Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. Finally, we will eat pizza and drink some complimentary wine to celebrate life as Italians do. Other things to note Sorry, we can't provide gluten-free or vegan food. Pasta is one of the symbol of Italy and in every Italian house, even mine, is the main course every day. You have eaten pasta many times, sure, but after our course you will cook at home and share with your guests ! Don't you belive it? We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. This hike is perfect if you want to escape the touristic beaten paths and live the authentic Italian atmosphere of "Lago di Como", with a complete outdoor immersion into history and nature, from a privileged point of view. We'll walk up and downhill on the trails of "Spina Verde" Natural Park, a wonderful protected area surroundings Como, and we'll discover, touching the "gonfolite" stone, where and how our ancestors who lived in the area 3.000 years ago settled their homes. The breathtaking view from the top of the ridge will get us to know the Alpine geography and the city's everyday life scrolling just below us, meanwhile a break in a typical "baita" will make us taste some local snacks and get ready for the last downhill trail taking us back to the starting point. Here our adventure will end, but you'll be free to wander through the city's narrow lanes & the picturesque lake front with a new point of view... We will discover the numerous villas which, with their lush and well-kept gardens, overlook the lake. We will sail enjoying the time available and the places. We will tell stories and curiosities about them by stopping to admire the most picturesque corners and to enjoy an aperitif on board. Snacks and drinks will still be available to our guests at any time. In the summer season it will also be possible to swim. The boat has a comfortable ladder to dive and get back on board, a toilet and a shower with hot water. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo con una o più barche, Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Già dall' inizio offriremo un aperitivo ed una volta giunti all' isola faremo un vero e proprio Boat Party, con musica e open bar. Avremo a disposizione soft drink, acqua, Prosecco, Birra e altro. Everything starts with a biscuit! We, 2 and 4 legged, will meet you and soon will enter the Spina Verde Natural Park, where we'll be guided on beautiful trails by Pippi or Heidi. On the way, the border collies will be happy to share with you tricks and exercises, and we'll discover together the secrets of the forest of Lago di Como, far from touristic beaten paths in a complete outdoor immersion. A break in a typical "baita" will make us taste some local snacks (ready to share it with the dog..?) and get ready for the last downhill trails. Please note: a minimum fitness is required.
