Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing. This experience is 1 hour but on request we can make customised tours or special services when is possible. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 20 HD edited photos (individual) and 40 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be changed according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). We will meet in front of the church of Argegno, next to it the access that leads directly to the private dock where the boat is located. As soon as we get on the boat, I will make a quick description of the boat and the safety equipment and then, will happily start the experience. The boat is a proper boat, takes the origins from a traditional and classic boat, which was born from Positano in the Sorrento Peninsula. Its humble sea origins and wood’s sparkle, with which it was created, are an irresistible attraction for lovers of boat tours. Visiting Lake Como on board of a typical Mediterranean boat definitely gives to your tour a touch of authenticity and style. The tour is going to: Colonno, Comacina island, Villa Balbiano, Villa la Cassinella, Villa del Balbianello, Villa Sola Cabiati, Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Villa Carlotta, Bellagio, Villa Melzi and a final stop to Ponte del Diavolo for a refreshing swim before heading back to the dock in Argegno. Timeless photographs on the shores of Lake Como. The goal of this experience is to create a fantastic photoshoot among the glimpses of one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. We will start from Lido di Varenna and continue along the shore until we reach the outfall of Fiumelatte.
