We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. Here, after a spritz with apetizers, you’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. We will start your food journey in the Brera neighborhood, one of Milan’s hippest area. We will cross narrow and intimate streets of this hystorical and artistic area. We will have a tour of the court of Pinacoteca di Brera (fine art gallery) where I will talk you some true secrets of the place and some interesting curiosity about the lovely Braidense Library dated 1770. Then, slowly we will see some other nice views on the way. After this warming walk, you will be ready to sample local delicacies such as focaccia, pizza, Venetian snack or ham and cheese with a glass of wine… and get their history as well ! And after the savoury snacks.....of course yes, a great gelato italiano - probably the best you ever had! And if you are not full, another couple of sweet treats! All this through a 3h walks where you can ask me almost any kind of Italian food information! This experience can start with a minimum of 2 persons and normally max 14 ! THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;) ps: If you are a group or you don't see availability you can try to reach out to me for dinner or other dates.

The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

We enjoy a walk of the picturesque village and surrounding, as much as possible off the beaten track, taking in the wonderful lake and mountains view!!. We then have a possible typical/local lunch at a traditional restaurant (on your own, average cost € 30/40 per person) before passing through the scenic and unique terraced vineyards nestled in the lower part of the mountains. We visit also a cellar with aging barrels of a local producer. After laying the sailingboat down into the water, we'll learn how to hoist the two sails (and their names), and we'll try to catch the wind to address to some of the most beautiful lake coast and well known villages: the famous Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. We'll learn how to trim the sails, to helm the boat in function of the wind direction; and how to keep the fastest boat track in order to maximize wind pressure. We'll try to make a mooring at the buoy and at the quay. If the wind strength changes, we'll change the sails in order to let you understand how sailing safely. We'll learn how to recognize sky signals (bad weather coming, wind reinforcement, wind direction change). There will be also time to admire the gorgeous landscape, relax and dip into the water for a refreshing bath. It will be not a sailing teaching lesson (it is not the experience purpose): feeling the wind and learning what means the use of its force to move a boat in silence, without the use of any engine..... priceless. Other things to note Guests are required to know how to swim or float, and to have confidentiality with water. There is no danger of suffering from seasickness.

We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. We welcome you on board in Menaggio (or Varenna or other places in the area) in the first afternoon, when " la Breva" the thermic breeze is usually coming from Lecco and Como. We hoist the sails and we start the adventure with Grulla! With only the power of light wind, the sound of water on the hull and a magic landscape surrounding us, we will sail in the most beautiful areas of the lake. You will take pictures of characteristic villages as Varenna or Bellagio, watching historical and luxurious villas and if the weather is warm we could stop for a swim. Depending on weather conditions and your personal will, we can decide together the route and stops. Before going back to Menaggio we will offer you a typical Italian aperitivo on board. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno, faremo un briefing per la sicurezza, e suddivideremo i partecipanti sulle varie barche. Ospiteremo un massimo di 18 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci o prova a presentarti 1 ora prima della partenza. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo con una o più barche, Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Già dall' inizio offriremo un aperitivo ed una volta giunti all' isola faremo un vero e proprio Boat Party, con musica e open bar. Avremo a disposizione soft drink, acqua, Prosecco, Birra e altro. This is a friendly cooking experience. You will live the traditional meal among Italian friends: cooking, eating and drinking all together while sharing our different stories. We’ll meet in my flat located in amazing building, dating from the 1920’s. Wine is not just what's inside a glass, there is an entire world behind it. For every wine we are going to taste, we are gonna explain how they are made, where they grow, who are the people making them and what they actually want you to taste in your glass.

I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be change according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). if you want something different let me know if the group agree we will do! We'll also give you insider tips on where to eat, drink and have fun to make your stay even more memorable. The best thing? The tour is private, so there will be no other people besides your group.
