Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mississippi River

This was a great place to stay! My pups loved the yard and the area they had to run around. My son loved the slide and wanted to play on it non stop! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic host! Communication was great. The home was clean and well appointed. Lai even left us snacks! Behind the house is a quiet park. The King bed was so comfortable. We will stay again when we travel through! Thank you Lai!

Billy's was a great place for our family to stay and feel very comfortable. We had three generations staying there and everyone had their own space as well as having areas for all of us to hang out together! We definitely made some great memories there and loved the peaceful setting! We would definitely stay there again!

Our second time to stay here and it was such a blessing! Thankful to have found a great place to stay for when we travel to Hattiesburg.

Location was perfect for the wedding venue my kids used. The neighborhood was an older one which was quiet and clean. The house was as represented in the pictures. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the perfect spot for a family! Sherri & Nick have added thoughtful touches to their space that go a long way when you’re traveling with young kids. The location was close to everything and we would rebook!

Visited Chicago with family from LA and decided to stay in this beautiful home. We loved the spaces throughout the home especially the master bedroom’s bathroom. It was quite cold and windy when we were there and the heated flooring and hot tub in the bathroom really warmed us up. The neighborhood has great restaurants nearby that we visited and it was very peaceful. Nicole and Matt provided parking stickers and it was really convenience for us. We had a great time!

Marla and James were great— very friendly, gave simple instructions on how to get in, check out, etc. Well stocked kitchen (great for us, staying more than a few days— it was nice to not need to rely on takeout 100% of the time). Beds were super comfy and rooms had plenty of storage space. Wish there was a bit of a different couch but the futon was still great for the time we spent at “home” in the living area. Lots of different books on the shelf to get into. Neighborhood is very cute and safe— we walked, used the bus and the train pretty exclusively at all times of day, despite bringing a car. 15min walk off the brown line, and other bus stops around 10min walk as well. Recommend this spot for any small group of friends or family traveling and wanting to see the city.

We had a wonderful mother daughter girls weekend at this place! Great parks nearby and close drive to canal park for the little ones to watch the ships. We enjoyed every moment in the apartment ☺️

I enjoyed my 5 nights stay at Lois’s place. She is very helpful , welcoming, sincere,understanding and accommodating. I had no regret staying at this home. Everywhere was spotless and tidy. Had a wonderful time at Frank and Gail’s place! Met a buddy I haven’t seen in a while and we had a great time. Plenty of space, great amenities, and good location. The owners were very friendly, checked on us when there was a big storm and made sure we had power and everything else we needed!

It was a very cozy home! Everything was in great condition. I ended up cooking every night that I was there and found the kitchen to be well stocked and all the appliances worked well. I definitely would stay there again!

We loved this Airbnb! It was perfectly located in Lincoln Park. It was quiet! It was nice enough to open windows. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds! Used the cute patio off the back for morning coffee! Easy parking is a bonus. It is a very well maintained building and unit! We would go back. Thank you Erika

The condo is very nice love the views on balcony. Everything really close to condo. Great location. good hot water. Everything was overall great about the condaz.

This is a great spot for the price. Good value for right on the beach. The pool area is nicer than others with a higher price in the area. Great pool for people of all ages with a large family pool, family hot tub, 1 foot kiddie pool and adults only hot tub. Beach access on property. Walter was very responsive for any questions. The remote from a few reviews ago is still acting up and the property is pretty small with basic amenities. Not the owners fault but the elevator was out and looks like it’s out often with the signage. I don’t recommend staying there if you can’t go down the stairs if needed. Another guest on our floor was facing the tough situation of getting a 91 year old down the stairs. Overall excellent value and we would stay there again.

The condo was nice and cozy. It was roomy and we all had enough space. The only complaint we had, if it is really a complaint, was the stairs—didn’t realize it was the bottom (basement floor). We had some elderly family members that struggled a little but for the most part we totally enjoyed ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we were near all of the activities that we had planned for the week. Thanks again for everything David!🥰

My girls loved their stay. They had the best time. Ed was a great host with great communication. The place was very clean and had everything they needed.

We stayed for the sand in my boots music festival and the location was great. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We had a festival shuttle stop right out our driveway. The beach is beautiful and the pool was warm. We would love to come back with our whole family.

Great place for a getaway. We had a group of various ages from a 2 year old to 50+ year old. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made the stay very convenient. The view and location to the beach and swimming pool are great. If you need to run into town, not a problem.

Wonderful Beachfront Property! The accommodations met and exceeded all expectations. The condo was immaculately kept, the balcony views incredible, everything you could possibly need was provided.
