What you'll do
I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city), I will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough. I going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, I will give you a recepie book made just for you. After that we going to do the dough, I will teach you some different kind of closing ravioli, tortelli, cappellacci and a lot more. A true experience on word of pasta, at the end we going to enjoy togheter a good plate of pasta.

I'm a professional Chef with experience in Michelin star restaurants. I worked in the most prestigious restaurants in Italy ("La bottega del buon caffè" "Cestello Ristoclub" "Sotto sale ristorante Favignana") and in London ( "Maze by Gordon Ramsey" Pied a terre"). All i know about it is cooming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of the autentic Italian pasta. Our class is in the Center of Florence. Two minutes walk from "Duomo central Cathedral". In the heart of Florece we will make together an amazing pasta class.
