Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s also conveniently located close to the Spectrum Shopping Center, which made everything super accessible. The amenities were great and made my stay even more relaxing. My host was incredibly sweet and friendly, checking in to make sure I was doing well and had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I work about 2 miles from this condo so it was a terrific location with plenty of restaurants and the beach both walking distance. Nicholas was super helpful with the few questions I had and his place was perfect for what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place for our family of four. We came to CA for ice hockey and needed a retreat between games for our family. That’s exactly what we found. This is a very clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry within the apartment was so great to have. Tony was on vacation but made sure someone was there to welcome us and show us how to find the apartment and where to park. This was very helpful. We walked to the Spectrum center and felt comfortable walking the beautiful area daily. We even bought a basketball to join in on some fun at the courts in the community a few nights of our stay. We also did some surf lessons on Newport Beach as a team and it was amazing. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and Tony as a host. Thank you for a wonderful retreat for us.

We stayed at Jay's place for a week. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law who just had a baby and the apartment was 1 mile from where they live. I would say the location is exceptional to restaurants, markets and overall shopping. The beach was a 20 minute drive. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential necessities. Jay was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The living room was cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay Jay.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The living room is big and open and sunny, and both beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. We came here as a group for a surf trip and couldn’t have been happier. Since it’s in a large apartment building, the initial checkin process is a bit complex, but Ryan provided incredibly detailed instructions that made it more seamless. The unit is quiet, spacious, and very cutely decorated as well as super comfortable. We absolutely will be coming back if in the area!

We LOVED OUR STAY! The condo, small but spacious and complete with amenities you need! Special shoutout for the bag of white cheddar popcorn to snack on! Much thanks! We walked to the harbor across the bridge, and every kind of food was available! We had lattes at the Natural Bean and yummy fish n chips for lunch, a few steps away! The condo was warm, and cozy for a chilly spring evening, great location. Beautiful surroundings and the view was great! They had towels, chairs and boogie boards if you want to lay for hours on the beach, which is steps away! We felt safe and rested…two HUGE requirements for a vacay! Thanks for everything!

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

The condo complex is absolutely beautiful and clean. The location is right on the water. The condo comes with sand toys and everything you’d need for the beach. The pools were clean and sparkling with beautiful landscaping with a beach in view. It’s a chill beach vibe condo. Walking distance to the harbor which has amazing food. Close enough to Sea World to make it there in less than an hour. We stayed here to take our new baby to the beach for the first time and it was perfect. They had a pack and play available which was a life saver.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

We had a great stay at Abraham’s place; we loved going out on the balcony to see the ocean and my kids declared the apartment “super cozy.” The location really is amazing, and the apartment itself had everything we needed. We would definitely book again without hesitation!

The house was even more beautiful in person and exceeded our expectations. One thing to note is that this neighborhood is noise sensitive. However, this house was perfect for our family stay. We would definitely return. Thank you, Ryean!

Vada’s place was amazing. It is so intentionally and beautifully decorated. The primary room is HUGE with a gigantic closet, extra blankets and a massive en-suite. To maintain the theme of the grand primary room is the oversized king bed with its comfy mattress. The other three rooms are the perfect size and the beds are so comfortable. I got some of the best sleep I have ever had. The second bathroom has a beautiful rain fall shower head and is also spacious. The backyard is gorgeous and I am sad that it was a bit too chilly and windy during my visit that I was unable to utilize it. The home has beautiful energy, it is beautifully decorated and Vada truly thought of everything. As if it couldn’t get better Vada was an amazing host. They were very responsive with the questions that we had. They also left the sweetest note for my mom and I wishing my Great Grandmother a happy 98th birthday and even included a bottle of Martinelli’s. I highly recommend Vada’s home.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

The house was exactly as described, felt right at home, the house was clean however the tv in the bedroom didn’t work but it wasn’t a big deal since we use our phones to watch tv but still wished it would have worked, the owner did offer to come fix but we were busy other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.
