless. Todd was an amazing host. He was very responsive, kind, accommodating & easy to communicate with. We’re already planning our return trip. We would absolutely stay here again & recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing ocean front getaway.

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Christian's place is a wonderful spot to enjoy all Jax Beach has to offer. It is just a quick walk to the beach, which we loved and is close to a lot of restaurants. The townhouse was very clean. We only stayed one night, so we could not enjoy all this townhouse has to offer, but the kitchen was great and the townhouse overall felt quite spacious. Christian was quick to respond and gave great instructions so we didn't need to ask any questions. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this Air Bnb for the night with two of my girls. And the place was SOOO clean, organized, close to the beach, perfect parking, porch, full kitchen and utensils, clean living room and pull out couch, easy to enter and communicate with her, clean bathroom and bedroom with storage, washer and dryer. I can’t even explain how AMAZING this place was. I’m looking to go back to Jacksonville this summer and am absolutely booking with her again !

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location
