The Tiny Tulip exceeded expectations in every way. It is quite amazing to see what Lisa has done in such a small space. #1 is that it doesn't feel small or cramped what so ever. Thoughtful touches were running rampant throughout the house (i.e. well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, lots of extras for kids and pets - we didn't have any with us but could appreciate the effort that was taken, super cute and comfy outside areas, etc.). We even saw another one of our family member's polaroid picture on the visitor's wall of fame. Such a great area as well. You will be a mile or less to just about everything. Lisa was lightening fast with her responses to any questions we had and super flexible. Would give it 6 stars if they would let us.

We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Grand Valley State. Everything was close by, and we didn't have any problems getting around. It was a lovely, renovated older home, and everything was top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. We will definitely recommend John's place to family and friends that will be visiting the Grand Rapids area.

Diane’s home was great. We came into town for the tulip festival. The home is about 15 min from anything & is nicely, centrally located to downtown & the Lake. The dogs enjoyed the backyard & I enjoyed the peace of mind knowing the fence was tall enough & they couldn’t jump it. The beds were comfortable. Diane was very responsive & helpful. We would gladly enjoy her home again next time we’re in Holland.

This charming vintage home was perfect for my needs. From the moment I stepped inside, I was taken aback by the warm and inviting atmosphere that oozed character and history. The house is a true gem, and you can tell that so much care and love has been poured into preserving its original charm while offering modern comforts.

Cannot say enough how much we loved this home. Most AirBnBs stock their house with the cheapest stuff you could find. It's all surface level and fake. This house felt like coming home, and we just slipped comfortably into staying there. It was AMAZING for our kids. Lots of toys, a bunk bed, sound machine, crib, playground, so much. And a park a quick walk away through a quiet neighborhood. Probably the most we've enjoyed an AirBnB. Just cannot say enough good about it. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Just so good.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

If you have the chance to stay at the castle in this airbnb you will not regret it, the airbnb is large and well appointed with everything you need during your stay. The castle is unique and it was a lot of fun seeing the library. It was quiet and secure and located next to the interstate for easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas and not far from downtown. I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

Robs place was a perfect location. I loved the little fun touches in the apartment such as an old post box hutch with fun little trinkets in each drawer. He was flexible with check in time and everything we needed was found easily. The only reason I would not stay there soon is that there were 2 children under the age of 5 with us which meant a lot of extra items to carry up steep stairs and getting my 2 yr old to stay away from the open staircase in the middle of the living room was stressful. I would suggest families without young children use the space of a baby gate be brought along to stay away from that stress on vacation. Great location and host!

We were so grateful to find Kayla's place and enjoyed our stay. This is centrally located in an excellent neighborhood. It combines the beauty of a historic home with a lot of fresh updates. You can tell how responsive the host has been to some of the feedback in past reviews. We encountered some concerns during our stay and Kayla was attentive and responsive. We hope to stay again on a future visit to GR.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

We had a great stay at Tom’s place in Grand Rapids. It was very close to the Amway Grand Plaza, which made attending the conference incredibly convenient. The check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the riverwalk. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area, especially for events at the Amway Grand.

My friend and I were in the area for the Tulip festival, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The updated condo was extremely clean, comfortable, convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants in downtown Grand Haven. It was a perfect place to come back after a day of exploring, we felt safe and at home. Lisa was excellent at communicating info before arrival and quick to answer questions we had during our stay. I would definitely stay at Lisa’s place if in the area again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Loved this clean & cozy Airbnb & its location! The outside patio was lovely too. We walked to dinner and then again to get coffee in the morning. The condo was perfect for our girls’ weekend to see the Tulip Festival in Holland. If/when we return to Grand Haven, we would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Brenden's place! The apartment was super tidy and as expected. What surprised me was how amazing the location was! We were right downtown and were in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and water! Brenden was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and friendly! Highly recommend!
