We offer you a tour of the 5 Terre with the fascinating view of the countries from the sea and we can arrive with the boat right near the "Protected Marine Reserve" of the National Park. We will leave from the small port of Manarola and I will make you take some spectacular photos of the village that can only be made from the boat and from some points that I know and that allow you a particular recovery. We will then go to Riomaggiore where you can see the characteristic small port and the beautiful colored houses and then we will go to Corniglia which is the only one in the 5 Terre that is not near the sea but above the hill. After we will arrive to Vernazza, where you can admire the church located directly on the beach and then we cruise to Monterosso where you will see the beautiful beaches. During the navigation we will also go to some small sea caves, known only by old fishermen, where we can arrive only with boats like mine. If we are lucky we could see the dolphins or look for the nests of the seagulls scattered on the cliff overlooking the sea On sunny days you could even take a trip with the sunset that makes the villages even more fascinating. Come to visit my family vineyard and taste our wine! We will take a short trek of about half an hour to reach the Eroico Vineyard, one of the most beautiful in the Cinque Terre. Much of the route is uphill, but during the walk we will stop in different spot to relax, enjoy the view and discover the history of Vernazza and the Cinque Terre. Once in the vineyard, we will taste three different glasses of Eroico wine, produced by my dad and me. Moreover, you will be able to taste local snack, prepered by my mom. In my family vineyard, you can discover a Unesco Heritage and enjoy an unique view on Vernazza, in a really peaceful atmosphere and far from the crowd. I will accompany you throughout the experience. "AC PRESENT" Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school in the historic centre, in front of the Arno River. We are a team of professional chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets of how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE & TORTELLI in different shapes. We will provide you with the tools that are useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After the preparation, the chef will cook together the pasta with their sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, we will cook it in the same pot to share and then eat it with the rest of the group like an Italian family.
