Riding between Langhe and Monferrato, the Bussi Piero company opens its doors to you I will guide you to discover our territory starting from a short walk in our vineyards spreading the differences between Langhe and Monferrato and the different varieties present, going to the visit in the cellar and concluding with a tasting on our panoramic terrace or in our tasting room, of at least 6 of our wines, starting from Piedmont doc Chardonnay, passing through the different types of Barbera d 'Asti and Nebbiolo and concluding with our Moscato d 'Asti DOCG. The tasting will be accompanied by a small cutting board of local products, charcuterie and cheeses, including the hazelnuts of our production

We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

The tour takes place on the green hills of Monferrato and we will head towards pine forests, lakes and rivers where it will be possible to have a refreshing break during summertime. Depending on the level of skills of the participants I can tailor a tour in order to allow anyone to enjoy a nice day in the open air. No one will be disappointed: from the agonist to the family! And after the ride, we could go to one of the many typical restaurants to taste the delicacies and flavors of the products of the gastronomic tradition, but also and above all the wine that made this region well-known all over the world (i.e. Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada). Furthermore, a guided tour means to get tips and suggestions to improve your riding technique! The experience is to learn more about the magical world of Langhe wines. We will start with a little walk around the hazelnut groove and the vineyards, trying to understand what's the difference - starting from the vine itself - between the 7 grape varieties of our hill. Then we will walk through the winery: vinification and maturation, oak aging, bottling, labeling and storage of bottles. The tour will continue with a wine tasting in our big and bright tasting room. Dogliani and the Langhe are the homeland of wine, there isn't a better way to welcome you than with a good glass of Dogliani wine! So it's time to get to work. We'll start with a delicious appetizer: vegetable flan with fondue. Then we will prepare handmade pasta combined with a sauce made with the freshest ingredients of the season. We will make tajarin, tagliatelle or maltagliati, served with vegetables, cheese, sausage or mushroom sauces, depending on the seasonal availability. Finally, following the tradition, we will prepare zabaione, the typical egg-based liqueur cream, perfect to combine with cakes and biscuits. After working hard, it will be time to enjoy our dishes in a pleasant friendly lunch. We will provide you with what you need to try the harvest activity in our rows from which we get the Barbera d 'Asti wine, which we will then let you taste in a panoramic aperitivo on our balcony of Monferrato. Each adventure is unique , depending on the season the weather and the day of the week , coffee with the locals , buy local products , small local winery's for education, wine tasting and tours , followed by a informal meal typically local Italian Pasta ! This is a real unique experience and adventure for those looking for experiencing things, meeting local s and tasting local authentic food and going off the tourist track. This area is known as the jewel of the crown and there are many historical things to see, this adventure is about having fun . We will start the wine tour with a visit to our best vineyard, from which the Moscato d 'Asti docg is born: Rossana and I will describe you our territory and how the vineyards are cultivated. We will then go to the cellar where you can see how our wines are born and at the end of the visit you can taste them paired with a small taste of typical products such as cheese, salumi, "cugnà" and hazelnuts from small local producers. Our wines are SQNPI certified for environmental sustainability and our cellar is part of the FIVI (Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti).

What if you could be a winemaker for a day and bring home the wine you have made? Let's start with an interesting visit to a small peculiar wine cellar hidden among the beautiful hills of Monferrato and a regenerating walk on its vineyards and olive groves. We get to know an heroic viticulture and the story of Tommaso, the eccentric vigneron that produces wines with a well-defined and structured personality using new techniques (such as essential oils and microorganisms on the vineyards). Wine laboratory - Time to act! Learn the vigneron' secrets and follow at least 3 of your 5 senses to combinate diffent wine typologies and find the perfect match for you! All hand made of course, as the vigneron does. Each person will receive the technical tools and the necessary advices, as well as support during the whole experience, to work with 3 different wines. Try and test the combinations to make your own blend, find the taste and smell you like more. Once the wine is crafted it's time for you to proceed with the bottling, corking, sealing and labeling of your wine! The result is a unique combination created by you. Bring home your bottle and share it with your family or friends. Other things to note We reccommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The Truffle experience is a total immersion in the misterious world of truffle , an exclusive experience for wine and food lovers. The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. Partecipants are let to the woods with our master truffle dog. This is the most fascinating part of the route and honestly speaking the dog is the real leading actor of the hunt. The tour culminates with a lunch allowing to taste many of our products and fresh truffle of the season The goal is to offer an unforgettable emotion both in nature and at the table by tasting delicacies combined with selected wines of the area. We will welcome you in our home kitchen and we will cook together a complete traditional Piedmontese menù with a starter, a main pasta dish and a dessert. For example we will prepare Insalata Russa, Gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and Dolce Savoia, a special version of Tiramisù that had been served by our family to Italian Royal Family at the beginning of XIX century. We will share all the secrets of our family recipes. During the lesson we will enjoy typical local wine and at the end we will have a delicious meal all together. You will receive the recipe book as a memory of this experience. We can also offer special classes gluten free, vegetarian or vegan with traditional specific recipes, as we are running a veg cooking activity since 2016. Horseback ride lasting an hour and a half in the heart of the Basso Monferrato. Immersed in the green of our hills, through woods and meadows. Experience an authentic family pizza night at Verdmont at our hillside home in the Unesco hills of Acqui Terme. Upon arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome and introduction to the family team. We'll share the secrets we've gathered over the years about crafting the perfect pizza. Our guests will master the art of setting up and loading the antique pizza oven at Verdmont. We'll skillfully warm it to the ideal temperature using wood sourced from our very land. Drawing from our years of experience, my family will be there to assist you every step of the way. You'll become proficient in using traditional tools like the peel and palette to stoke wood, turn pizzas, and manage the oven's heat. Roll out the dough (our specialty, allowed to rise for over 24 hours), expertly assemble and load it with your favorite toppings, and place it in the brick oven using special techniques we'll impart to you. As your pizza bakes on stone you will savor snd learn about some local wines crafted just 4 kilometers away. To conclude, we'll all gather around and indulge in local wine, beer, and, of course, the delicious pizzas you've created. The evening culminates with my homemade tiramisu dessert, and you'll depart with a handwritten recipe card for our special pizza dough.

Discovering the secrets and the traditional techniques in a true hunt of the precious white or black truffle with a professional "Trifolao '' and his inseparable dog. Understand how, where & why truffles grow up in our area, learn the differences between black & white truffle, enjoy the intense & constant scent, understanding the degree of ripening of a truffle by your nose. You will meet Margherita at the meeting point, you can follow her car with your car on the Langhe's hills admiring the striking view (few minutes driving). THE MEETING POINT MAY CHANGE (15/20 minutes max from Alba downtown). Please provide your contact information when making reservations for lastminute communications. The transfert isn't included, you follow the guide with your car to meet the truffle hunter (5/10 min from the meeting point). Transport is provided on request. WHITE TRUFFLE HUNTING SEASON from 1st of October until 31st of January-BLACK TRUFFLE HUNTING SEASON most all year. The truffles found during the hunt are not included but you can be bought from the hunter. Different sizes of rubber boots are available. The tour usually is shared with other guests; travelling alone & reserving for one we require € 70 as extra directly the day of the tour (not in case someone joins that tour).
