Jaimie has a lovely home!! Stunning views and super clean. Everything that we needed was provided and more!! Jaimie was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful stay and hope we can stay again soon!

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Very clean and comfortable condo! The beach is at the corner of the street for convenient access. Lovely view of park and a pond (with a fountain) from the patio. Shopping is directly across the street (Marshalls, Whole Foods, etc.) along with various restaurants. We were extended a later checkout for convenience upon request. Timely response on communication. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Highly recommend and my family of 3 will stay again!

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!

We loved Jennifer’s place. It was exactly like pictured and exactly what we needed. I loved how close it was to the beach. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

Live like a Local! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I grew up in the area, and this spot is seriously a local’s dream. Super close to great restaurants, cute shops, and just down the street from the beach. You’re right near everything but still feel like you’re in your own little private locals hideaway. It’s perfect for families—tons of amenities to keep everyone happy. And Angie was awesome—super helpful and easy to communicate with. Big recommend!

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here from Wednesday until for a family wedding in Jax Beach. We had 6 folks. The place was easy to find, in a very safe and quiet normal residential area. The place was very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Linens were fresh and clean. Pool was very clean and we loved it. Nice that they had a couple floaties/pool noodles that were in the water when we arrived as it made for just floating around in the pool so convenient. Great places to be in the sun (chairs/hammock) or out of the sun (table and chairs under roof outside). Nice big TVs in living room and in master bedroom. Pool table inside and ping pong table in garage all got used. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for and it was perfect. I reached out to Coco a couple of times for small items/advice and she was quick to reply. We were so happy with our stay there and would give the place an A+ rating. Shopping/restaurants/beach all within 5-10 minute drive.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. Very unique place in a great location. Has everything you need and a nice, clean pool. The secret opening for the master bedroom was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed playing on the arcade cabinet. Would stay again!

Was definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed in! The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of entertainment. We loved the backyard including the pool, corn hole boards and especially the ping pong table. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication was simple and easy. Can’t recommend enough. We went on family vacation with 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for all. Great water pressure for showers and plenty of hot water for all. Kitchen with bar area up to date and spacious. Thank you for making our place to stay safe and highly enjoyable!! Hopefully we can return one day.

Perfect home close to Jacksonville Beach and great restaurants. The home itself was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The pool was a highlight for my 2 teenage granddaughters. Sarah was a stellar host, even allowing us to make a very last minute reservation. Highly recommend!

Had my family come in from all over for my graduation and it was a perfect location and housed everyone comfortably! I could not have asked for a better place and easy location.

We stayed at Greg’s house for a 3 night Easter weekend with our children and grandkids. The house was just as advertised. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen for preparing and serving meals, and a lovely backyard. The game room in the garage was great, too.

Enjoyed our stay. Host was tentative and we didn’t need anything. Location was within walking distance from the beach.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

My son got married and we used the house for the groomsmen to get ready before leaving for church. Large Enough to accomadate everyone. I would definitely rent this airbnb again for any reason.

Lisa has the perfect Oasis just a few steps from the sandy beaches! Great amenties and extra!
