Vacation rentals with beach access in Nassau County

This location was perfect. The beach was literally a minute walk. Plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. I would definitely book again.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Besides the confusion of construction and the confusion of Uber and Uber eats everything else is fantastic. The young lady was attentive and responded to all of my messages even when I was locked out of the door that I could not realize how to open it. Five stars of the way I shall be back soon and yes, I’m gonna bring my Onewheel lol by the way, I left four kids in one of the plants. All you gotta do is water it and feed it. Try to find it because hon.

This place was wonderful! Trevor was a helpful host and provided information before I felt the need to reach out. The location is almost right across the street to the beach access so it was very easy to walk over and run back if needed. The unit was very clean, beds comfortable, and bright with light. The courtyard outside was very cute as well. Would definitely come back!

We had a lovely time at the Beach Shak! It was everything described in the listing and more! You can’t beat the location to the beach and it was the perfect spot to enjoy and explore other parts of Jacksonville/Jacksonville Beach area!

We had a lovely stay at Nicole’s beautiful beach front property. Very quiet location with direct access to the beach and pool. Check-in was easy, and everything was super clean with everything you needed for the beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay in Jax Beach. Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

This is a cozy spot for a beach vacation! The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for a low key weekend away. It is a short drive to downtown for the restaurants. The condo has everything you need and Lynn was a communicative host. You will hear anyone staying on the floor above, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable home! Easy to get in with a beautiful, beachy interior. Had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of room if you need to bring a dog kennel as well as a roomy backyard to ply in. House is centrally located to get to both ends of the beaches to explore and enjoy all the great dining. Highly recommend and am saving for future visits!

Great location! Extremely clean with easy parking and a 1 minute walk to the beach! Would stay here again if visiting Jax another time!

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

My family absolutely loved this place it had more than enough space for everyone. The location was perfect and so close to the beach, the bikes were so much fun and the place was a vibe! We had everything we needed and more it was perfect and beautifully decorated. I appreciated how clean it was and the comfort was there as well, we will definitely rebook in the future! I highly reccomend for a five star stay.

The condo was clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and as pictured. There was plenty of on site parking which was a huge positive for me. Nicholas was proactive in all communications and made sure I had what I needed. I will definitely choose this location again for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. peaceful and relaxing. The patio to yard with ocean view was a plus. We had everything we needed plus some extras. I would request more lighting for the bedroom but other than that, everything was great!!

The condo was quite, the view amazing, well equiped and the "Beach" right there!!!! Would stay there again! Lots of good resturants nearby all with very tasty foods. Local people friendly!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!
