the place was great and in an awesome town. I would definitely stay there again. the only issue if I had to nitpick was that the towels were damp but it was an easy fix since they have a washer and dryer and we were able to throw them right in for another cycle. there was dishsoap, shampoo, body wash that we did not use but they even had plates bowls utensils a.d much more making our stay convenient and seamless. would be more than happy to stay here again

We had a nice time staying here for a business meeting we were in town for. Cameron is response and very helpful. Place is exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the area.

Nice spot, easy to get to and not a far drive to many things

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Kristen’s recently renovated condo. The space was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the in-unit laundry was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels and toiletries. A grocery store and Target are walking distance from the condo complex. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Overall, a very positive experience-we would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was spacious and very conveniently located to downtown Bloomington. The bed was super comfortable! Andrew and Amy provided helpful and timely communication. It’s an old house so may not work well for those with mobility concerns. Beds are separated by a curtain so not much privacy if you’re a group traveling together.

It was graduation 2025 weekend. A lot of places charge a lot including hotels. So we knew we paid above a normal weekend but it was well worth it. The location was perfect. The rooms were great. It was spacious. Everything worked perfectly. We couldn’t have been happier. I would highly recommend. And it was not noisy at all once inside! Great experience all around.

I had a greay stay at this location. It's within walking distance of downtown Bloomington, which was very convenient, and when I needed to get a Lyft to campus, it was quick and cheap. So my review is very positive! (For some reason my phone & computer had trouble connecting to the internet from some rooms in the apartment, but this problem may have been on my end.) The next time I travel to Bloomington I will be sure to book this same Airbnb.

This house was the perfect place for us to stay while in town for a high school graduation. It is in a nice neighborhood, really walkable to downtown. It is spacious, immaculate and a lovley historical home.

I booked this place for participants coming into town for a conference held at Indiana University. The place was fantastic. It worked so well and gave the participants a home away from home. Very responsive and helpful host. Can't recommend this place enough.

Very nice home away from home. Very welcoming. Smelled nice and very clean. The appliances were very nice. We loved Joe’s place. The outside was very calming with the hot tub area very private. The patio propane fire pit was very useful as the temperature was under 60 every day of our stay. Our Golden Doodle loved the huge backyard.

Perfect location for anything in downtown Bloomington. We easily walked to everything and to campus. The house is gorgeous and the bedrooms are massive. Lots of comfortable seating in the family room as well.

Great place to stay if you are visiting IU. Tracy is a 5 star host. Excellent communication and very proactive. The home is in pristine condition with clean comfortable bedding and linens and plenty of towels. We are repeat visitors to this property and will be staying again.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and in a great location. This was the most well-stocked airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at - from drinks and snacks to towels and blankets. It was the perfect place for our wedding group to stay at for the weekend.

This home never disappoints. This is our second time renting this home. We love everything about it. The home is always so clean, everything you need is there. Great back yard and of course the location can’t be beat.

Sharon was a wonderful host, she went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met. We appreciate her attention to detail. The “Cozy Condo” was clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Scott and Lee were exceptionally responsive and accommodating with our check-in time. Their property was exactly what we were looking for—clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located.

Driving up we were greeted by beautiful deer at the entry! The peaceful area was very relaxing and once we were inside it was perfection. We got settled in and slept amazingly on that comfortable mattress! Check in and checkout were a breeze and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely stay again!

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
