We enjoyed our stay. Walkable to the beach and restaurants around Jax Beach.

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

Very comfortable house and furnishing for the four of us that stayed there. House was neat and clean with some fresh updates. My brothers and girlfriend and I would definitely stay there again when we visit my son in Atlantic Beach. Good quiet neighborhood.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The beach was 5 mins away and everything we had planned was 1-5 mins away so it worked out great! It’s a cute small little house, very quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip. The backyard is amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the property has tons of really nice beach chairs and a wagon. The property is also minutes away from tons of restaurants and things to do. I only had one high maintenance request (squeaky doors waking my toddler up) while we were there and they had someone out within an hour to help which I appreciated so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Anita’s house was perfect for our Family! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate us. She had toys & books for our toddler and also bought an inflatable tub for her to use since the house doesn’t have one. Also had a goodie bag of play things for my kiddo and a bottle of wine waiting for me after a long road trip. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The washer didn’t work during our stay but she compensated us with an extra day at no charge! ❤️ We will definitely come back to visit soon

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this many reviewers all with nothing but 5 stars and glowing comments about the hosts! One look inside this property and walk through the park like grounds down go the covered gazebo over the North River convinced me that they were all 100% correct. Our short 2-night stay inc l used beautiful sunsets on the water! We will be back! Thank Don and Annie for sharing your exquisite home!

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

Loved staying here! Rachel and Gary were very quick to respond and we enjoyed every minute staying at their place. We even extended a day! Would definitely stay again :)

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. Love love love! Felt right at home. It just felt like me and my sister, the colors, the decor, just perfect. I didn’t want to leave 😭 Definitely recommend, My sister was even in love with it too. She said sis, we have to book this when we come to Jax again. And I agree, I just hope when we do, it will be available.

Kent’s place was wonderful. Set amongst a beautiful neighborhood that’s was walkable with a nearby beach. We had never been to Amelia island. And highly recommend it. Staying at Kent’s place is the perfect location to enjoy all the island has to offer. We will definitely be back.

It was a great stay and the proximity to the beach is unmatched in my opinion, just a couple things that were dirty in the place upon arrival; nothing to the stay’s detriment though.

Very comfortable uncluttered condo with a beautiful view of the ocean in a great neighbourhod. Listening to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep - so peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Great location to beach and easy to walk. Nice place as described and seen in pictures. Amenities were an added bonus, like pickleball and pool pass. Responsive owner.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfy. Looks like it is on a busy road but the road is not busy at all. Less than 20 minutes from Jax beach to the east and downtown Jax to the west. Neighborhood is very quiet. Felicidad Was a very responsive host and made our 1st Air BnB experience an excellent one. We will definitely use her again. Great job Felicidad you were awesome.
