Our private 4.5 acres w/1200' of lakeshore reminds us of some of the most beautiful BWCA campsites that we have stayed at. Nordico Point aims to provide a similar experience for those who still desire a wilderness experience but no longer want to portage or sleep on the ground. And paddling is 100% voluntary. Private and serene, located on the second story of the home's garage. Private entrance with a deck. Room for boat and snowmobile trailers. Small dogs welcomed meeting some general criteria.

Amazing views, a huge deck & a gorgeous house.

Our home is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, four season lake home with absolutely amazing lake views! This is a 2500 sq ft year-round home with open floor living area and lake views that will take your breath away! There is an electric sauna, an outdoor fire pit & an UNFINISHED 3 season porch (but it’s halfway finished now 😊) Our dog friendly home sits on 12 acres of wooded land and we have 150 feet of rocky shoreline across the road. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown Ely on Shagawa lake.

The finished basement has a family room with a full bath and laundry room.
